The method of claim 4, wherein the operational state comprises: the recording state and the non-recording state, determining the power consumption information of the target equipment according to the battery state information, and determining the running state of the target equipment according to the power consumption information, wherein the recording state and the non-recording state comprise the following steps:
determining second power consumption information of the target device in the second time period according to the log information;
determining that the running state of the target equipment in a second time period is a recording state under the condition that the difference value between the second power consumption information and the power consumption of the target equipment in the recording state in the second time period is within a first preset threshold value;
and under the condition that the difference value between the second power consumption information and the power consumption of the target equipment in a non-recording state in a second time period is within a second preset threshold value, determining that the running state of the target equipment in the second time period is in the non-recording state.
6. An operating condition determining apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a third acquisition unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the battery state information of target equipment in a first time period, the first time period is a time period between the current time and a target time, and the target time is before the current time;
a determining unit, configured to determine power consumption information of the target device according to the battery state information;
the determining unit is further configured to determine an operating state of the target device according to the power consumption information.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the first obtaining unit is further configured to obtain first power consumption information included in the battery status information of the target device in the first time period, where the first power consumption information is used to indicate power consumption of the target device in the first time period.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the operational state comprises: recording state and non-recording state, the determining unit includes:
a first determining module, configured to determine that an operating state of the target device in a first time period is a recording state when the first power consumption information corresponds to power consumption of the target device in the recording state in the first time period;
a second determining module, configured to determine that an operating state of the target device in a first time period is a non-recording state when the first power consumption information corresponds to a power consumption amount of the target device in the non-recording state in the first time period.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
