Abstract
The invention discloses a multilingual message service setting method and a system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: selecting a preset message template according to the message type; receiving input information of a sender aiming at the message template, configuring the input information to a corresponding position of the message template, and generating a message to be sent; the input information comprises nationality information of a person to be received; setting the language of the message to be sent according to the nationality information to obtain the message to be sent with configured language; sending the message to be sent of the configuration language to a receiver to be received according to a preset message path; the method and the system generate the message service through the message template, thereby reducing the development cost and facilitating the generation of messages in large batch; the method and the system can enable the receivers from different countries to receive the messages in the familiar language by adjusting the message language, thereby realizing the multi-language of the messages.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for setting a multi-language message service.
Background
Along with the international development of tax services of various countries, the tax services of the country are more and more classified, tax payers of different nationalities in one country are more and more, the requirement for receiving message languages is continuously increased, the current traditional single-language message mechanism cannot meet the requirement of the tax services, the management difficulty of tax authorities for the tax payers of different nationalities is increased, the message contents sent to the tax payers of different nationalities by the tax authorities are disordered, meanwhile, the informatization of the messages enables system developers to increase the development cost, the international development of the messages is limited, and the multilingualization cannot be realized.

In order to solve the problems of higher development cost of a message service mechanism and difficult realization of multi-language in the background art, the invention provides a multi-language message service setting method and a multi-language message service setting system, wherein the method and the system generate message service by presetting a message template and demands and automatically adjust the message language by the nationality information of a receiver to be received; the multilingual message service setting method comprises the following steps:
selecting a preset message template according to the message type;
receiving input information of a sender aiming at the message template, configuring the input information to a corresponding position of the message template, and generating a message to be sent; the input information comprises nationality information of a person to be received;
setting the language of the message to be sent according to the nationality information to obtain the message to be sent with configured language;
and sending the message to be sent of the configuration language to a receiver to be received according to a preset message path.
Furthermore, the preset message template consists of template contents determined according to message types and a plurality of items to be input, and is composed of an arrangement rule determined according to the message types;
the plurality of items to be input comprise message names, message contents, receiver information and sender information; the recipient information includes a recipient address and nationality information.
Further, the input information includes a message name, a message content, sender information, and one or more sets of recipient information;
and the sender inputs the input information to obtain one or more groups of messages to be sent.
Further, the setting the language of the message to be sent according to the nationality information includes:

Further, the input information comprises a plurality of groups of input information corresponding to a plurality of languages; the message template for the same message type comprises a plurality of message templates corresponding to a plurality of languages; after determining the corresponding language according to the nationality information, the method further comprises:
determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and selecting a corresponding message template from the message templates to replace the message template in the message to be sent;
and determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and selecting corresponding input information from the plurality of input information to replace a corresponding part in the message to be sent.
Further, the recipient information includes one or more message routes; each message route comprises corresponding message route information;
and sending the message to be sent of the configuration language to a receiver to be received according to the message path information through one or more message paths in the receiver information.
Further, after sending the message to be sent in the configured language to the recipient according to a preset message path, the method further includes:
if the message to be sent does not reach the receiver to be received, the message to be sent is sent to the receiver again according to preset abnormal condition parameters;
the abnormal condition parameters include a maximum number of message transmissions and a retransmission time interval.

Further, the system also comprises an abnormal condition processing unit;
the abnormal condition processing unit is used for re-sending the message to be sent to the receiver to be received according to preset abnormal condition parameters when the message to be sent does not reach the receiver to be received;
the abnormal condition parameters include a maximum number of message transmissions and a retransmission time interval.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the technical scheme of the invention provides a multilingual message service setting method and system, wherein the method and system generate message service by presetting a message template and demands, and automatically adjust the message language by nationality information of a receiver to be received; the method and the system generate the message service through the message template, thereby reducing the development cost and facilitating the generation of messages in large batch; the method and the system can enable the receivers from different countries to receive the messages in the familiar language by adjusting the message language, thereby realizing the multi-language of the messages.

the plurality of items to be input comprise message names, message contents, receiver information and sender information; the recipient information includes a recipient address and nationality information.
The message types are distinguished through service requirements, and each service node needing to send messages can be correspondingly set with the message types, so that a corresponding message template is determined;
for a message template, the position, the arrangement sequence and the connection relation with the template content of the item to be input are all preset, when the message template is stolen, corresponding input information is input at the position of the item to be input, and a message can be obtained.
the input information comprises a message name, message content, sender information and one or more groups of receiver information;
and the sender inputs the input information to obtain one or more groups of messages to be sent.
The received input message of the sender can be the input message corresponding to the position of the corresponding item to be input of the sender; the sender can also input the input message in the form of an EXCEL table in batches, and the message is input into the item to be input by identifying the header of the EXCEL table.

determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and selecting a corresponding message template from the message templates to replace the message template in the message to be sent;
and determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and selecting corresponding input information from the plurality of input information to replace a corresponding part in the message to be sent.
For example, when the same message is sent in a group by the method when facing a plurality of recipients, the sender inputs the information of the same item by a plurality of languages when inputting the information; when sending similar messages in groups, the same part of information is distinguished and input through multiple languages, different information can be respectively input into the multiple languages, and supplementary translation can be performed through translation software after the message template and the input information of the language are selected through the method.
For each message template, a plurality of languages are prepared, so that the accuracy of messages in other languages can be ensured through the preset setting.

