Specifically, in an embodiment, the vehicle machine 310 caches the first data information that needs to be sent to the cloud server 320 in a local queue to be sent. The cloud server 320 caches the second data information to be sent to the vehicle into a queue to be sent of the cloud server 320.

acquiring position information and first vehicle state information of a vehicle in real time;
judging whether the vehicle is in a refueling state or not according to the position information and the first vehicle state information;
when the vehicle is flameout and in a refueling state, generating a vehicle networking service interruption signal;
and disconnecting the network connected with the vehicle according to the Internet of vehicles service interruption signal, so that the vehicle is in a network incapable state.
2. The method for interrupting service to internet of vehicles in a gas station area according to claim 1, wherein the step of disconnecting the network to which the vehicle is connected according to the interruption signal to place the vehicle in a network-incapable state further comprises:
and caching the data information required to be sent to the cloud server to a queue to be sent.

The service interruption method of the internet of vehicles in the gas station area according to claim 2, wherein the step of disconnecting the network to which the vehicle is connected according to the service interruption signal of the internet of vehicles, and putting the vehicle in a network-incapable state, further comprises:
acquiring current second vehicle state information of the vehicle in real time;
judging whether the vehicle is in a refueling state or not according to the second vehicle state information;
when the vehicle finishes the refueling state, generating a network restoration connection request;
and restoring the connection network state of the vehicle according to the network restoration connection request.
4. The service interruption method of the internet of vehicles in the gas station area according to claim 3, wherein the step of recovering the connection network state of the vehicle according to the network connection request further comprises:
and sending the data information cached in the queue to be sent to the cloud server.
5. The method of service interruption of internet of vehicles in a gas station area according to claim 1, wherein the step of judging whether the vehicle is in a refueling state based on the position information and the first vehicle state information comprises:
judging whether the vehicle is in a gas station area or not according to the position information;
judging whether the vehicle is in a refueling state according to the first vehicle state information when the vehicle is in a refueling station area;
and returning to the step of acquiring the position information of the vehicle and the first vehicle state information in real time when the vehicle is not in the gas station area.
6. The service interruption method for the internet of vehicles in the gas station area is characterized by being applied between a vehicle machine and a cloud server, and comprises the following steps:
the vehicle machine acquires the position information and the first vehicle state information of the vehicle in real time, judges whether the vehicle is in a refueling state according to the position information and the first vehicle state information, generates a vehicle networking service interruption signal when the vehicle is flameout and is in the refueling state, and disconnects a network connected with the vehicle according to the vehicle networking service interruption signal so that the vehicle is in a network incapable state;
and the cloud server receives the Internet of vehicles service interruption signal sent by the vehicle and processes Internet of vehicles service interruption processing on the vehicle according to the Internet of vehicles service interruption signal.
7. The service interruption method of claim 6, further comprising:
the vehicle machine caches first data information which needs to be sent to the cloud server into a local queue to be sent;
and the cloud server caches the second data information which needs to be sent to the vehicle into a queue to be sent of the cloud server.
8. A vehicle machine, the vehicle machine comprising:
a memory for storing executable program code; and
-a processor for invoking said executable program code in said memory to implement a gas station area internet of vehicles service interruption method according to any of claims 1 to 5.
9. A vehicle comprising the vehicle machine of claim 8.
10. The service interruption system for the Internet of vehicles in the gas station area is characterized by comprising a vehicle machine and a cloud server;
the vehicle machine is used for acquiring the position information and the first vehicle state information of the vehicle in real time, judging whether the vehicle is in a refueling state according to the position information and the first vehicle state information, generating a vehicle networking service interruption signal when the vehicle is flameout and in the refueling state, and disconnecting a network connected with the vehicle according to the vehicle networking service interruption signal so that the vehicle is in a network-incapable state;
the cloud server is used for receiving the Internet of vehicles service interruption signal sent by the vehicle and processing Internet of vehicles service interruption according to the Internet of vehicles service interruption signal.
