The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
In the description of the present invention, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "connected," "connected," and "fixed" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning permanently connected, removably connected, or integral to one another; can be mechanically or electrically connected; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The invention provides a vehicle helmet, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle helmet comprises a helmet body 100 and a visor 200, the helmet body 100 is used for being worn on the head of a driver so as to protect the driver, the visor 200 is detachably connected with the helmet body 100, and the visor 200 is movably connected with the top of the helmet body 100 during installation.
Openings are formed at the front end and the bottom of the helmet body 100, a driver wears in from the bottom of the helmet body 100, and the face of the driver faces the front end of the helmet body 100.
In this embodiment, the front end of the helmet body 100 is further provided with a breathing hole corresponding to the size of the mouth of the human body. Preferably, the breathing hole is provided with a filter screen.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, first installation seats 1 are disposed on two sides of the helmet body 100, and in this embodiment, the first installation seats 1 correspond to the temple positions of the driver. That is, the number of the first mounting seats 1 is two, and the first mounting seats are respectively arranged at both sides of the helmet body 100. The top of the helmet body 100 is provided with a second mounting seat 2, and in this embodiment, the second mounting seat 2 corresponds to the forehead position of the driver.
The two sides of the brim 200 are provided with connecting parts 3, and the rear end of the brim 200 is provided with a hook 4.
When the visor 200 is connected with the helmet body 100, the connecting portions 3 at both sides of the visor 200 are mutually matched with the two first mounting seats 1 of the helmet body 100, and the hooks 4 are mutually matched with the second mounting seats 2 of the helmet body 100. When the visor 200 swings around the hook 4, the hook 4 is deformed by force, and the connecting portion 3 slides and is fastened to different positions of the first mounting base 1.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the first mounting seat 1 is provided with a positioning column 11, the connecting portion 3 is provided with three positioning grooves 30, two adjacent positioning grooves 30 are communicated with each other and narrow at the connecting portion, wherein the positioning groove 30 at the outermost side has an outward opening, and the positioning column 11 can be clamped in any positioning groove 30. When the positioning groove 30 of the visor 200 is aligned with the positioning column 11 of the first mounting seat 1, the positioning column 11 is inserted into and abuts against the innermost positioning groove 30.
In this embodiment, the positioning column 11 is a part of the first mounting seat 1, the positioning column 11 is a hollow structure, the inner wall of the positioning column 11 is provided with a thread, and the screw is connected to the helmet body 100 through the positioning column 11 by the thread, that is, the first mounting seat 1 is detachable and replaceable.
It should be noted that the positioning column 11 is a cylinder, each positioning groove 30 has an arc-shaped periphery, and the diameter of the positioning column 11 is greater than the opening distance at the joint between two adjacent positioning grooves 30 and is smaller than the inner diameter of the circular positioning groove 30.
As shown in fig. 2, the first mounting base 1 further includes a cover 12, and the cover 12 is disposed outside the positioning column 11, and the cover 12 can cover the connecting portion 3 fitted to the positioning column 11. The cover body 12 can hide the positioning column 11 and the connecting portion 3, and prevent the external interference with the cooperation between the positioning column 11 and the connecting portion 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the helmet body 100 is provided at the top thereof with a mounting groove 100A, and the second mounting seat 2 is screwed in the mounting groove 100A. Mounting groove 100A carries on spacingly to second mount pad 2, and 2 threaded connection of second mount pad are simultaneously in mounting groove 100A, and steadiness when improving the motion of brim of a hat 200 avoids brim of a hat 200 to rock along transversely.
In this embodiment, the second installation seat 2 and the installation groove 100A are connected by screw threads and clamped with each other, that is, the edge of the installation groove 100A is clamped with the edge of the second installation seat 2.
Further, the second mounting base 2 is provided with a mounting hole 20, and the hook 4 is elastically clamped in the mounting hole 20.
Specifically, the hook 4 includes a first hook limb 41 and a second hook limb 42, the second hook limb 42 is spaced apart from the first hook limb 41, the first hook limb 41 is disposed at the rear side of the hook 4, and the second hook limb 42 is disposed at the front side of the hook 4.
The first clamping limb 41 can be clamped at the bottom of the mounting hole 20.
Referring to fig. 5, the mounting hole 20 is funnel-shaped, and the mounting hole 20 includes a first mounting hole portion 20A and a second mounting hole portion 20B, wherein an inner diameter of the first mounting hole portion 20A gradually narrows in a direction approaching the second mounting hole portion 20B and connects with the second mounting hole portion 20B.
In this embodiment, the rear end of the visor 200 is slidably abutted against the mounting hole first portion 20A, and when the visor 200 swings, the rear end of the visor 200 is slidable along the inner wall of the mounting hole first portion 20A.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first clamping limb 41 is engaged along the inner wall of the second portion 20B of the mounting hole, the bottom of the first clamping limb 41 is provided with a protrusion 411 along the circumferential direction, and the protrusion 411 is clamped to the bottom end of the second portion 20B of the mounting hole. It should be noted that when the visor 200 swings, the upper end (the end away from the protrusion 411) of the first catching leg 41 is also deformed to accommodate the swing of the visor 200.
In the present embodiment, the mounting hole second portion 20B has a circular or elliptical cross-section. Accordingly, the first clamping limb 41 and the second clamping limb 42 can be attached to the second portion 20B of the mounting hole, and the first clamping limb 41 and the second clamping limb 42 are arc-shaped side walls which are correspondingly circular or elliptical.
It should be noted that, in order to stably connect the hook 4 to the mounting hole 20 when the visor 200 swings, the hardness of the first hook 41 is set to be greater than that of the second hook 42. Therefore, when the visor 200 swings, the first catching limb 41 at the fulcrum position can be bent later than the second catching limb 42.
The use principle of the helmet for the vehicle provided by the invention is as follows: in an initial state, the visor 200 and the helmet body 100 are in a separated state, the two connecting portions 3 of the visor 200 are aligned to the first mounting seat 1 of the helmet body 100, and then the visor 200 is pushed, so that the positioning column 11 of the first mounting seat 1 is located in the innermost positioning groove 30, at this time, the hook 4 is located right above the second mounting seat 2, the hook 4 is pressed, the first clamping limb 41 of the hook 4 is clamped at the bottom of the mounting hole 20, and the assembly is completed. When the angle of the visor 200 needs to be adjusted, the visor 200 is pulled outward, so that the positioning column 11 falls into the positioning groove 30 at the middle position or the outer side, at this time, the first clamping limb 41 and the second clamping limb 42 deform, and the bottom end of the first clamping limb 41 is still clamped with the bottom of the mounting hole 20.

