Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hot water equipment, in particular to a heater and hot water equipment comprising the same.
Background
The existing instant water heater is that water is fed from the bottom of a heating cup and discharged from the top of the heating cup. Because the power of the instant water heater is high, cold water needs to be heated to hot water needed by bathing instantly, the volume of the heating cup is small, the power of the heating tube is high, and the power density is high in product design. However, because the heating tube has thermal hysteresis, the distance between the bottom and the top of the heating cup is short, and water flow can directly flow out of a water outlet at the top of the heating cup in a short time after entering the bottom of the heating cup, so that the contact time of the water and the heating tube is short, and the contact area is small; and because the heating tube has high heat density and is not fully contacted with water flow, the heat of the heating tube is not effectively transferred into water, so that the problem of water closing and temperature rising can occur, the water temperature is suddenly high in the beginning of several seconds when the water heater is used, and when the water heater is turned on again in a short time after the water heater is used, the bad conditions of high water temperature fluctuation, such as small water temperature outburst and the like, can occur in the early short time, and the use experience of a user is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a heater and hot water equipment comprising the same, so as to solve the problem of water closing and temperature rising of the existing heater.
In order to achieve the above object, in one aspect, the present invention provides a heater, which includes a hot water chamber, a water mixing chamber, a water inlet pipe communicated with the hot water chamber, and a water outlet pipe communicated with the water mixing chamber, wherein the water mixing chamber is located below the hot water chamber, and the heater further includes a communication pipe communicating the hot water chamber and the water mixing chamber, so that hot water flowing out of the hot water chamber enters the water mixing chamber and is mixed with cold water in the water mixing chamber, and then is discharged.

Preferably, the heater includes a first housing for defining the hot water chamber and a second housing for defining the water mixing chamber, the first housing including a bottom wall for defining the hot water chamber, the second housing including a top wall for defining the water mixing chamber, the second housing being connected to the first housing, the bottom wall of the first housing being formed as the top wall of the second housing or the top wall of the second housing being formed as the bottom wall of the first housing.
Preferably, the bottom wall or the top wall is made of a heat conductive material.
Preferably, the communication pipe is arranged to extend vertically downwards from the top of the hot water chamber to the bottom of the water mixing chamber, and a through hole for the communication pipe to pass through is formed in the bottom wall or the top wall.
Preferably, the water outlet pipe is arranged to extend vertically downwards from the top inside the water mixing cavity to the outside of the second shell.
Preferably, the first housing and the second housing are formed in a cylindrical shape coaxially disposed.
Preferably, a heating element is arranged in the hot water cavity.
Preferably, the heating member is a spiral heating pipe extending in a height direction of the hot water chamber.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, and bottom" are generally used to refer to the orientation in the mounted and used state. "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer contours of the respective component itself.
The invention provides a heater, which comprises a hot water cavity 11, a water mixing cavity 21, a water inlet pipe 12 communicated with the hot water cavity 11, and a water outlet pipe 22 communicated with the water mixing cavity 21, wherein the water mixing cavity 21 is positioned below the hot water cavity 11, and the heater further comprises a communicating pipe 3 communicating the hot water cavity 11 with the water mixing cavity 21, so that hot water flowing out of the hot water cavity 11 enters the water mixing cavity 21 to be mixed with cold water in the water mixing cavity 21 and then is discharged.
According to the heater, the water mixing cavity 21 is arranged, and the water mixing cavity 21 is communicated with the hot water cavity 11 of the heater, so that hot water flowing out of the hot water cavity 11 firstly enters the water mixing cavity 21 to be mixed with cold water in the water mixing cavity 21 and then is discharged, the temperature of the discharged water can be kept constant, the constant temperature performance of the heater is effectively improved, and the problem of water closing and temperature rising of the heater is solved.
It should be noted that the cold water and the hot water in the present invention are relative terms, and the cold water is understood to be water with a temperature lower than the temperature of the hot water in the hot water chamber 11, such as normal temperature water without being heated.
When in use, the water inlet pipe 12 is usually connected with a cold water source, the water outlet pipe 22 is usually connected with a hot water using end, cold water enters the hot water cavity 11 through the water inlet pipe 12 to be heated, then flows into the water mixing cavity 21 from the communicating pipe 3, is mixed with the cold water in the water mixing cavity 21, and then is discharged from the water outlet pipe 22. Wherein, hot water entering the water mixing cavity 21 can be mixed with cold water in the water mixing cavity 21, buffered, and kept at a constant temperature after water temperature impact, so that the outlet water constant temperature performance of the heater is improved. When the temperature of the hot water flowing out of the hot water cavity 11 is temporarily raised, the high-temperature water is mixed with the cold water in the water mixing cavity 21, so that the temperature of the water in the raised period can be lowered, and the temperature rise of the closed water is effectively reduced.
In the above, it can be understood that when the heater is applied to an instant water heater, the temperature of hot water in the hot water chamber 11 is usually 38-45 ℃, that is, the temperature suitable for bathing, and in the case that the water mixing chamber 21 is not provided in the conventional heater, the hot water flowing out of the hot water chamber 11 is directly led to a hot water using end (for example, a shower head), and due to the power requirement of the heater, the thermal hysteresis of the heating tube and the influence of thermal conductivity, the temperature of the hot water fluctuates to a certain extent, so that a user feels that the temperature of the hot water is higher and lower when the heater is used, and thus the bathing is not smooth. In the invention, the water mixing cavity 21 is arranged, so that the water with high temperature is firstly mixed with cold water in the water mixing cavity 21 and then discharged, the constant temperature performance of the discharged water can be effectively improved, and the temperature rise of the closed water is greatly reduced.