An input information receiving unit 220, where the input information receiving unit 220 is configured to receive input information of a sender for the message template, configure the input information to a corresponding position of the message template, and generate a message to be sent; the input information comprises nationality information of a person to be received;
further, the input information received by the input information receiving unit 220 includes a message name, a message content, sender information, and one or more sets of recipient information;
and the sender inputs the input information to obtain one or more groups of messages to be sent.
A language setting unit 230, where the language setting unit 230 is configured to set a language of the message to be sent according to the nationality information, and obtain a message to be sent with configured language;
further, the language setting unit 230 is configured to determine a corresponding language according to the nationality information;
the language setting unit 230 translates the message to be sent into a corresponding language through a translation unit.
Further, the input information comprises a plurality of groups of input information corresponding to a plurality of languages; the message template for the same message type comprises a plurality of message templates corresponding to a plurality of languages;
the language setting unit 230 is configured to determine, according to the nationality information, that a corresponding language selects a corresponding message template from the plurality of message templates to replace a message template in a message to be sent;
the language setting unit 230 is configured to determine a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and select corresponding input information from the plurality of input information to replace a corresponding part in the message to be sent.
A sending unit 240, where the sending unit 240 is configured to send the message to be sent of the configuration language to a to-be-received person according to a preset message path.
Further, the recipient information includes one or more message routes; each message route comprises corresponding message route information;
the sending unit 240 is configured to send the message to be sent in the configured language to the recipient according to the message route information through one or more message routes in the recipient information.
Further, the system also comprises an abnormal condition processing unit;
the abnormal condition processing unit is used for re-sending the message to be sent to the receiver to be received according to preset abnormal condition parameters when the message to be sent does not reach the receiver to be received;
the abnormal condition parameters include a maximum number of message transmissions and a retransmission time interval.

Claims (14)
1. A multilingual message service setting method, the method comprising:
selecting a preset message template according to the message type;
receiving input information of a sender aiming at the message template, configuring the input information to a corresponding position of the message template, and generating a message to be sent; the input information comprises nationality information of a person to be received;
setting the language of the message to be sent according to the nationality information to obtain the message to be sent with configured language;
and sending the message to be sent of the configuration language to a receiver to be received according to a preset message path.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: the preset message template consists of template contents determined according to message types and a plurality of items to be input, and is composed of an arrangement rule determined according to the message types;
the plurality of items to be input comprise message names, message contents, receiver information and sender information; the recipient information includes a recipient address and nationality information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: the input information comprises a message name, message content, sender information and one or more groups of receiver information;
and the sender inputs the input information to obtain one or more groups of messages to be sent.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein: the setting the language of the message to be sent according to the nationality information includes:
determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information;
and translating the message to be sent into a corresponding language through a translation unit.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein: the input information comprises a plurality of groups of input information corresponding to a plurality of languages; the message template for the same message type comprises a plurality of message templates corresponding to a plurality of languages; after determining the corresponding language according to the nationality information, the method further comprises:
determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and selecting a corresponding message template from the message templates to replace the message template in the message to be sent;
and determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and selecting corresponding input information from the plurality of input information to replace a corresponding part in the message to be sent.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein: the recipient information includes one or more message routes; each message route comprises corresponding message route information;
and sending the message to be sent of the configuration language to a receiver to be received according to the message path information through one or more message paths in the receiver information.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein after sending the message to be sent in the configured language to the recipient according to a preset message path, the method further comprises:
if the message to be sent does not reach the receiver to be received, the message to be sent is sent to the receiver again according to preset abnormal condition parameters;
the abnormal condition parameters include a maximum number of message transmissions and a retransmission time interval.
8. A multilingual message service setup system, the system comprising:
the template selection unit is used for selecting a preset message template according to the message type;

the plurality of items to be input comprise message names, message contents, receiver information and sender information; the recipient information includes a recipient address and nationality information.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein: the input information received by the input information receiving unit comprises a message name, message content, sender information and one or more groups of receiver information;
and the sender inputs the input information to obtain one or more groups of messages to be sent.
11. The system of claim 8, wherein: the language setting unit is used for determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information;
the language setting unit translates the message to be sent into a corresponding language through a translation unit.
12. The system of claim 8, wherein: the input information comprises a plurality of groups of input information corresponding to a plurality of languages; the message template for the same message type comprises a plurality of message templates corresponding to a plurality of languages;
the language setting unit is used for determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and selecting a corresponding message template from the message templates to replace the message template in the message to be sent;
the language setting unit is used for determining a corresponding language according to the nationality information, and selecting corresponding input information from the plurality of input information to replace a corresponding part in the message to be sent.
13. The system of claim 9, wherein: the recipient information includes one or more message routes; each message route comprises corresponding message route information;
the sending unit is used for sending the message to be sent of the configuration language to the receiver to be received according to the message path information through one or more message paths in the receiver information.
14. The system of claim 8, wherein: the system also includes an abnormal situation handling unit;
the abnormal condition processing unit is used for re-sending the message to be sent to the receiver to be received according to preset abnormal condition parameters when the message to be sent does not reach the receiver to be received;
the abnormal condition parameters include a maximum number of message transmissions and a retransmission time interval.
