When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present, unless expressly stated otherwise. In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly connected" or "directly secured," there are no intervening elements present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only. The various objects of the drawings are drawn to scale for ease of illustration and not to scale for actual components.
The embodiment of the invention provides a protective article, which comprises a protective body 1 for protecting a human body so as to isolate at least part of the human body from the outside, wherein the protective body 1 is a mask, a face mask, protective clothing, goggles, gloves, a head cover or a protective cap, the mask is a mask body for covering a mouth and a nose, the face mask is a mask body for covering the face and only exposing eyes, the protective clothing is clothing worn on the human body, the goggles are glasses for completely covering the eyes, the head cover is a mask body for covering the whole head and only exposing the eyes, and the protective cap is a cap body for completely covering hair.
The protection body 1 is provided with a detection indicator 2 for detecting an object to be detected. In some embodiments, the analyte is a microorganism, and the microorganism may include one or more of bacteria, fungi, and viruses. The bacteria may be any of the existing bacteria. The fungi may be any of the existing fungi. The virus may be any of various viruses, such as influenza virus, coronavirus, Zika virus, avian influenza virus, etc., and the following examples are illustrative only and not intended to be limiting.
In some embodiments, the detection indicator 2 is a detection indicator 2 that changes color when contacted with an object to be tested. The detection indicator 2 is made of cloth, paper, film, coating or ink printing layer. The detection indicator 2 is arranged on the outer surface of the protection body 1 by one or more of coating, printing, bonding, sewing and pin. The outer side of the detection indicator 2 is provided with a protective body, preferably a protective film such as a preservative film is adopted, and the protective film is removed when the protective article is worn for use, so that the failure of the detection indicator 2 is avoided.
Wherein, when the detection indicator 2 is composed of an ink layer or a coating layer, the detection indicator is directly printed or coated on the outer surface of the protection body 1. Referring to fig. 1-7, the protection body 1 is a mask, and an ink printing layer or coating layer that changes color when contacting with microorganisms is printed or coated on the outer surface of the mask to serve as the detection indicator 2. Wherein fig. 1 is a general mask in the prior art. Fig. 2 shows that the outer surface of the mask is printed or coated with ink to form a printing layer or coating. Fig. 3 shows an ink printed layer or coating formed in a vertical bar shape and arranged in a longitudinal direction on the outer surface of the mask by printing or coating. Fig. 4 shows the ink printed layer or coating layer printed or coated on the outer surface of the mask and arranged in the transverse direction. Fig. 5 shows an ink printed layer or coating layer printed or coated on the outer surface of the mask to form a grid pattern. Fig. 6 shows that an ink printing layer or coating is printed or coated on the outer surface of the mask corresponding to the mouth and/or nose. Because the fat-soluble pigment is insoluble in water and soluble in oil substances, and the bacteria can generate and secrete the oil substances in the metabolism process, when the content of the lipid substances exceeds a certain limit, the lipid substances can generate color reaction with the fat-soluble pigment, so that the content of the bacteria on the protection body 1 can be detected, and then when the amount of the bacteria is more, the protection articles can be replaced in time.
For another example, the detection indicator 2 contains a fluorescent indicator, and the detection principle of the fluorescence method is as follows: the fluorescent indicator can be a nucleic acid fluorescent dye which can be embedded into a DNA double strand and can emit fluorescence under the fluorescence excitation of a specific excitation wavelength so as to detect viruses, such as Zika virus, and a related report is provided in patent 2019109597167.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the detection indicator 2 is provided with a micro-suction fan 3 for introducing air around the protection body 1 to the detection indicator 2, thereby facilitating collection of bacteria, viruses, etc. around the protection body 1. The detection indicator 2 may be further provided with a battery. The detection indicator 2 includes a reagent kit 21 and a specimen 4 that changes color when brought into contact with a sample, and the specimen 4 contains one or more of a fat-soluble dye, a pH indicator, and a fluorescent indicator. The detecting body 4 is arranged in a reagent box 21, the reagent box 21 is provided with sampling holes 22, the number of the sampling holes 22 is determined according to the requirement, and the micro-extraction fan 3 is arranged at the sampling holes 22; or the sampling hole 22 is connected with a vent pipe, and the micro suction fan 3 is arranged at one end of the vent pipe far away from the sampling hole 22 or in the vent pipe.
