Background
The conventional nursing bottle includes a bottle body and a nipple coupled to an upper end of the bottle body. The immune system of the newborn is imperfect, the disease resistance is poor, the newborn is easy to be infected, milk is remained on the feeding bottle and the nipple frequently, the milk is rich in nutrition, and bacteria are easy to breed. steam in the steam box can enter the steam transfer area through the hollow holes and then enter the disinfection box through the air outlet holes of the base plate.
In the invention, a through hole is arranged in the center of the base plate, and an upright hollow support column is arranged at the through hole and used for supporting and positioning the feeding bottle; the side wall of the support column is also provided with a plurality of air outlets to form a transverse steam jet hole. The feeding bottle is sleeved on the supporting column, so that the inside of the feeding bottle can be sufficiently sterilized at high temperature.
In the invention, the elastic device is a spring.
When the steam generator is used, the steam generator is started in advance, water in the water tank is introduced from the water inlet by the steam generator, high-temperature evaporation is carried out, and steam is discharged from the steam outlet and is discharged into the steam tank; at the moment, as no feeding bottle presses the feeding bottle disinfection bracket, the elastic device jacks up the base plate in an initial state, so that the closed disc covers the opening from bottom to top, the steam transit area is positioned in the inner cavity area of the disinfection box, and the disinfection box and the steam box are blocked by the closed disc;
the sterilizing box is opened, the bottle mouth of the feeding bottle is reversely placed on the supporting column on the base plate, the bottle mouth covers the air outlet holes of the base plate and the supporting column, the base plate sinks under the influence of the gravity of the feeding bottle, the elastic device is compressed, the sealing plate downwards leaves the opening of the bottom plate of the sterilizing box, the steam transfer area sinks into the inner cavity area of the steam box, steam in the steam box can enter the steam transfer area, and the steam is sprayed into the feeding bottle through the air outlet holes of the base plate to sterilize the feeding bottle at high temperature by steam. Due to the function of the upright supporting rod, the steam can fully cover the inner cavity of the feeding bottle in all directions.
In the invention, the water tank has a shape and a size which can be held by hands; such as a cylindrical cartridge. The steam generator can be used as a handheld steam disinfection device after being detached from the steam box; the water tank is held, so that the feeding bottle can be sterilized by steam at high temperature independently, and other articles can be sterilized by steam at high temperature.
The steam spraying and closing device is simple in structure and convenient and fast to operate, can realize the spraying and closing of steam in the sterilizing box only by putting down and taking the feeding bottle through a simple mechanical structure, and is sanitary and efficient.

The invention comprises a sterilizing chamber 1, a steam chamber 2, a steam generator 3 and a water chamber 4.
The disinfection box 1 is a cuboid and comprises a disinfection box bottom plate 5, a transparent box side wall and a box cover, wherein the transparent box side wall is connected to the edge of the disinfection box bottom plate in a sealing mode, and the box cover can be covered on the transparent box side wall in a sealing mode; all adopt high temperature resistant plastics material.
The steam box 2 is a cuboid, the top surface of the steam box is open, and the steam box can be matched with and hermetically connected with the bottom plate 5 of the disinfection box; namely, an upper closed space and a lower closed space are formed by the bottom plate of the disinfection box; one side of the steam box is provided with an opening.
The steam generator adopts conventional products sold in the market, the shell is also designed into a cuboid, and a water inlet of the steam generator is arranged on the top surface of the shell; the steam outlet of the steam generator is arranged on the side surface of the shell; the steam box can be designed into a convex socket which can be inserted into an opening on the side surface of the steam box in a sealing mode, and the socket can be sealed through arranging a sealing ring.
The water tank can be designed into a transparent cuboid, a water outlet is formed in the lower portion of the water tank and can be in butt joint with a water inlet of the steam generator, a water replenishing port can be formed in the upper portion of the water tank for replenishing water, and an integrated design is formed, as shown in fig. 1; or a long pipe can be arranged at the water inlet outlet of the steam generator, the long pipe is inserted into an external water tank with the capacity expanded, and a water pump is arranged in the steam generator and can introduce water in the water tank into the steam generator.
Six round openings are arranged on the bottom plate 5 of the sterilizing box, so that the inner cavities of the sterilizing box and the steam box are communicated; a feeding bottle disinfection bracket 6 capable of sealing the opening is arranged on each opening;
the milk bottle disinfection support 6 has the structure that: a round base plate 7 is arranged, a plurality of air outlet holes can be arranged on the base plate 7, meanwhile, a through hole is arranged in the center of the base plate 7, and an upright hollow support column 8 is arranged at the through hole and used for supporting and positioning the feeding bottle; the top of the supporting column 8 is closed and is in transition connection with the smooth curved surface at the connecting part of the through hole; the side wall of the support column 8 is also provided with a plurality of air outlet holes which are transversely arranged;
the diameter of the chassis 7 is larger than that of the opening, the chassis is arranged above the bottom plate 5 of the disinfection box and can cover and seal the opening from top to bottom;
a cylindrical closed side wall 10 which is integrally formed is arranged below the chassis 7, a circle of a plurality of hollow holes 11 are formed in the middle of the closed side wall 10 along the circumferential direction of the cross section, and a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the bottom opening of the closed side wall 10;

the diameter of the section of the cylindrical closed side wall 10 is smaller than that of the opening of the bottom plate 5 of the disinfection box, and the cylindrical closed side wall can slide up and down in the opening to drive the position of the hollow hole 11 to be switched to the positions of the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the bottom plate 5 of the disinfection box;
the selected elastic device 12 is a spring, the diameter of the inner ring is larger than the diameter of the opening of the bottom plate 5 of the disinfection box, and the elastic device is arranged between the chassis 7 and the bottom plate 5 of the disinfection box.
