The clothing treatment agent of this embodiment puts in device a quick-witted dual-drive, only relies on reciprocating of moving part to realize the separation and the combination of driven gear and driving gear, relies on the automatic playback of gravity gear, carries out the first input of the clothing treatment agent in cavity and the second input cavity of puting in:
as shown in fig. 2, the driving motor rotates forward, the driving gear 1 has a first toggle member 25 and a first movable member 27 for toggling in a contact manner, and preferably, the first toggle member 25 has a certain flexibility to realize upward movement of the first movable member 27, thereby realizing upward movement of the first driven gear 2 and realizing meshing transmission between the first driven gear 2 and the driving gear 1.
The driving gear 1 is provided with a second toggle member 26 which is toggled by contacting with a second moving member 28, preferably, the second toggle member 26 has certain flexibility to realize downward movement of the second moving member 28, so as to realize downward movement of the driven gear 2, and the tooth part of the second driven gear 19 is just located at the position of the second avoidance groove 30 to realize separation and non-engagement of the second driven gear 19 and the driving gear 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the driving motor rotates reversely, the driving gear 1 has a second toggle member 26 and a second movable member 28 for toggling in a contact manner, and preferably, the second toggle member 26 has a certain flexibility to realize upward movement of the second movable member 28, and further to realize upward movement of the second driven gear 19, so as to realize meshing transmission between the second driven gear 19 and the driving gear 1.
The driving gear 1 has a first toggle member 25 and a first movable member 27 for toggling in a contact manner, preferably, the first toggle member 25 has a certain flexibility to realize downward movement of the first movable member 27 and further realize downward movement of the first driven gear 2, and the tooth portion of the first driven gear 2 is just located at the first avoidance groove 29 to realize separation and non-engagement of the first driven gear 2 and the driving gear 1.
EXAMPLE III
In order to avoid the rotation of the driven gear from generating the driving rotating force to the moving member, the moving member mating piece is additionally arranged between the moving member and the driven gear in the embodiment, and the specific scheme is as follows:
as shown in fig. 4, the driving shaft is provided with a first toggle member 25 and a second toggle member 26 which can rotate along with the driving shaft.
The first driven part comprises a first movable part 27 and a first mating part 31 which are arranged on the first rotating shaft 21, the first mating part 31 is positioned at the lower part of the first driven gear 2 and is contacted with the first driven gear, the second driven part comprises a second movable part 28 and a second mating part 32 which are arranged on the second rotating shaft 24, and the second mating part 32 is positioned at the lower part of the second driven gear 19 and is contacted with the second driven gear.
The driving shaft rotates forwards/backwards, the first toggle piece 25/the second toggle piece 26 toggles the first movable piece 27/the second movable piece 28 to rotate backwards/forwards, the first movable piece 27/the second movable piece 28 is matched with the first matching piece 31/the second matching piece 32 to drive the first matching piece 31/the second matching piece 32 to move upwards, the first matching piece 31/the second matching piece 32 pushes the first driven gear 2/the second driven gear 19 to be meshed with the driving gear 1 for transmission, meanwhile, the second toggle member 26/the first toggle member 25 toggles the second movable member 28/the first movable member 27 to rotate reversely/normally, the second movable member 28/the first movable member 27 cooperates with the second mating member 32/the first mating member 31 to drive it to move downwards, and the second driven gear 19/the first driven gear 2 moves downwards under the action of its own weight to separate from the driving gear 1.
Preferably, the first toggle member 25 and the second toggle member 26 are disposed on the driving gear 1, a first avoiding groove 29 for avoiding the first driven gear 2 is disposed between the first toggle member 25 and the driving gear 1, and a second avoiding groove 30 for avoiding the second driven gear 19 is disposed between the second toggle member 26 and the driving gear 1.
Example four
In order to improve the homing performance of the driven gear, the embodiment can add an elastic resetting piece to help the driven gear to reset no longer only by gravity, and the specific scheme is as follows:
as shown in fig. 5, the first rotating shaft 21 of the present embodiment is provided with a first elastic restoring member 33, one end of the first elastic restoring member 33 abuts against the upper end of the first rotating shaft 21, and the other end abuts against the first driven gear 2; the second rotating shaft 24 is provided with a second elastic reset piece 34, one end of the second elastic reset piece 34 is stopped against the upper end part of the second rotating shaft 24, and the other end is stopped against the second driven gear 19.
Preferably, the first elastic restoring member 33 and the second elastic restoring member 34 of the present embodiment are compression springs.

