Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways. Various modifications and changes may be made in the details within the description and the drawings without departing from the spirit of the invention. In particular, the proportion and the relative position of the various elements in the drawings are merely exemplary in nature, and are not intended to represent the actual conditions under which the present invention may be practiced.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 22 together for the technical idea of the wire connector of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5-2, the wire connector 1 of the present invention is used for electrically connecting a wire 2, and the wire 2 has a core wire 21 and an outer coating 22, and the core wire 21 is covered by the outer coating 22 to protect the core wire 21. The wire connector 1 has an insulating housing 11 and conductive terminals 12. Regarding the number of the conductive terminals of the wire connector 1, as shown in fig. 2, the wire connector 1 has a plurality of conductive terminals 12, but not limited thereto, the wire connector 1 may also be provided with only a single conductive terminal 12 to meet the use requirement. In the present invention, the conductive terminal 12 is embedded in the insulating base 11 to complete the positioning by the insulating base 11, and the conductive terminal 12 has a terminal body 121, a piercing wall 122 and a positioning wall 123. The puncture wall 122 has a puncture guiding portion 1221 and a puncture blade portion 1222, the positioning wall 123 has a positioning guiding portion 1231 and a positioning hole portion 1232, as shown in fig. 2, the positioning wall 123 and the puncture wall 122 respectively extend upward from one side of the terminal body 121, so that the puncture guiding portion 1221 and the positioning guiding portion 1231 are both opened with a penetration opening toward a predetermined direction, so that the puncture wall 122 and the positioning wall 123 have U-shaped cross sections, and thus, the wire 2 can respectively enter the puncture guiding portion 1221 and the positioning guiding portion 1231 along the penetration opening in one direction, and respectively contact the puncture guiding portion 1221 and the positioning guiding portion 1231, and the wire 2 respectively enters the puncture blade portion 1222 and the positioning hole portion 1232 by being guided by the puncture guiding portion 1221 and the positioning guiding portion 1231.
Preferably, the positioning wall 123 and the piercing wall 122 extend upward from one side of the terminal body 121 respectively to be substantially parallel to each other, and the piercing blade portion 1222 faces the positioning hole portion 1232, so as to prevent the wire 2 entering the piercing blade portion 1222 and the positioning hole portion 1232 respectively from being bent to cause the core wire 21 inside the wire 2 to be pulled and damaged by force.
When the wire 2 enters the piercing blade portion 1222, as shown in fig. 4-1, the wire 2 is first contacted to the piercing guide portion 1221 and guided to gradually enter the piercing blade portion 1222. As shown in fig. 4-2, after the wire 2 enters the piercing blade 1222, the piercing blade 1222 pierces the outer rubber 22 of the wire 2 to engage the core 21 of the wire 2, so as to complete the electrical connection with the core 21 of the wire 2, thereby making the wire connector of the present invention capable of being used to electrically connect the small wires 2.
When the wire 2 enters the positioning hole part 1232, as shown in fig. 5-1, the wire 2 contacts the positioning guide part 1231 first, so that the positioning wall 123 is forced to become the first shape, and at this time, the wire 2 enters the positioning hole part 1232 along the positioning guide part 1231. When the wire 2 enters the positioning hole 1232, as shown in fig. 5-2, the wire 2 leaves the positioning guide 1231, and the force applied to the positioning wall 123 is released, so that the second body, which restricts the movement of the wire 2 so that the wire 2 cannot leave the positioning hole 1232 along the positioning guide 1231 and the wire 2 is restricted in the positioning hole 1232, can accommodate the wire 2 and position the wire 2.
