the cloud platform portal system establishes three types of unique indexes, namely: hospitals, patients, and equipment; the hospitals are that each hospital accessed to the platform has a unique identification code; the patient establishes a unique patient account number for all patients in treatment, wherein the account number is unique for life and can be associated with unique indexes generated in a plurality of internal HISs of the hospital; the unique account number of the patient generated during the visit in the platform or the unique account number during the remote health care account opening is always one, and the unique account number established by the creator is used regardless of whether the patient is created first or not.
