Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a method for watertight penetration of a pipeline, which comprises the following steps: s1, welding a mounting flange which is coaxial with the cabin penetrating pipe in the middle of the cabin penetrating pipe, and forming grooves for connecting other pipelines at two ends of the cabin penetrating pipe; s2, forming cabin penetrating holes in a cabin wall plate needing to be provided with cabin penetrating pipes, and welding installation seat plates on the cabin wall plate; s3, arranging a threaded hole matched with the mounting hole of the mounting flange on one side, away from the bulkhead plate, of the mounting seat plate; and S4, enabling one end of the cabin penetrating pipe to penetrate through the cabin penetrating hole, arranging a sealing gasket between the mounting flange and the mounting seat plate, and connecting the mounting flange and the mounting seat plate through bolts. The invention can solve the problems that the aperture of the mounting hole which needs to be arranged on the cabin wall plate is larger, the cabin penetrating pipe has large requirement on the mounting space and the maintenance is inconvenient in the prior art.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a method for watertight penetration of a pipeline.
Background
On ships, various piping systems are required to convey various media such as water, oil, and gas. Due to functional setup or safety performance requirements, the vessel needs to be divided into various watertight compartments, while the piping system often needs to pass through various watertight compartment walls, and watertight penetration pipes need to be provided to ensure the watertight integrity of the compartment walls when the pipes are passing through the watertight compartment walls.
As shown in figure 1, the conventional watertight cabin penetrating method for the pipeline is characterized in that a mounting shroud plate 2 ' is arranged in the middle of a cabin penetrating pipe 1 ', connecting flanges 3 ' are arranged at two ends of the cabin penetrating pipe 1 ', and the shroud plate 2 ' on the cabin penetrating pipe 1 ' is in watertight connection with a watertight cabin wall plate 4 ' in a welding mode. s2, forming cabin penetrating holes in a cabin wall plate needing to be provided with cabin penetrating pipes, and welding installation seat plates on the cabin wall plate;
s3, arranging a threaded hole matched with the mounting hole of the mounting flange on one side, away from the bulkhead plate, of the mounting seat plate;
and S4, enabling one end of the cabin penetrating pipe to penetrate through the cabin penetrating hole, arranging a sealing gasket between the mounting flange and the mounting seat plate, and connecting the mounting flange and the mounting seat plate through bolts.
Optionally, the plurality of threaded holes are formed in the mounting seat plate along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole.
Optionally, the groove is processed at both ends of the cabin penetrating pipe by adopting an extruder processing mode.

s1, welding an installation flange 2 which is coaxial with the cabin penetrating pipe 1 in the middle of the cabin penetrating pipe 1, and arranging grooves 6 for connecting with other pipelines at two ends of the cabin penetrating pipe 1;
s2, forming cabin penetrating holes in a cabin wall plate 3 on which the cabin penetrating pipes 1 need to be installed, and welding installation seat plates 4 on the cabin wall plate 3;
s3, arranging a threaded hole matched with the mounting hole of the mounting flange 2 on one side, away from the bulkhead plate 3, of the mounting seat plate 4;
s4, one end of the cabin penetrating pipe 1 penetrates through the cabin penetrating hole, a sealing gasket 5 is arranged between the mounting flange 2 and the mounting seat plate 4, and the mounting flange 2 is connected with the mounting seat plate 4 through bolts.
The mounting flange 2 is welded in the middle of the cabin penetrating pipe 1, grooves 6 for connecting with other pipelines are formed in the two ends of the cabin penetrating pipe 1, and connecting flanges connected with other pipelines are omitted in the two ends of the cabin penetrating pipe 1, so that when one end of the cabin penetrating pipe 1 penetrates through the cabin penetrating hole, the diameter of the cabin penetrating hole only needs to be slightly larger than that of the cabin penetrating pipe 1, the diameter of the cabin penetrating hole is reduced, and the cabin penetrating pipe 1 is convenient to mount; through setting up seal gasket 5 between mounting flange 2 and the installation bedplate 4, rethread bolt will wear cabin pipe 1 to fix on installation bedplate 4, need not to set up the shroud and also need not to carry out the operation of fire welding with the cabin hole of wearing on the cabin wallboard and can accomplish the installation of wearing cabin pipe 1 to installation space has been reduced, the work degree of difficulty has been reduced.
