Specifically, the community server stores face images of different users as preset images, and associates queriable targets respectively, for example, when the query request is "i has or does not have express", the query target word of the query request is "express", and the query trend word is "i has or does not have", in the further embodiment, the community server can select the queriable target corresponding to the user according to "i does not have", for example, the queriable target corresponding to the user includes "express", "visitor", and the like, and then obtain a second query result of "express", "visitor", for example, the second query result of "express" is "express storage location", and the second query result of "visitor" is "visitor time, number of people".
S220: and the community server sends a second playing instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment so that the intelligent broadcasting equipment broadcasts a second query result.
The second query result includes a query target, that is, when the content of the second query result broadcasted by the intelligent broadcasting device includes the query target determined by the community server according to the query trend word, the user listens to the second query result while listening to the corresponding query target, so as to listen to the query result of the user's own needs, for example, the second query result includes the location of a convenience store and the location of a restaurant, and if the user only broadcasts the location, the user cannot know whether the location is the location of the convenience store or the restaurant, and cannot listen to the query result of the user's own needs.

In the embodiment, if the tone quality of the first voice segment is not qualified, the community server divides the query voice to obtain a second voice segment corresponding to the query word; the community server judges whether the tone quality of the second voice fragment is qualified; if the query result is qualified, the community server determines a query target of the user according to the query trend word and acquires a second query result associated with the query target; the community server sends a second playing instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment so that the intelligent broadcasting equipment can broadcast a second query result, under the condition that the tone quality of a first voice segment corresponding to a query target word is unqualified, the query result of a user is obtained by querying a word, and the problems that the query result is obtained wrongly due to the unqualified tone quality of the first voice segment or the query voice of the user needs to be collected again are solved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic block diagram of an embodiment of a community server provided in the present application, where the community server in the present embodiment includes a processor 310 and a memory 320, the processor 310 is coupled to the memory 320, the memory 320 stores computer instructions, and the processor 310 executes the computer instructions when operating to implement the community query method in any of the above embodiments.
The processor 310 may also be referred to as a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The processor 310 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor 310 may also be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor, but is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of an embodiment of a community query system provided in the present application, where the community query system in the present embodiment includes an intelligent broadcasting device 410 and a community server 420, and the intelligent broadcasting device is in communication connection with the community server;
the intelligent broadcasting device 410 is configured to collect query voice of a user, and send the query voice to the community server 420; the community server 420 is used for analyzing the query voice to obtain a query request of the user, wherein the query request comprises a query target word; the community server 420 is further configured to segment the query speech to obtain a first speech segment corresponding to the query target word; the community server 420 is further configured to determine whether the sound quality of the first speech segment is qualified; the community server 420 is further configured to obtain a first query result associated with the query target word when the first voice fragment is qualified; the community server 420 is further configured to send a first playing instruction to the intelligent broadcasting device 410; the intelligent broadcasting device 410 is also configured to broadcast the first query result.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of an embodiment of a computer-readable storage medium provided in the present application, in which a computer program 510 is stored, and the computer program 510 can be executed by a processor to implement the community query method in any of the above embodiments.
Alternatively, the readable storage medium may be various media that can store program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, or may be a terminal device such as a computer, a server, a mobile phone, or a tablet.

Claims (10)

1. A method for community query, the method comprising:
the community server receives query voice sent by the intelligent broadcasting equipment;
the community server analyzes the query voice to obtain a query request of a user, wherein the query request comprises a query target word;
the community server divides the query voice to obtain a first voice segment corresponding to the query target word;
the community server judges whether the tone quality of the first voice fragment is qualified or not;
if the query target words are qualified, the community server acquires first query results associated with the query target words;
the community server sends a first playing instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment, so that the intelligent broadcasting equipment broadcasts the first query result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the query request further comprises a query trending word;
the community server judges whether the tone quality of the first voice fragment is qualified or not, and the community server further comprises the following steps:
if the tone quality of the first voice segment is unqualified, the community server divides the query voice to obtain a second voice segment corresponding to the query word;
the community server judges whether the tone quality of the second voice fragment is qualified or not;
if the query target is qualified, the community server determines the query target of the user according to the query trend word and acquires a second query result associated with the query target;
and the community server sends a second playing instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment so that the intelligent broadcasting equipment broadcasts the second query result, wherein the second query result comprises the query target.
3. The method of claim 2,
the community server determines a query target of the user according to the query trend word, and the step of obtaining a second query result associated with the query target comprises the following steps:
the community server acquires a query range matched with the query trend word from a query record, wherein the query range comprises a plurality of query targets;
the community server respectively calculates the proportion of the plurality of query targets in the query range;
the community server sequentially obtains second query results associated with the plurality of query targets according to the proportion;
the community server sends a second playing instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment, so that the step of broadcasting the second query result by the intelligent broadcasting equipment comprises the following steps:
and the community server sequentially sends a plurality of second playing instructions to the intelligent broadcasting equipment according to the proportion, so that the intelligent broadcasting equipment sequentially broadcasts second inquiry results of the plurality of inquiry targets.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the community server determines a query target of the user according to the query trending word, and the step of obtaining a second query result associated with the query target comprises:
the community server acquires a plurality of query targets matched with the query trend words in query records;
the community server sends an acquisition instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment so that the intelligent broadcasting equipment acquires the face image of the user;
the community server acquires a historical query target associated with a preset image matched with the face image of the user from a historical record;
and the community server selects the query targets which are not matched with the historical query targets from the plurality of query targets, and acquires a second query result associated with the unmatched query targets.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the community server determines a query target of the user according to the query trending word, and the step of obtaining a second query result associated with the query target comprises:
the community server sends an acquisition instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment so that the intelligent broadcasting equipment acquires the face image of the user;
and the community server selects a query target associated with a preset image matched with the face image in a target database, and acquires a second query result associated with the query target.
6. The method of claim 2,
the step of judging whether the tone quality of the first voice fragment is qualified by the community server comprises the following steps:
the community server judges whether the signal-to-noise ratio of the first voice fragment is larger than or equal to a first threshold value or not, and if yes, the tone quality of the first voice fragment is qualified;
the step of judging whether the tone quality of the second voice fragment is qualified by the community server comprises the following steps:
and the community server judges whether the signal-to-noise ratio of the second voice fragment is greater than or equal to a second threshold value, and if so, the tone quality of the second voice fragment is qualified.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of the community server determining whether the sound quality of the second speech segment is qualified further comprises:
and if the tone quality of the second voice segment is not qualified, the community server sends a re-acquisition instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment, so that the intelligent broadcasting equipment can re-acquire the query voice of the user.
8. A community server, comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing computer instructions, the processor being coupled to the memory and the processor being operable to execute the computer instructions to implement the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
9. The community query system is characterized by comprising intelligent broadcasting equipment and a community server, wherein the intelligent broadcasting equipment is in communication connection with the community server;
the intelligent broadcasting equipment is used for collecting query voice of a user and sending the query voice to the community server;
the community server is used for analyzing the query voice to obtain a query request of a user, wherein the query request comprises a query target word;
the community server is further used for segmenting the query voice to obtain a first voice segment corresponding to the query target word;
the community server is also used for judging whether the tone quality of the first voice fragment is qualified or not;
the community server is further used for acquiring a first query result associated with the query target word when the first voice fragment is qualified;
the community server is further used for sending a first playing instruction to the intelligent broadcasting equipment;
the intelligent broadcasting equipment is further used for broadcasting the first query result.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program being executable by a processor for implementing the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