In addition, it should be noted that the volume of the water mixing cavity 21 in the present invention should be smaller than the volume of the hot water cavity 11, and the water mixing cavity 21 is used for fine adjustment of the hot water with a suddenly high temperature of the water flowing from the hot water cavity 11, so as to ensure the temperature of the hot water to be constant and avoid scalding the user, rather than reducing the temperature of the hot water greatly.
In order to improve the heating efficiency of the hot water chamber 11 and ensure the smooth outflow of hot water, the water inlet pipe 12 may be connected to the lower portion of the hot water chamber 11, and the communication pipe 3 may be connected to the upper portion of the hot water chamber 11, that is, the hot water chamber 11 adopts a lower water inlet mode and an upper water outlet mode. In addition, in order to effectively mix the hot water entering the water mixing cavity 21 with the cold water, and simultaneously facilitate the buffering of the hot water in the water mixing cavity 21, so as to achieve the buffering and constant temperature effects of the water mixing cavity 21 on the hot water, the communication pipe 3 may be configured to communicate with the lower portion of the water mixing cavity 21, and the water outlet pipe 22 may be configured to communicate with the upper portion of the water mixing cavity 21.
In the invention, when hot water enters the water mixing cavity 21 and is mixed with cold water, so that the temperature of the water in the water mixing cavity 21 is raised, in order to realize the continuous constant temperature function of the water mixing cavity 21, the temperature of the water in the water mixing cavity 21 can be lowered by any mode, so that the water is kept near the normal temperature. For example, a water changing pipe communicated with the water mixing cavity 21 can be arranged to replace the water in the water mixing cavity 21; a cooling structure may be provided for the water mixing chamber 21.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the heater may include a first housing 1 for defining the hot water chamber 11 and a second housing 2 for defining the water mixing chamber 21, the first housing 1 includes a bottom wall for defining the hot water chamber 11, the second housing 2 includes a top wall 23 for defining the water mixing chamber 21, the second housing 2 is connected to the first housing 1, and the bottom wall of the first housing 1 is formed as the top wall 23 of the second housing 2 or the top wall 23 of the second housing 2 is formed as the bottom wall of the first housing 1. It is understood that when the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 are two separate parts, when the first housing 1 has a bottom wall, the second housing 2 may be a structure with a top opening that is sleeved under the first housing 2, the bottom wall being used for defining both the hot water chamber 11 and the water mixing chamber 21; when the first housing 1 has a structure having an open bottom, the second housing 2 may have a top wall for defining both the hot water chamber 11 and the water mixing chamber 21 (see fig. 2). Of course, the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 may be integrally formed. That is, it is only necessary to ensure that the hot water chamber 11 is located above the water mixing chamber 21, and the hot water chamber 11 is separated from the water mixing chamber 21 by a partition plate (which may be the bottom wall of the first housing 1 or the top wall of the second housing 2).
Through the arrangement, the first shell 1 is used for feeding water into the lower part, the bottom of the first shell 1 is a cold water area, the top of the water mixing cavity 21 is adjacent to the cold water area at the bottom of the hot water cavity 11, when the temperature of the cold water in the water mixing cavity 21 rises with the mixed temperature of the hot water, partial heat can be conducted into the bottom of the hot water cavity 11 through the partition plate, the temperature of the water in the water mixing cavity 21 can be reduced while the temperature rise of the closed water is effectively reduced, the cold water entering the hot water cavity 11 is preheated, and therefore the heating efficiency of the heater is improved.
Wherein the partition, i.e. the bottom wall or the top wall 23, may be made of a heat conductive material, e.g. metal, in order to increase the heat conduction effect. Like this, the heat in the water mixing cavity 21 can carry out heat conduction through the cold water district of metal partition and hot water cavity 11 bottom, reduces the hot water temperature in water mixing cavity 21 fast, when the water heater begins to use, the condition that the temperature is suddenly high can not appear moreover to effectively improve user's use satisfaction.
In order to further improve the heating efficiency of the hot water chamber 11, ensure that hot water smoothly flows into the water mixing chamber 21 to be effectively mixed with cold water, and achieve the buffering and constant temperature effects of the water mixing chamber 21 on hot water, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, preferably, the communication pipe 3 is vertically and downwardly extended from the top of the hot water chamber 11 to the bottom of the water mixing chamber 21, and a through hole for the communication pipe 3 to pass through is formed in the bottom wall or the top wall 23. The water outlet pipe 22 is arranged to extend vertically downward from the top inside the water mixing cavity 21 to the outside of the second housing 2.
In the present invention, the first case 1 and the second case 2 may have any suitable structure, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In order to reduce the occupied area of the heater and ensure sufficient contact between water in the hot water chamber 11 and a heat generating member (to be described below), thereby improving heating efficiency, the first housing 1 and the second housing 2 may be formed in a cylindrical shape coaxially disposed (see fig. 1 to 9).
In addition, it can be understood that the hot water chamber 11 is a chamber for heating cold water introduced therein, and thus the heat generating member 14 is provided in the hot water chamber 11. Wherein the heat generating member 14 may be a spiral heat generating pipe extending in a height direction of the hot water chamber 11 (see fig. 2 and 4).
Another aspect of the present invention provides a water heating apparatus including the heater described above.
The hot water equipment can be an instant water heater, an instant water dispenser, an intelligent bathroom and the like.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