The reagent cartridge 21 is further provided with a visible window for observing the color change of the specimen.
Wherein, the detecting body 4 is liquid, the reagent kit 21 is provided with at least one U-shaped pipe 23 part, and the liquid-shaped detecting body 4 is contained in the U-shaped pipe 23 part to avoid the liquid from flowing out. The number of the U-shaped tubes may be determined as needed, and a plurality of the U-shaped tubes may form a wave shape. Referring to fig. 8, the micro-extraction fans 3 may be respectively disposed at two ends of the U-shaped tube 23, or the micro-extraction fan 3 may be disposed at one end of the U-shaped tube 23, the other end of the U-shaped tube 23 is disposed with a sealing cover, and the sealing cover is disposed with a plurality of micro-pores as ventilation holes, so that the liquid-like detection body is retained in the U-shaped tube 23, and liquid is prevented from splashing out. The liquid specimen 4 may contain, for example, a lysis solution for lysing virus together with a pH indicator or a fluorescence indicator. The detection principle of the fluorescent indicator is as follows: the fluorescent indicator can be a nucleic acid fluorescent dye which can be embedded into a DNA double strand and can emit fluorescence under the excitation of fluorescence with a specific excitation wavelength so as to detect viruses, and a specific excitation wavelength generator is also arranged in the detection indicator 2. The detection principle of the pH indicator color development method is as follows: when a DNA polymerase binds a deoxyribonucleotide molecule to a newly synthesized DNA double strand, a hydrogen ion is generated as a by-product, and when a large amount of hydrogen ions is generated, the increase in the hydrogen ion concentration lowers the pH of the reaction system in specimen 4, and the pH indicator in specimen 4 changes color, whereby a virus such as Zika virus is detected. There are related reports in patent 2019109597167. The reagent cartridge 21 of the detection indicator 2 is further provided with a heater for heating the liquid-like detection body 4 and thereby allowing the reaction in the detection body 4 to proceed normally.
In another embodiment, the detection body 4 may be a test strip, and is contained in the kit 21. For example, test strips containing liposoluble pigments are used to detect bacteria. The liposoluble pigment can be tetraterpenoid organic derivative or natural liposoluble pigment such as chlorophyll, crocin or capsorubin. Or, the test strip containing the fluorescent indicator adopts the fluorescence detection principle that: the fluorescent indicator can be nucleic acid fluorescent dye which can be embedded into a DNA double strand and can emit fluorescence under the excitation of fluorescence with a specific excitation wavelength so as to detect the virus.
Wherein, the kit 21 can be dismantled with protection body 1 and be connected, like through modes such as magic subsides, button, pin.
A protective body is arranged outside the detection indicator 2. The protective body can be a cover body only arranged at the sampling hole, and the micro-extraction fan 3 is also sealed in the cover body, and the cover body is rotatably connected with the reagent box. The protection body can also be a shell with an opening, the detection indicator 2 is arranged in the shell, and meanwhile, a cover body connected in a rotating mode is arranged at the opening of the shell. The cover body is opened when detection is needed, and the cover body is closed when detection is not needed.
In other embodiments, the analyte may also be one or more of saliva or a compound that undergoes a color change reaction. The compound capable of undergoing color change reaction comprises one or more of acid, alkali, sulfur dioxide, disulfide trioxide, chlorine water, iodine and starch. Correspondingly, the detection indicator 2 or the detection body 4 contains a corresponding color-changing indicator, which is commonly used in the prior art and will not be described in detail here.
According to the protective article provided by the embodiment of the invention, the detection indicator is designed on the protective body, so that viruses, bacteria, saliva, compounds and the like which are contacted with the protective article can be detected in real time, the protective article can be reminded of being replaced in time, and the cleanness and the sanitation can be kept.