The vehicle helmet according to claim 1, wherein the first mounting seat (1) comprises a positioning post (11), the connecting portion (3) comprises a plurality of positioning grooves (30), two adjacent positioning grooves (30) are communicated with each other and narrow at the connecting portion, the outermost positioning groove (30) has an outward opening, and the positioning post (11) can be clamped in any one of the positioning grooves (30).
3. The helmet for vehicle according to claim 2, characterized in that the first mounting base (1) further comprises a cover (12), the cover (12) being disposed outside the positioning post (11), the cover (12) being capable of covering the connecting portion (3) fitted on the positioning post (11).
4. The helmet for vehicle according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a mounting groove (100A) is formed at the top of the helmet body (100), and the second mounting seat (2) is screwed on the mounting groove (100A).
5. The vehicle helmet according to claim 4, wherein the second mounting seat (2) is provided with a mounting hole (20), and the hook (4) is elastically snapped into the mounting hole (20).

The vehicle helmet according to claim 5, wherein the hook (4) comprises a first hook limb (41) and a second hook limb (42), the second hook limb (42) is spaced apart from and opposed to the first hook limb (41), and the first hook limb (41) is disposed at a rear side of the hook (4) and can be hooked at a bottom of the mounting hole (20).

The vehicle helmet according to claim 6, wherein the installation hole (20) includes an installation hole first portion (20A) and an installation hole second portion (20B), and an inner diameter of the installation hole first portion (20A) is gradually narrowed in a direction approaching the installation hole second portion (20B) and is connected to the installation hole second portion (20B).

The vehicle helmet according to claim 7, wherein a rear end of the visor (200) slidably abuts against the first portion (20A) of the mounting hole, the first locking leg (41) is engaged along an inner wall of the second portion (20B) of the mounting hole, a protrusion (411) is provided at a bottom of the first locking leg (41) in a circumferential direction, and the protrusion (411) is locked to a bottom end of the second portion (20B) of the mounting hole.
9. The vehicle helmet according to claim 7, wherein the mounting hole second portion (20B) has a circular or elliptical cross-section.
10. The vehicle helmet according to claim 6, wherein the first snap limb (41) has a hardness greater than the hardness of the second snap limb (42).
