It should be noted that the vehicle-mounted terminal can search keywords for the mood information corresponding to the picture to find out the picture corresponding to the good mood; specifically, the keyword "happy," is extracted from the mood information "happy today," the keyword "happy and happy," is extracted from the mood information "happy and happy day," the keyword "hard" is extracted from the mood information "hard and happy," and the like, and the vehicle-mounted terminal extracts the keyword corresponding to the mood from the mood information, so that the picture corresponding to the good mood can be found.
It should be noted that the vehicle-mounted camera acquires a face image of the user, and identifies the face image through the vehicle-mounted terminal to determine the mood of the user.

And step S55, the intelligent terminal determines mood information according to user requirements and associates the mood information with the target picture.
And step S56, the intelligent terminal determines position information according to user requirements and associates the position information with the target picture.
And step S57, the intelligent terminal sends the associated picture to the vehicle-mounted terminal.
And step S58, when the vehicle-mounted camera detects that the mood of the user is not good, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the picture corresponding to the good mood on the vehicle-mounted screen, so that the mood of the user is improved.
It should be noted that the operation principle of the above steps is the same as the operation principle of steps S1-S4 corresponding to the method for improving the mood of the user based on the picture, and the description thereof is omitted here.
It should be noted that the protection scope of the method for improving the mood of the user based on the picture according to the present invention is not limited to the execution sequence of the steps listed in this embodiment, and all the solutions implemented by adding, subtracting, and replacing the steps in the prior art according to the principle of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the system for improving mood of a user based on pictures of the present invention is applied to an intelligent terminal, and includes an obtaining module 61, a classifying module 62, an associating module 63, and a sending module 64;
the obtaining module 61 is configured to obtain a picture.
The classification module 62 is configured to classify pictures and select a target picture from each of the classes.
The association module 63 is configured to determine target information associated with the target picture, and associate the target information with the target picture to generate an associated picture.
The sending module 64 is configured to send the associated picture to the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the associated picture on a vehicle-mounted screen, thereby improving the mood of the user.
It should be noted that the structures and principles of the obtaining module 61, the classifying module 62, the associating module 63, and the sending module 64 correspond to the steps in the method for improving the mood of the user based on the pictures one by one, and therefore, the description is omitted here.
It should be noted that the division of the modules of the above system is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the x module may be a processing element that is set up separately, or may be implemented by being integrated in a chip of the system, or may be stored in a memory of the system in the form of program code, and the function of the x module may be called and executed by a processing element of the system. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), etc. For another example, when one of the above modules is implemented in the form of a Processing element scheduler code, the Processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor capable of calling program code. For another example, these modules may be integrated together and implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).
The storage medium of the present invention stores thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the above-described method for improving mood of a user based on pictures. The storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
As shown in fig. 7, the intelligent terminal of the present invention includes a processor 71 and a memory 72.
The memory 72 is used for storing computer programs. Preferably, the memory 72 includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, memory card, or optical disk.
The processor 71 is connected to the memory 72, and is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory 72, so that the intelligent terminal executes the above method for improving the mood of the user based on the picture.
Preferably, the Processor 71 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
It should be noted that the system for improving mood of user based on picture of the present invention can implement the method for improving mood of user based on picture of the present invention, but the implementation apparatus of the method for improving mood of user based on picture of the present invention includes but is not limited to the structure of the system for improving mood of user based on picture as recited in this embodiment, and all the structural modifications and substitutions of the prior art made according to the principle of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the system for improving mood of users based on pictures of the present invention includes an in-vehicle terminal 81 and the above-mentioned intelligent terminal 82.
The vehicle-mounted terminal 81 is configured to receive the associated picture sent by the intelligent terminal 82, and display the associated picture on a vehicle-mounted screen.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal 81 is further configured to collect the mood of the user, and according to the mood of the user, search for a picture with mood information corresponding to good mood from the associated pictures received by the intelligent terminal 82, display the picture on a vehicle-mounted screen, and/or guide the user to go to a position pointed by position information associated with the picture with mood information corresponding to good mood.
In summary, according to the method, the system, the medium and the intelligent terminal for improving the mood of the user based on the picture, the intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal, the picture of the intelligent terminal can be shared to the vehicle-mounted terminal at any time and can be displayed on the vehicle-mounted screen for the vehicle-mounted user to check, the interaction performance between the intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal is improved, and the functions of the vehicle are increased; by carrying out correlation operation of mood and position on the picture on the intelligent terminal, the picture synchronized to the vehicle-mounted terminal is also correlated with the mood information and the position information corresponding to the picture, so that when the vehicle detects that the mood of the vehicle-mounted user is not good, the picture corresponding to the good mood is displayed on a vehicle-mounted screen, or the user is guided to go to the position where the picture is correspondingly correlated, and the effect of improving the mood of the user is achieved; after the automobile obtains the pictures related to the moods and the positions, the pictures are like a friend of the user, the friend can detect the moods of the user at any time, and the user is comforted when the moods of the user are not good, so that the humanization of the automobile is greatly enhanced, and good use experience is brought to the user. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. A method for improving mood of a user based on pictures is applied to an intelligent terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a picture;
classifying the pictures, and selecting a target picture from each class;
determining target information associated with the target picture, and associating the target information with the target picture to generate an associated picture;
and sending the associated picture to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the associated picture on a vehicle-mounted screen, thereby improving the mood of the user.
2. The method for improving mood of users based on pictures as recited in claim 1, wherein the steps of classifying the pictures and selecting the target picture from each of the classes comprise:
classifying the pictures according to a preset classification rule; the preset classification rule comprises any one or a combination of a plurality of kinds of real-time and real-time position according to the content on the picture and the obtained picture;
and selecting the target picture from each class according to the quality of the pictures.

The method for improving the mood of the user based on the picture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target information associated with the target picture and associating the target information with the target picture to generate the associated picture comprises the following steps:
sending a voice prompt according to the target picture so as to enable a user to determine to perform association operation on the target picture;
acquiring position information associated with the target picture, and associating the position information with the target picture;
and acquiring mood information associated with the target picture, and associating the mood information with the target picture.

The method for improving the mood of the user based on the picture according to claim 3, wherein the picture after being associated is sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the picture after being associated on a vehicle-mounted screen, and the improvement of the mood of the user is realized by the method comprising the following steps: and sending the associated picture to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the picture of which the mood information corresponds to the good mood on a vehicle-mounted screen and/or guides the user to go to the position pointed by the position information associated with the picture of which the mood information corresponds to the good mood according to the collected user mood, and the mood of the user is improved.
5. The method for improving the mood of the user based on the picture according to claim 1, wherein before the picture is obtained, the method further comprises the step of granting a camera positioning authority and/or a time display authority to the intelligent terminal.

7. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method for improving mood of a user based on pictures according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. An intelligent terminal, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is used for executing the computer program stored in the memory to enable the intelligent terminal to execute the method for improving the mood of the user based on the pictures in any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A system for improving mood of a user based on pictures, comprising: the vehicle-mounted terminal and the intelligent terminal in claim 8;
and the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for receiving the associated picture sent by the intelligent terminal and displaying the associated picture on a vehicle-mounted screen.
10. The system for improving the mood of the user based on the pictures as claimed in claim 9, wherein the vehicle-mounted terminal is further configured to collect the mood of the user, and according to the mood of the user, search for a picture with mood information corresponding to good mood from the associated pictures received from the intelligent terminal, display the picture on a vehicle-mounted screen, and/or guide the user to go to a position pointed by the position information associated with the picture with mood information corresponding to good mood.
