Abstract
A kind of double-component mixed gel type ice and snow material and its preparation method, this method produces a kind of water soluble high molecular polymer with adhesiveness fast through the chemical reaction of two kinds of components: hydrophilic macromolecules are connected with each other to form a three-dimensional network, and water molecules are filled in gaps formed by the network and are hinged with the macromolecules through physical bonds or chemical bonds to lock the water molecules. The gel type ice and snow material prepared by the invention is a reversible material, can be repeatedly frozen and thawed, and does not separate water, deform or deform; the material has the characteristic of water before freezing and the characteristic of ice or snow after freezing, can effectively lock liquid water, and has good forming capability.

However, ice and snow, which are special materials, are easily melted into water after being heated, and thus the forming ability of the ice and snow is easily lost. The method rapidly generates a water-soluble high molecular polymer with adhesiveness through the chemical reaction of two components: hydrophilic macromolecules are connected with each other to form a three-dimensional network, and water molecules are filled in gaps formed by the network and are hinged with the macromolecules through physical bonds or chemical bonds to lock the water molecules.

(1) a first component: dissolving sodium alginate in water to obtain a solution A with the mass fraction of 0.5-3 wt%;

(3) the first component and the second component are mixed, stirred or sprayed to realize contact, the contact content volume ratio of the first component to the second component is 0.1-10, and sufficient chemical reaction is carried out to form the gel type ice and snow material.

Preferably, in the step (2), a functional raw material is added to the solution B.
Preferably, the soluble metal salt is one or more of soluble calcium salt, magnesium salt, aluminum salt, ferric salt and ferrous salt.
Preferably, the functional raw material is one or more of a surfactant, carbonate, a foam stabilizer, a freezing point temperature regulator and a coloring agent.
Preferably, the surfactant is one or more selected from tea saponin, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, animal and vegetable protein foaming agents, rosin soap foaming agents and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, and the mass fraction of the surfactant in the solution A or the solution B is 0.01-5 wt%.
Preferably, the carbonate is selected from one or two of sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate, and the mass fraction of the carbonate in the solution A or the solution B is 0.1-5.2 wt%.
Preferably, the foam stabilizer is selected from one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, lauric acid, triethanolamine and gelatin, and the mass fraction of the foam stabilizer in the solution A or the solution B is 0.02 to 1.5 wt%.
Preferably, the freezing point temperature regulator is one or two of ethylene glycol and glycerol, and the mass fraction of the freezing point temperature regulator in the solution A or the solution B is 0.1-30 wt%.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) in the preparation method, the A, B solution can react immediately after contacting to form gel with adhesiveness and ice and snow characteristics, so that the processability of ice and snow articles is improved;
(2) the gel type ice and snow material prepared by the invention is a reversible material, can be repeatedly frozen and thawed, and does not separate water, deform or deform; the material has the characteristic of water before freezing and the characteristic of ice or snow after freezing, can effectively lock liquid water, and has good forming capability;

(1) a first component: dissolving sodium alginate in water to obtain solution A; adding surfactant tea saponin, carbonate sodium carbonate and foam stabilizer carboxymethyl cellulose into the solution A; wherein the mass ratio of sodium alginate to the surfactant tea saponin to the carbonate sodium carbonate to the foam stabilizer carboxymethyl cellulose to the water is 1.5:0.02:0.2:0.2: 100;
(2) a second component: dissolving soluble calcium salt calcium chloride in water to obtain 1 wt% of solution B;
(3) the first component and the second component are contacted by mixing, stirring or spraying, the contact content volume ratio of the first component to the second component is about 1:1, sufficient chemical reaction is carried out to form the gel type ice and snow material, and the chemical reaction degree is not obviously influenced by the contact amount, the contact mode and the reaction temperature.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein a functional material is added to the solution A in the step (1).
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein a functional material is added to the B solution in the step (2).
4. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the soluble metal salt is one or more of soluble calcium salt, magnesium salt, aluminum salt, ferric salt and ferrous salt.
5. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the functional raw material is one or more of a surfactant, a carbonate, a foam stabilizer, a freezing point temperature regulator and a coloring agent.

The preparation method of claim 5, wherein the surfactant is selected from one or more of tea saponin, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, animal and vegetable protein foaming agents, rosin soap foaming agents and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, and the mass fraction of the surfactant in the solution A or the solution B is 0.01-5 wt%.
7. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the carbonate is selected from one or two of sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate, and the mass fraction of the carbonate in the solution A or the solution B is 0.1-5.2 wt%.
8. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the foam stabilizer is selected from one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, lauric acid, triethanolamine and gelatin, and the mass fraction of the foam stabilizer in the solution A or the solution B is 0.02 to 1.5 wt%.
9. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the freezing point temperature regulator is one or two selected from ethylene glycol and glycerol, and the mass fraction of the freezing point temperature regulator in the solution A or the solution B is 0.1-30 wt%.
10. A two-component mixed gel type ice and snow material characterized by being obtained by the production method as recited in any one of claims 1 to 9.