Claims (10)

1. A laundry treating agent dispensing device, comprising:
a storage chamber for storing a laundry treating agent therein;
the laundry treatment machine comprises a feeding chamber, a first feeding chamber and a second feeding chamber, wherein the feeding chamber comprises a first feeding chamber for feeding one kind of laundry treatment agent and a second feeding chamber for feeding the other kind of laundry treatment agent;
the first piston mechanism can be arranged in the first throwing chamber in a reciprocating mode;
the second piston mechanism can be arranged in the second throwing cavity in a reciprocating mode;
the driving mechanism comprises a driving part, a first driven part in transmission connection with the first piston mechanism and a second driven part in transmission connection with the second piston mechanism;
the first driven part and the second driven part can respectively move to be in transmission connection with the driving part to drive the first piston mechanism and the second piston mechanism to move to throw the clothes treating agent in the first throwing chamber or the second throwing chamber;
the driving part comprises a driving motor and a driving gear connected with a driving shaft of the driving motor; the first driven part comprises a first driven gear and a first movable part, the first driven gear and the first movable part are arranged on the first rotating shaft and can move up and down, and the first movable part is positioned at the lower part of the first driven gear and is in contact with the first driven gear; the second driven part comprises a second driven gear and a second movable part which are arranged on the second rotating shaft and can move up and down, and the second movable part is positioned at the lower part of the second driven gear and is contacted with the second driven gear;
the driving shaft is provided with a first toggle piece and a second toggle piece which can rotate along with the driving shaft, the first toggle piece is matched with the first movable piece, and the second toggle piece is matched with the second movable piece;
the driving shaft rotates forwards or reversely, the first toggle piece/the second toggle piece rotates along with the driving shaft to toggle the first moving piece/the second moving piece to move upwards, the first driven gear/the second driven gear is pushed up to be in meshing transmission with the driving gear, meanwhile, the second toggle piece/the first toggle piece rotates along with the driving shaft to toggle the second moving piece/the first moving piece to move downwards, and the second driven gear/the first driven gear moves downwards under the action of self gravity to be separated from the driving gear.

A laundry treatment agent dosing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first piston means is eccentrically rotatably connected to a first driven gear and said second piston means is eccentrically rotatably connected to a second driven gear; the first driven gear can move to be in meshed transmission with the driving gear or the second driven gear can move to be in meshed transmission with the driving gear, and the laundry treatment agent in the first throwing chamber or the second throwing chamber is thrown in.

A laundry treating agent dispensing device as defined in claim 2, wherein the first driven gear and the second driven gear are spaced apart in a horizontal direction and are disposed up and down in a vertical direction; the driving gear is arranged between the first driven gear and the second driven gear, the first driven gear moves up/down and is meshed/separated with the driving gear, the driving gear and the first driven gear are meshed for transmission to drive the first driven gear to rotate, the first driven gear rotates to drive the first piston mechanism to move and extrude the clothes processor in the first feeding chamber to feed, the second driven gear moves up/down and is meshed/separated with the driving gear, the driving gear and the second driven gear are meshed for transmission to drive the second driven gear to rotate, and the second driven gear rotates to drive the second piston mechanism to move and extrude the clothes processor in the second feeding chamber to feed.

