Abstract
The invention provides an order query method and a system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring voice information of a user query order through voice equipment; carrying out voice recognition on the voice information, and sending a recognized query instruction to a server; the server inquires an order database according to the query instruction and calls order data corresponding to the query instruction from the order database; and sending the order data to a printer for printing. In the invention, order query is realized through voice recognition, and the query result is fed back through the printer, so that the order query efficiency is improved, and the flexibility of result feedback is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to an order query method and an order query system.
Background
In the online sales process, if order data need to be checked, a worker needs to perform order query through equipment with order records, query results can only be checked through an order equipment display screen, the query process consumes time and labor, and the result returning mode is single.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the voice equipment is connected with the service platform, the functions of order inquiry and printing are realized through voice, and the convenience of voice service acquisition can be fully experienced.
As shown in fig. 3, the order query system of the present embodiment includes a mobile terminal and a server.
The mobile terminal is responsible for the voice acquisition module, the voice recognition module and the data transmission module.
The voice acquisition module is used for acquiring voice information of the input query order.
The voice recognition module is used for voice recognition of the query instruction.
The keyword may be set as a common term for order query during shopping guide work, for example, "query client XXX order", or the like. The words are stored in the voice data recognition instruction model in advance, can be recognized quickly during voice recognition, and are compared and matched with voice information to obtain instruction information.
And the data transmission module is used for transmitting the identified instruction information to the server side in real time.
And the server side performs data matching and data query. And matching and inquiring database information according to the order instruction information of the mobile terminal, and starting a printer to print after calling data information.
In the embodiment, the mode of inquiring the order by the staff is optimized, the order information is inquired in real time, and the order information is printed quickly, so that the order inquiry efficiency is improved, and the printing time is saved.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an order query system according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the system 100 may further include a construction module 104 in addition to all the modules shown in fig. 4. The building module 104 is used for building a standard query statement in the speech recognition instruction model in advance according to the order query keyword.
In this embodiment, the speech recognition module 102 may further include a comparison unit 1021. The comparison unit 1021 is configured to perform semantic comparison between the voice information and the standard query statement in the voice recognition instruction model, and generate the query instruction according to a comparison result.
In this embodiment, the query module 201 may further include a matching unit 2011. The matching unit 2011 is configured to match the order information in the query instruction with the order information stored in the database.
It should be noted that, the above modules or units can be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following modes can be implemented, but are not limited to the following modes: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

acquiring voice information of a user query order through voice equipment;
carrying out voice recognition on the voice information, and sending a recognized query instruction to a server;
the server inquires an order database according to the query instruction and calls order data corresponding to the query instruction from the order database;
and sending the order data to a printer for printing.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

3. The method of claim 2, wherein performing speech recognition on the speech information comprises:
