the server may extract the specified page in PDF format, further process the specified page, and generate a temporary file in a second target format.

in an embodiment of the present invention, the server may process the temporary file in the PPM format, and at this time, may obtain the watermark information added to the temporary file in the PPM format, where the content of the watermark information may be formed by splicing and fixing the user information of the preview user and the dynamic information such as the timestamp, that is, the watermark information is the dynamic information; it should be noted that the obtained watermark information may be an explicit watermark in a picture format added to the picture, or may be binary stream watermark information, which may be embedded in the picture and exist as an implicit watermark.

The server side can arrange the temporary files with watermark information in PPM format according to the page number sequence; and the temporary files in the PPM format formed by arrangement can be converted into a first target format to obtain a processed file, namely a target file, which is finally returned to the terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first target format may be a PDF format, and the server may load a PPM-format file into a PDF-format page according to the number of permutations, and reorganize the new PDF-format page to generate a new PDF-format file, where the new PDF-format file is a file that is finally returned to the terminal, that is, a target file.

The server side can acquire the adapted original file through a file preview request sent by the connected terminal, process the original file according to the browsing permission information of the preview user, return the processed file to the connected terminal, and display the terminal for the preview user to check.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the connected terminal may receive a processed file sent by the server, and may store the processed file in its memory, where the processed file is a file related to the browsing permission of the preview user, that is, the connected terminal cannot perform landing caching on a file searched before being processed by the server, and the connected terminal can only view the processed file, and the processed file is only stored in the memory, that is, a browsing manner in which the original file is not cached in the landing mode may be adopted, which may effectively limit possible leakage and theft of the file in the online preview process.
The connected terminal stores the processed file in the memory, the processed file does not need to be read from the cache space, and the processed file stored in the memory can be directly opened and displayed to a previewing user; and when the closing operation of the preview user on the processed file is detected, the connected terminal can immediately delete the related data of the processed file when the user closes the displayed file, namely, a safe file browsing mode can be adopted, so that the risk of file leakage caused by the fact that the residual historical data is exported by using a technical means is prevented.
According to the file preview processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a server responds to a file preview request sent by a connected terminal and processes a file; obtaining an adapted original file according to a file preview request, uniformly converting the same format of a compatible format file according to browsing permission information of a preview user, wherein the browsing permission information can comprise user role permission information of the preview user, obtaining accessible pages of files in the same format according to the user role authority information, obtaining appointed pages of accessible pages according to the file preview request and the user role authority information, converting the file format of the appointed pages into files in picture format, adding or embedding watermark information to the file with the picture format according to the acquired watermark information, loading the file with the picture format and the watermark information in the original sequence to form a new PDF (Portable document Format) format file, and returning the new PDF format file to a terminal connected with the new PDF format file to finish the processing work of the file; the connected terminal can use a cross-platform browsing tool to preview a new PDF file returned by the server, the new PDF file is a file matched with the browsing authority information of a previewing user, the file is cached in a memory and directly opened and displayed, the related information of the file in the memory is immediately deleted when the file is closed, and the file previewing work is completed. The file preview processing method realizes multi-format file conversion, control of a user on file browsing permission, a file permission minimization principle, a safe processing mode of converting a picture format to prevent copying and dynamic display and hidden watermark processing, and realizes compatibility of cross-platform browsing, control of the user on the file browsing permission and a safe browsing mode of not falling to the ground of the file.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, a process flow diagram of a file preview and processing embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the process flow diagram includes a left block diagram and a right block diagram, where the left block diagram is a process of previewing a file by a terminal when a user previews the file; the right block shows the processing procedure of a file by a connected server when a user previews the file.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a mobile terminal, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, a wearable device (such as glasses, a watch, and the like), and the like; the operating system of the mobile terminal may include Android (Android), IOS, Windows Phone, Windows, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a user initiates a call to a previewed file through a terminal, at this time, the terminal (Android, iOS, browser) may initiate a call request for viewing the file through a cross-platform browsing tool, that is, a file preview request, where the file preview request includes parameters such as a file number (that is, file identification information) and user information, and the parameters are transmitted to a back-end server through the cross-platform browsing tool; the backend server may perform the following processing on the file in response to the request sent by the terminal:
the back-end server receives the file, at the moment, the server can check the authority according to the file number and the user information transmitted by the calling party, and then the server retrieves the file to the back end from the cache server or the file storage server;
the back-end server carries out format conversion processing, and at the moment, the server can uniformly convert the files with compatible formats into intermediate files with the same format;
the back-end server carries out page extraction processing, at the moment, the server can extract the appointed page in the intermediate file into a temporary file in a picture format according to the terminal calling parameter requirement and the page and page number requirements allowed to be accessed by the user role authority, and different pages which can be extracted by different users are different;
the back-end server performs watermarking processing, at the moment, the server can render watermarks on the temporary pictures, and the watermark content is dynamic information such as calling user information and timestamps and the like and is spliced and fixed watermark content generally;
the back-end server generates a file, and at the moment, the server can reorganize the temporary files after the watermarks are drawn in sequence to generate a PDF file serving as an output result to be returned to a terminal caller;
and after the back-end server generates a file which is finally returned to the terminal, namely the processed file, the terminal displays the file, at the moment, the terminal can store a new PDF file returned by the back-end in an internal memory by using a cross-platform PDF viewing tool, the new PDF file is directly displayed to the front-end information, and relevant data is immediately deleted once the display is closed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user previews a certain file, a terminal previews the file and processes the file by a server, so that the compatibility of cross-platform browsing is realized, the user controls the file browsing authority and a safe browsing mode that the file does not fall to the ground, multi-format file support is also realized, the user controls the file browsing authority, fine-grained control on different roles and authorities of the same file as required is realized, the super-large file is quickly accessed, and a picture format is converted to prevent copying and a safe processing mode of dynamic implicit watermark processing is realized for each call.
Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram illustrating a structure of an embodiment of a file preview processing apparatus according to the present invention may specifically include the following modules:
a preview request receiving module 501, configured to receive a file preview request sent by a terminal;
an authority information obtaining module 502, configured to obtain browsing authority information of a user corresponding to the terminal;
an original file obtaining module 503, configured to obtain a corresponding original file according to the file preview request;
a target file generating module 504, configured to generate a target file from the original file according to file data adapted to the browsing permission information;
and an object file sending module 505, configured to send the object file to the terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the preview request receiving module 501 may include the following sub-modules:
the preview request receiving submodule is used for receiving a file preview request generated and sent by a terminal calling a preset cross-platform browsing component; the cross-platform browsing component supports terminals of multiple platforms.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the permission information obtaining module 502 may include the following sub-modules:
the permission information sub-acquisition module is used for acquiring the browsing permission information of the user corresponding to the terminal from the user information when the user information comprises the browsing permission information;
and the permission information sub-acquisition module is further used for or when the user information does not include the browsing permission information, acquiring the browsing permission information matched with the user information from preset browsing permission information.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the file preview request includes file identification information; the original file acquiring module 503 may include the following sub-modules:
the original file obtaining submodule is used for obtaining a corresponding original file according to the file identification information;
in one embodiment of the present invention, the target file generation module 504 may include the following sub-modules:
the intermediate file generation submodule is used for converting the file format of the original file into a first target format and generating an intermediate file;
the accessible page acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the accessible page matched with the browsing permission information from the intermediate file;
and the target file generation submodule is used for generating the target file according to the accessible page.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the target file generation submodule may include the following units:
a designated page obtaining unit, configured to obtain, from the accessible page, a designated page adapted to the browsing permission information;
the temporary file generating unit is used for generating a temporary file in a second target format by adopting the specified page;
and the target file generating unit is used for arranging the temporary files in sequence and converting the file format of the temporary files into the first target format to obtain the target files.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the temporary file generating unit may include the following sub-units:
the format conversion subunit is used for converting the file format of the specified page into a second target format to obtain a temporary file;
the watermark information acquisition subunit is used for acquiring watermark information; the watermark information comprises binary stream watermark information;
the temporary file generating subunit is configured to embed the binary stream watermark information in the first temporary file of the temporary file in the second target format.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the target file sending module 505 may include the following sub-modules:
the target file sending submodule is used for sending the target file which is adaptive to the browsing permission information of the user corresponding to the terminal; the terminal is used for storing the target file into a memory, displaying the target file stored in the memory, and closing and displaying the target file and deleting the target file in the memory when closing operation aiming at the target file is detected.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including:
the file previewing processing method comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the file previewing processing method embodiment is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, repeated description is omitted.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the above-mentioned embodiment of the file preview processing method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.