The mounting seat plate 4 is detachably connected with the mounting flange 2 in a water-tight manner through the bolts and the sealing gaskets 5, compared with a conventional connection mode that the cabin penetrating pipe 1 is welded and fixed through the covering plates, when the cabin penetrating pipe 1 is deformed or damaged in the later period and needs to be repaired or replaced, the cabin penetrating pipe 1 can be taken down from the cabin wall plate 3 only by detaching the bolts, so that the workload of detaching the cabin penetrating pipe 1 can be reduced, and the risk that the cabin penetrating pipe 1 is possibly damaged by replacing the cabin penetrating pipe 3 is eliminated; and the maintenance or the replacement of the cabin penetrating pipe 1 is convenient while the water tightness is ensured.
Furthermore, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the mounting seat plate 4 along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole. Through setting up a plurality of screw holes, can guarantee the joint strength between installation bedplate 4 and the mounting flange 2 to effectively prevent that water from spilling between installation bedplate 4 and the mounting flange 2. In this embodiment, the material of the sealing gasket 5 disposed between the mounting seat plate 4 and the mounting flange 2 is rubber, and when the mounting seat plate 4 is connected to the mounting flange 2 through the bolt, the sealing gasket 5 deforms through extrusion, so as to ensure the sealing effect.
Furthermore, the bolt is sleeved with a puncture conducting ring, the puncture conducting ring is provided with a puncture acute angle on the surface facing the mounting flange 2, and a coating on the surface of the mounting flange 2 can be punctured, so that the mounting flange 2 is in conductive connection with the mounting seat plate 4 through the puncture conducting ring and the bolt, and static electricity on the cabin penetrating pipe 1 is timely conducted to the cabin wall plate 3, and generation of static sparks is avoided.
Further, grooves 6 are machined at two ends of the cabin penetrating pipe 1 in an extruding machine machining mode, or the grooves 6 are machined at two ends of the cabin penetrating pipe 1 in a turning or milling machining mode. The cabin penetrating pipe 1 is connected with other pipelines through a groove 6 mechanical joint. The cabin-penetrating pipe 1 is convenient to manufacture while being connected with other pipelines. Of course, in other embodiments, threads may be machined at both ends of the cabin penetrating pipe 1 to connect with other pipes by using joints, which is not limited herein.

s2, forming cabin penetrating holes in a cabin wall plate (3) where the cabin penetrating pipes (1) need to be installed, and welding installation seat plates (4) on the cabin wall plate (3);
s3, arranging a threaded hole matched with the mounting hole of the mounting flange (2) on one side, away from the bulkhead plate (3), of the mounting seat plate (4);
s4, enabling one end of the cabin penetrating pipe (1) to penetrate through the cabin penetrating hole, arranging a sealing gasket (5) between the mounting flange (2) and the mounting seat plate (4), and connecting the mounting flange (2) and the mounting seat plate (4) through bolts.
2. A method for watertight penetration of a pipeline into a cabin according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of threaded holes are formed in the mounting seat plate (4) along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole.
3. A method for watertight penetration of a pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the grooves (6) are formed at both ends of the penetration pipe (1) by means of extrusion.
4. The watertight pipeline penetration method according to claim 1, wherein the grooves (6) are machined at two ends of the penetration pipe (1) by turning or milling.
5. A method for watertight transshipment of a pipeline according to claim 1, characterized in that the transshipment pipe (1) is connected to other pipelines by mechanical joints of grooves (6).