A laundry treatment agent dispensing device according to claim 3, wherein the driving shaft of the driving motor is vertically disposed, and the driving gear is mounted on the vertical driving shaft; the first driven part comprises a first rotating shaft which is vertically arranged, the first driven gear can be vertically arranged on the first rotating shaft, the second driven part comprises a second rotating shaft which is vertically arranged, and the second driven gear can be vertically arranged on the second rotating shaft; the first driven gear/the second driven gear move upwards to be in meshed transmission with the driving gear, and the second driven gear/the first driven gear move downwards to be separated from the driving gear under the action of self gravity.

A laundry treatment agent dispensing device as defined in claim 4, wherein the upward movement of the first movable member/the second movable member pushes the first driven gear/the second driven gear upward to be in mesh with the driving gear, the downward movement of the first movable member/the second movable member is performed, and the first driven gear/the second driven gear is lowered by its own weight to be separated from the driving gear.
6. A laundry treatment agent dispensing device as defined in claim 4, wherein said drive shaft is provided with a first toggle member and a second toggle member rotatably mounted thereon;
the first driven part comprises a first moving part and a first mating part which are arranged on the first rotating shaft, the first mating part is positioned at the lower part of the first driven gear and is contacted with the first moving part, the second driven part comprises a second moving part and a second mating part which are arranged on the second rotating shaft, and the second mating part is positioned at the lower part of the second driven gear and is contacted with the second moving part;
the driving shaft rotates forwards/backwards, the first shifting piece/the second shifting piece rotates along with the first shifting piece/the second shifting piece to shift the first moving piece/the second moving piece to rotate backwards/forwards, the first moving piece/the second moving piece is matched with the first matching piece/the second matching piece to drive the first moving piece/the second matching piece to move upwards, the first matching piece/the second matching piece pushes the first driven gear/the second driven gear to be meshed with the driving gear for transmission, meanwhile, the second shifting piece/the first shifting piece rotates along with the first shifting piece to shift the second moving piece/the first moving piece to rotate backwards/forwards, the second moving piece/the first moving piece is matched with the second matching piece/the first matching piece to drive the second moving piece/the first matching piece to move downwards, and the second driven gear/the first driven gear moves downwards under the action of self gravity to separate from the driving gear.

A laundry treatment agent feeding device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said first and second toggle members are disposed on the driving gear, a first avoidance groove for avoiding the first driven gear is disposed between the first toggle member and the driving gear, and a second avoidance groove for avoiding the second driven gear is disposed between the second toggle member and the driving gear.

A clothes treating agent putting device according to claim 1, wherein the first putting chamber has a first liquid inlet communicated with the storage chamber and a first liquid outlet for discharging the clothes treating agent, the first liquid inlet is provided with a first liquid inlet one-way conducting member, and the first liquid outlet is provided with a first liquid outlet one-way conducting member;
the second feeding cavity is provided with a second liquid inlet communicated with the storage cavity and a second liquid outlet used for discharging the clothes treating agent, the second liquid inlet is provided with a second liquid inlet one-way conducting component, and the second liquid outlet is provided with a second liquid outlet one-way conducting component; the first piston mechanism reciprocates in the first throwing chamber, the first liquid inlet one-way conducting component and the first liquid outlet one-way conducting component are respectively and alternately conducted, and the clothes treating agent in the storage chamber is pumped into the first throwing chamber and is discharged and thrown through the first liquid outlet;
the second piston mechanism reciprocates in the second putting cavity, the second liquid inlet one-way conducting component and the second liquid outlet one-way conducting component are respectively and alternately conducted, and the clothes treating agent in the storage cavity is pumped into the second putting cavity and is discharged and put in through the second liquid outlet.
9. A washing machine having a laundry treatment agent dispensing device according to any of claims 1-8, comprising a detergent box, wherein the first and second dispensing chambers are respectively connected to the detergent box.
10. A control method of a washing machine according to claim 9, comprising:
in the water inlet process of the washing machine, a first driven part and a second driven part of the driving mechanism are controlled to move respectively to be in transmission connection with the driving part, and the first piston mechanism and the second piston mechanism are driven to move to throw the clothes treating agent in the first throwing chamber or the second throwing chamber.
