The sixth specific implementation mode: the embodiment is described with reference to fig. 1 to 4, and the safety and control device 1 to 5 monitors the plant oil pressure and temperature change in the heating oil furnace 1 at any time, the safety and control device 1 to 5 includes a temperature sensor (pt 100) and a pressure sensor, the temperature sensor (pt 100) and the pressure sensor can monitor the plant oil pressure and temperature change in the heating oil furnace 1 in real time, the temperature sensor (pt 100) and the pressure sensor can transmit signals to a computer, and the computer feeds back signals to the temperature sensor (pt 100) and the pressure sensor again, so that the plant oil pressure and temperature in the heating oil furnace 1 can be adjusted by the safety and control device 1 to 5.
The seventh embodiment: the embodiment is described with reference to fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 4, and the novel plant oil deodorization heating furnace of the embodiment is used for performing pressure detection on the novel plant oil deodorization heating furnace by using a pump to connect an oil-oil heat exchanger 3 before performing plant deodorization, and during normal operation, a pipeline is negative pressure (residual pressure is close to zero), so that a corresponding pressure resistance (1.0 MPa is selected), and simultaneously, a static pressure test is performed in each production cycle (12 months), so that the test is qualified, and the equipment manufacturing and acceptance standard is required to be executed: GB150-2011 pressure vessel, GB151-2014 heat exchanger, GB13271-2014 emission standard of boiler atmospheric pollutants, and the like, and the standard requirements related to GB150-2011 pressure vessel are adopted in each static pressure experiment.
The specific implementation mode is eight: the embodiment is described with reference to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the novel plant oil deodorization heating furnace of the embodiment further comprises a drain pipe 4, the bottom of the heating chamber 1-1 is communicated with the drain pipe 4, a large amount of condensed water is generated when the water-oil heat exchanger is used for heating by using steam in the prior art, the working efficiency is affected under the condition that the condensed water is not discharged timely due to fault, and the amount of the condensed water generated by the device is greatly reduced compared with that in the prior art, so that the corrosion to the pipeline is reduced.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, as long as the technical solutions can be aligned and combined without contradiction, those skilled in the art can exhaust all possibilities according to the mathematical knowledge of the alignment and combination, and therefore, the present invention does not describe the technical solutions after alignment and combination one by one, but it should be understood that the technical solutions after alignment and combination have been disclosed by the present invention.

A novel vegetable oil deodorization heating furnace which is characterized in that: the deodorization device comprises a heating oil furnace (1), a deodorization tower (2) and an oil-oil heat exchanger (3), wherein an inlet of the heating oil furnace (1) is communicated with an outlet of the oil-oil heat exchanger (3), an outlet of the heating oil furnace (1) is communicated with an inlet of the deodorization tower (2), an outlet of the deodorization tower (2) is connected with an inlet of the oil-oil heat exchanger (3), and the heating oil furnace (1) and the deodorization tower (2) are connected with the oil-oil heat exchanger (3) through vacuum pipelines;
the heating oil furnace (1) comprises a heating cavity (1-1), an oil pipe heating section (1-2), an oil pipe input section (1-3), an oil pipe output section (1-4), a safety and control device (1-5), a burner (1-6), a chimney (1-7), a chimney heat exchanger (1-8) and a baffle device (1-9), wherein the oil pipe heating section (1-2) is fixedly installed inside the heating cavity (1-1), the bottom end of the oil pipe heating section (1-2) is fixedly connected with the oil pipe input section (1-3) extending out of the heating cavity (1-1), the other end of the oil pipe input section (1-3) is communicated with the oil heat exchanger (3), the upper end of the oil pipe heating section (1-2) is fixedly connected with a deodorization tower (2) extending out of the heating cavity (1-1), the burner (1-6) is fixedly installed on the upper portion of the heating cavity (1-1), the heating portion of the burner (1-6) is installed in the heating cavity (1-1), the chimney (1-7) is communicated with the heating cavity (1-1), the other end of the chimney (1-7) is fixedly connected with the chimney heat exchanger (1-8), and the baffle device (1-9) is located inside the heating cavity (1-1).
2. The novel vegetable oil deodorizing heating furnace according to claim 1, characterized in that: the burners (1-6) are oil burners, gas burners or dual-fuel burners.

The novel vegetable oil deodorizing heating furnace according to claim 1, characterized in that: the flow baffling device (1-9) comprises a first flow baffling plate (1-9-1) and a second flow baffling plate (1-9-2), the upper portion of the first flow baffling plate (1-9-1) is connected with the upper portion of the heating cavity (1-1), the first flow baffling plate (1-9-1) is located on the inner side of the oil pipe heating section (1-2), the second flow baffling plate (1-9-2) is located on the outer side of the oil pipe heating section (1-2), a gap is reserved between the lower portion of the first flow baffling plate (1-9-1) and the lower portion of the heating cavity (1-1), the lower portion of the second flow baffling plate (1-9-2) is connected with the lower portion of the heating cavity (1-1), and a gap is reserved between the upper portion of the second flow baffling plate (1-9-2.
4. A novel vegetable oil deodorization heating furnace which is characterized in that: the deodorization device comprises a heating oil furnace (1), a deodorization tower (2) and an oil-oil heat exchanger (3), wherein an inlet of the heating oil furnace (1) is communicated with an outlet of the oil-oil heat exchanger (3), an outlet of the heating oil furnace (1) is communicated with an inlet of the deodorization tower (2), an outlet of the deodorization tower (2) is connected with an inlet of the oil-oil heat exchanger (3), and the heating oil furnace (1) and the deodorization tower (2) are connected with the oil-oil heat exchanger (3) through vacuum pipelines;
the heating oil furnace (1) comprises a heating cavity (1-1), an oil pipe heating section (1-2), an oil pipe input section (1-3), an oil pipe output section (1-4), a safety and control device (1-5) and an electromagnetic burner (1-6), wherein the heating cavity (1-1) is fixedly provided with the oil pipe heating section (1-2), the bottom end of the oil pipe heating section (1-2) is fixedly connected with the oil pipe input section (1-3) extending out of the heating cavity (1-1), the other end of the oil pipe input section (1-3) is communicated with the oil-oil heat exchanger (3), the upper end of the oil pipe heating section (1-2) is fixedly connected with a deodorization tower (2) extending out of the heating cavity (1-1), and the upper part of the heating cavity (1-1) is fixedly provided with the electromagnetic burner (1-6), the heating part of the electromagnetic burner (1-6) is arranged in the heating cavity (1-1).
5. The novel vegetable oil deodorizing heating furnace according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that: the oil pipe heating section (1-2) is a spiral rising high-temperature resistant metal pipe.
6. The novel vegetable oil deodorizing heating furnace according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that: the safety and control device (1-5) monitors the oil pressure and temperature change of the plants in the heating oil furnace (1) at any time.
