the cylindrical soft connecting piece is sleeved on the main shaft, one end of the cylindrical soft connecting piece is hermetically connected with the fixed plate, and the other end of the cylindrical soft connecting piece is hermetically connected with the shell; a cavity structure is arranged between the cylindrical soft connecting piece and the main shaft.

As shown in fig. 1, a centrifugal fan with a shaft end sealing device adaptable to thermal deformation of a casing comprises a casing 4, a bearing box base 5, a main shaft 8 and shaft end sealing devices respectively sleeved at two end parts of the main shaft 8 and connected with two sides of the casing; the shaft end sealing device comprises a sealing element 1, a supporting plate 6, a fixing plate 2 and a cylindrical soft connecting piece 3, wherein the fixing plate 2 and the cylindrical soft connecting piece are positioned between the sealing element 1 and a machine shell 4; the sealing element 1 is coaxially sleeved on the main shaft 8, and the supporting plate 6 is fixed on the bearing box base 5 in a welding mode and extends to the direction of the machine shell 4; the fixing plate 2 is sleeved on the main shaft 8 in a clearance fit mode, and an inner hole of the fixing plate and the main shaft need to ensure a certain clearance and are fixed above the supporting plate 6; the fixing plate 2 is in bolt sealing connection with the sealing element 1; the cylindrical soft connecting piece 3 is sleeved on the main shaft 8, the cylindrical soft connecting piece 3 can be a corrugated pipe, one end of the cylindrical soft connecting piece is connected with the fixed plate 2 in a sealing mode, and the other end of the cylindrical soft connecting piece is connected with the machine shell 4 in a sealing mode; a cavity structure is arranged between the cylindrical soft connecting piece 3 and the main shaft 8, and the cylindrical soft connecting piece 3 can bear heat displacement in three directions (horizontal, vertical and axial).

One end of the cylindrical soft connecting piece 3 is connected with the fixed plate 2 through a flange, and the other end of the cylindrical soft connecting piece is connected with the shaft end flange 41 of the machine shell 4 through a flange. In order to improve the sealing effect, 0-type sealing rings are arranged between the cylindrical soft connecting piece 3 and the fixed plate 2 and between the cylindrical soft connecting piece 3 and the machine shell 4.
In order to solve the problem that a sealing tooth (or a carbon ring) at the shaft end of a fan stator part rubs with a main shaft 8 due to thermal displacement, and the sealing element 1 and the main shaft 8 are damaged, a cylindrical soft connecting part 3 is designed between the sealing element 1 and a shaft end flange 41 of a shell 4, an extended supporting plate 6 is designed on a bearing box base 5, a fixing plate 2 is connected to the supporting plate 6 through bolts, one end of the cylindrical soft connecting part 3 is connected to the shaft end flange 41 of the shell 4, the other end of the cylindrical soft connecting part is connected to the fixing plate 2, and then the sealing element 1 is connected to one end, close to the bearing box, of the fixing plate 2, so that the thermal displacement of the shell 4 can be compensated by the cylindrical soft connecting part 3 and cannot be transmitted to the. On one hand, the sealing effect is ensured, and on the other hand, the damage caused by the contact of the sealing element 1 and the main shaft 8 is avoided.

the fixing plate (2) is in sealing connection with the sealing element (1);
the cylindrical soft connecting piece (3) is sleeved on the main shaft (8), one end of the cylindrical soft connecting piece is hermetically connected with the fixed plate (2), and the other end of the cylindrical soft connecting piece is hermetically connected with the shell (4); a cavity structure is arranged between the cylindrical soft connecting piece (3) and the main shaft (8).

the supporting plate (6) comprises a third flat plate (13) and reinforcing ribs (12) arranged on the lower surface of the third flat plate (13);
one end of the third flat plate (13) is connected with the bearing box base (5), and the upper surface of the other end of the third flat plate is in contact with the lower surface of the second flat plate (10) and is connected with the second flat plate.