Claims (10)

1. A preview processing method of a file is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a file preview request sent by a terminal, and acquiring browsing permission information of a user corresponding to the terminal;
acquiring a corresponding original file according to the file preview request;
generating a target file from the original file according to the file data adaptive to the browsing authority information;
and sending the target file to the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the file preview request includes user information; the acquiring of the browsing permission information of the user corresponding to the terminal includes:
when the user information comprises the browsing permission information, acquiring the browsing permission information of a user corresponding to the terminal from the user information;
or when the user information does not include the browsing permission information, acquiring the browsing permission information matched with the user information from preset browsing permission information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the file preview request includes file identification information; the original file is an original file corresponding to the file identification information; generating a target file from the original file according to the file data adapted to the browsing permission information, wherein the generating of the target file comprises:
converting the file format of the original file into a first target format to generate an intermediate file;
acquiring an accessible page matched with the browsing permission information from the intermediate file;
and generating the target file according to the accessible page.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the generating the target file from the accessible page comprises:
acquiring a specified page matched with the browsing permission information from the accessible page;
generating a temporary file in a second target format by adopting the designated page;
and arranging the temporary files in sequence, and converting the file format of the temporary files into the first target format to obtain the target files.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein generating a temporary file in a second target format using the specified page comprises:
converting the file format of the designated page into a second target format to obtain a temporary file;
acquiring watermark information; the watermark information comprises binary stream watermark information;
and embedding the binary stream watermark information in the temporary file of the second target format.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving of the file preview request sent by the terminal comprises:
a receiving terminal calls a preset cross-platform browsing component to generate and send a file preview request; the cross-platform browsing component supports terminals of multiple platforms.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the target file to the terminal comprises:
sending the target file adapted to the browsing permission information of the user corresponding to the terminal; the terminal is used for storing the target file into a memory, displaying the target file stored in the memory, and closing and displaying the target file and deleting the target file in the memory when closing operation aiming at the target file is detected.
8. A preview processing apparatus for a document, comprising:
the preview request receiving module is used for receiving a file preview request sent by a terminal;
the permission information acquisition module is used for acquiring the browsing permission information of the user corresponding to the terminal;
the original file acquisition module is used for acquiring a corresponding original file according to the file preview request;
the target file generation module is used for generating a target file from the original file according to the file data adaptive to the browsing permission information;
and the target file sending module is used for sending the target file to the terminal.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing a method of preview processing of a document according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements a preview processing method of a document according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
