The invention discloses a screening method of high-risk personnel and a storage medium thereof, comprising the following steps: step S01: acquiring personnel information data and wrist strap positioning data; step S02: carrying out same-track analysis on the personnel information data and the wrist strap positioning data and outputting a first identification number of the personnel in the same track; step S03: performing field association on the personnel information data and outputting a same-track personnel information table through the first identification number of the same-track personnel; step S04: carrying out condition screening on the offending information fields in the personnel information tables with the same track, and outputting and displaying the high-risk personnel information tables; by the method, the gathering condition of the monitoring personnel can be found in time, the advance prevention, control and early warning are realized, the crime risk or drug absorption of the monitoring personnel is reduced, and the method is suitable for the fields of public security, judicial expertise and drug prohibition.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of informatization management, in particular to a screening method for high-risk personnel and a storage medium thereof.
Background
Along with the rapid development of society, the fields of public security, justice, drug inhibition and the like of China also gradually realize informatization management, in order to embody the humanitarian spirit of law, non-supervision measures such as security taking, community correction, community drug rehabilitation and the like can be taken for partial criminals, the crowd comprises community correction personnel, security taking and supervision personnel, key drug addicts and the like, and meanwhile, in order to facilitate the management of the crowd, the electronic positioning management is usually carried out by adopting a correction wrist strap.

The invention provides a screening method for high-risk personnel, and in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer, the invention is further described in detail below by referring to the attached drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the scope of the invention.

It should be noted that the personnel information data may be a database provided by a public security system, a judicial system, or a drug administration system, for example: a community correction personnel information database, a security taking and monitoring personnel information database, a key virus absorbing personnel database and the like. Wherein, personnel's information data all include information such as name, ID card, sex, personnel's serial number, wrist strap number, date of birth, place of residence, work unit, whether offend, the wrist strap positioning data includes wrist strap number, location time, location coordinate, personnel's serial number usually. The personnel numbers here correspond to the corresponding numbers in the different systems.
Step S02: carrying out same-track analysis on the personnel information data and the wrist strap positioning data and outputting a first identification number of the personnel in the same track; in this embodiment, the step S02 is specifically as follows: and reading a first identification number in the personnel information data and a second identification number, positioning time and positioning coordinates in the wrist strap positioning data, performing same-track analysis, and outputting the corresponding first identification number of the personnel in the same track when the same-track frequency exceeds a preset value.
By the method, the wrist strap is used for providing positioning time and positioning coordinates sent out at regular time to perform on-orbit analysis, so that whether two or more monitoring personnel gather in the same spatial dimension and have the same behavior track is obtained, when the on-orbit frequency exceeds a preset value, the monitoring personnel can be determined to have gathering conditions and the suspicion of conspiring crime or absorbing poison again, and the preset value can be set for 2-4 times.
In this embodiment, the first identification number is set as a person number, and the second identification number may be set as a wristband number or a person number (the same as the first identification number); and the first identification number and the second identification number are both unique (i.e., the wristband number and the person number are unique), so that either the first identification number or the second identification number can be used to determine the identity of the monitoring person.
Step S03: and performing field association with the personnel information data by using the first identification number of the person in the same track obtained in the step of obtaining the step S02, thereby obtaining the person information in the same track corresponding to the first identification number. Wherein the field association means: and the system is used for correlating the result obtained by operation, such as the ID card number, with the information of the existing data source data to obtain a personnel related result set.
Preferably, the obtained plurality of pieces of person information with the same trajectory are combined into data for the convenience of the user to read, and the same fields are combined into a column to display the result, thereby generating the person information table with the same trajectory. Wherein the data merging means: data from multiple data sources is merged for field level merging, and the fields are configurable.

It should be noted that the high-risk personnel in this embodiment refer to monitoring personnel who have records of criminals and are often gathered together; the personnel belongs to high-risk personnel because of the higher possibility of recrudescence crime or drug absorption.
Preferably, the first identification number of the person in the same track and the information table of the person in the same track are both displayable intermediate temporary results; the user can also obtain the information record of other persons in the same track without offending through the intermediate temporary result, thereby further strengthening the ideological education and supervision of the persons and avoiding the renewed crime or drug absorption.
In summary, according to the screening method for high-risk personnel, personnel information data and wristband positioning data are utilized, monitoring personnel (security and surveillance personnel, key virus absorbing personnel, community correction personnel and the like) with aggregation conditions are screened through same-track analysis, and compared with the existing regular visit form, the method can effectively solve the problem that part of monitoring personnel who are once offending really do not accept education in thinking and use the opportunity of centralized education to teach other personnel to crime again, and timely discover the aggregation conditions of the monitoring personnel through same-track analysis, so that advance prevention and control early warning are achieved, the risk of monitoring personnel in crime or virus absorbing is reduced, and the method is suitable for the fields of public security, judicial law and virus inhibition.
The invention also provides computer equipment, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the screening method of the high-risk personnel; since the screening method for the high risk personnel is described in detail above, it is not repeated herein.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the method for screening high risk persons as described above; since the screening method for the high risk personnel is described in detail above, it is not repeated herein.

1. A screening method for high-risk personnel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S01: acquiring personnel information data and wrist strap positioning data;
step S02: carrying out same-track analysis on the personnel information data and the wrist strap positioning data and outputting a first identification number of the personnel in the same track;
step S03: performing field association on the personnel information data and outputting a same-track personnel information table through the first identification number of the same-track personnel;
step S04: and (4) carrying out condition screening on the offending information fields in the personnel information table with the same track, and outputting and displaying the high-risk personnel information table.

The method for screening high-risk personnel according to claim 1, wherein the step S02 is as follows: and reading a first identification number in the personnel information data and a second identification number, positioning time and positioning coordinates in the wrist strap positioning data, performing same-track analysis, and outputting the corresponding first identification number of the personnel in the same track when the same-track frequency exceeds a preset value.

6. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the method of screening for high risk personnel of any one of claims 1-5.
