It should be noted that, through analyzing a large number of practical and simulation test results, the inventor found that, after the outdoor unit is transported or dropped for a long time, the side plates of the base plate 2 are easily deformed because the weight of the compressor 1 is relatively large, and when the outdoor unit is transported for a long time or dropped, the side plates of the chassis 2 are susceptible to deformation under the influence of the weight of the compressor 1, and the inventors have also found that the centre of gravity of the compressor 1 is offset towards the first side plate 22, that is, the first side plate 22 is located on the strong pressure side, and the second side plate 23 is located on the weak pressure side, resulting in the first side plate 22 being subjected to a pressure greater than that of the second side plate 23, and therefore, a notch 231 is formed on the second side plate 23 on the weak pressure side, and the material of the notch 231 is made into a bending-resistant sheet 221 on the first side plate 22 on the strong pressure side, so as to enhance the bending resistance of the first side plate 22.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the junction of the end of the bending-resistant sheet 221 and the top of the first side plate 22 is provided with a transition fillet. By providing a transition fillet at the junction of the end of the bending-resistant piece 221 and the top of the first side plate 22, stress concentration can be avoided, and the destruction resistance at that location can be improved.
