Abstract

The invention provides a solar shower shelter and a vehicle based on phase-change material energy storage, wherein the solar shower shelter based on the phase-change material energy storage comprises a shelter body (1), a solar heating unit (2), a phase-change material energy storage heating unit (3) and a shower unit (4). A vehicle comprises a vehicle chassis (5) and further comprises a solar shower shelter which is arranged on the vehicle chassis (5) and based on phase change material energy storage. The solar energy shower shelter and vehicle based on the phase-change material energy storage provided by the invention collect solar energy through the solar heat collector, wherein one part of energy is used for heating the water tank, and the other part of energy is stored in the phase-change material for heating the water tank at night in the absence of sunshine, so that all-weather hot water supply is realized. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the solar shower shelter based on phase change material energy storage of the present invention, wherein the solar heating unit 2 comprises a solar heat collector 21, a first heat exchange pipe 22 and a heat exchange medium (not shown in the figure), the solar heat collector 21 is mainly used for collecting solar energy, and in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the solar heat collector 21 is erected on the top of the shelter body 1 for better absorbing solar energy. In fig. 2, the phase change material stored energy heating unit 3 includes a phase change material 31, a phase change material storage tank 32, and a second heat exchange pipe 33. The first port 37 of the phase change material storage tank 32 is connected to one end of the second heat exchange pipe 33, the second heat exchange pipe 33 passes through the water tank 41 and the other end is connected to the second port 38 of the phase change material storage tank 32, the phase change material storage tank 32 and the second heat exchange pipe 33 form a second circulation loop, and the phase change material 31 is stored in the second circulation loop.
In this embodiment, the phase change material 31 is a material that stores and releases heat by using latent heat of phase change, and has advantages of high-density latent heat, constant temperature when absorbing heat, and the like. In a preferred embodiment, the phase change material is any one of sodium acetate trihydrate and paraffin. In the daytime, the solar heat collector 21 absorbs solar energy and generates heat, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium in the first circulation loop is increased, the first heat exchange pipe 22 penetrates through the phase change material storage tank 32 and the water tank 41, the heat exchange medium heats the phase change material 31 in the phase change material storage tank 32 while heating water in the water tank 41 when the first circulation loop circularly flows, the phase change material 31 is heated and melted to store solar energy, when no solar radiation exists at night, the phase change material 32 gradually releases heat, and the solar energy stored in the daytime is released along with the circulation flow of the phase change material 32 in the second circulation loop, so that the water in the water tank 41 is heated, and all-weather hot water supply is realized. In a preferred embodiment, in order to prevent heat loss from the phase change material storage tank 32, an insulating layer may be disposed on the outer sidewall of the phase change material storage tank 32, so as to achieve efficient heat storage.
In fig. 2, the shower unit 4 includes a water tank 41, a water pump 42, a water inlet pipe 43, a water outlet pipe 44 and a shower head 45.
