本发明涉及一种用回收泡沫塑料制造的新材料,本发明主要是以回收的泡沫塑料作为填充材料以聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中的一种或多种为主要的胶结材料,制造的一种新的材料,它可以用于制作板材,家具及雕塑等。

技术领域
本发明与新材料有关,它涉及一种用回收泡沫塑料作为填充材料配制成的新材料。
背景技术
回收泡沫塑料,如各种一次性餐盒水杯及包装上用来防撞减震的回收泡沫塑料等,数量巨大而又难以自行消失,早已成为一种令人类头痛的污染。现在市场上有一种材料,用氧化镁和氯化镁为主要胶结材料,以锯末为填充材料配制而成,该产品仍依赖木材为主原料。而本发明创造采用的是废弃难自行消失的泡沫塑料,使之可以再利用,而且产品更加轻便更易塑型。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用回收的泡沫塑料制造的新材料,其特征在于:以回收的泡沫塑料作为填充材料,用聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中的一种或多种为主要的胶结材料。
另外还可加入一些助剂、改性剂以及增强材料等以改进材料的性能,比如防止出现返卤的材料等,还可在材料内加入一些玻璃纤维丝或玻纤布,纸张纸屑,植物纤维,木屑之类增强材料以提高产品强度,也可以加上一些颜料调制成彩色的材料,回收餐盒及泡沫塑料等最好先清洗、粉碎,加工成小块或粉状,再作为填充料使用。
与现有用锯末作为填料的材料相比,它具有重量轻,强度高,易塑型等优点,而且除了可以利用废物生产出有用的产品外还可以解决长久以来困扰整个人类与地球的白色污染问题,可以说是一举多得。
具体实施方式
实施例一
将聚丙烯酸酯调按一定比例加入将经过粉碎成小块的回收餐盒或 泡沫塑料等材料中搅拌而成。

1.一种用回收泡沫塑料制造的新材料,其特征在于:以回收的泡沫塑料作为填充材料,用聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂中的一种或多种为主要的胶结材料。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种用回收泡沫塑料制造的新材料,其特征在于:材料内还添加了改性剂。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种用回收泡沫塑料制造的新材料,其特征在于:材料里还加有颜料。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种用回收泡沫塑料制造的新材料,其特征在于:材料里还加有防止返卤的材料。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种用回收泡沫塑料制造的新材料,其特征在于:材料里还加有玻璃纤维等增强材料。
