Description

Automobile rear axle steering drive axle
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile part, in particular to an automobile rear axle steering drive axle.
Background
At present, the four-wheel steering technology is rapidly developed, is not only widely applied to high-end vehicle types, but also gradually develops the market, improves the market competitiveness and strives for larger market share, the four-wheel steering technology is gradually developed towards middle and low-end vehicle types, the requirement of the four-wheel steering technology cannot be met by an independent drive axle and an independent steering axle, and the technology of modifying the drive axle into the steering drive axle becomes an essential technology. At present, a scheme of changing a widely-used drive axle into a steering drive axle is lacked in the market, and the scheme cannot adapt to the actual requirements of various vehicle types.
Chinese patent CN109436166A discloses a driving and steering mechanism for children's vehicles, which is mainly characterized in that only the wheels of the children's vehicles can be driven but not steered, two rods of a horizontal segment and a vertical segment are added to the original mechanism, and steering is realized by adding a steering driving unit. However, this solution requires a wheel-side driving device, which is relatively expensive, and requires a relatively high degree of integration of the structure.
Chinese patent CN209426844U discloses a steering drive axle, the four wheels have the same steering direction, the four wheels can run in parallel when going straight, turning and traversing, and the problems of tire wear, power obstruction and power loss caused by the asynchronous four wheels during steering are thoroughly solved. However, the scheme is directed at agricultural machinery, hydraulic steering is adopted, the space of the whole structure is large, and active steering cannot be realized.
Chinese patent CN107444490B discloses a steering drive front axle, which realizes the connection between a steering knuckle and a front axle housing, and can realize steering and driving. However, the scheme needs to adopt two sections of main pin structures, the design of a steering knuckle connected with an I-shaped beam is complex, a plurality of curved surfaces exist, the processing is troublesome, the cost is high, the support of the axle housing is not considered, the installation space of the first main pin structure is small, the requirement on assembly is high, the first main pin structure is connected with the axle housing, and the difficulty in installation of the axle housing is high. In addition, trapezoidal arm is many curved surfaces structure, and processing is difficult, and is with high costs, and in addition, trapezoidal arm is installed on the axle housing, and the installation degree of difficulty is big to the machining precision requirement to trapezoidal arm and mounting is high, otherwise has the interference risk with the axle housing. In addition, the connection of the half shafts at the half shafts inside the axle housing is a key design of the steering drive axle, and the proposal is not mentioned. In addition, the scheme is changed from a steering axle to a steering driving axle, and how to connect the driving half shaft with the wheel rim is not reflected.
Chinese patent CN109572412A discloses a wheel-side structure for a steering drive axle assembly and a steering drive axle assembly, which can realize the driving and steering functions of wheels. However, the scheme adopts a wheel-side driving scheme, and has the advantages of complex structure, high integration level, high requirement on installation precision and high cost. And one side semi-axis need install two rzeppa universal joints, and the price is not very light.
From the above solutions, it can be seen that in the related patents of the steering drive axle, on one hand, the design scheme of an independent steering drive axle, or the scheme of steering drive wheels, or the scheme of changing the steering drive axle into the steering drive axle is mainly considered, and these schemes are not suitable for changing the existing drive axle into the steering drive axle, have poor universality and are not suitable for improving the existing technology, and on the other hand, the structure is complex, and has multiple curved surfaces, so that the existing standard part cannot be adopted, and the processing is difficult.
