Abstract
The invention discloses a method for realizing a single-direction and two-direction automatic skip mechanism of a digital television portal interface, which comprises the following steps that a set top box hardware bottom layer monitors a network port connection state, and when the connection state changes, a network state change signal is sent to a set top box middleware layer; the set-top box application layer is provided with an on-demand portal interface and a live broadcast portal interface, receives the state change signal sent by the middleware layer, and jumps to the live broadcast portal interface when the current play state is on-demand; and when the current playing state is live broadcasting and jumping does not occur before, jumping is not performed, otherwise, jumping to the on-demand portal interface. The set-top box skips the on-demand portal interface and the live broadcast portal interface in the application layer of the set-top box by monitoring the network port connection state change signal, so that the user experience and the user service interaction effect are improved.

Background
The cable television interactive set-top box simultaneously receives a unidirectional digital television signal and a bidirectional IP signal, the unidirectional digital television signal is used when a live television program is played, and the bidirectional IP signal is used when an on-demand program is played and an interactive service is carried out. In the prior art, when the set-top box does not have a bidirectional IP signal receiving function or the bidirectional IP signal is interrupted, part of the set-top boxes only prompt network connection failure and do not jump to a one-way digital television interface to enable a user to use the one-way digital television function; the other part of set-top boxes can automatically enter the one-way digital television playing interface, but when the two-way IP network is recovered to be normal, the set-top boxes do not jump to the two-way interaction interface to prompt the user that the two-way function is recovered.

The user can effectively improve the experience effect of the user according to the prompt confirmation information, and skip switching can be performed according to the currently prompted confirmation information.
The set-top box application layer is provided with an on-demand portal interface and a live broadcast portal interface, receives a state change signal sent by the middleware layer, and jumps to the live broadcast portal interface when the current broadcast state is on-demand; and when the current playing state is live broadcasting and jumping does not occur before, jumping is not performed, otherwise, jumping to the on-demand portal interface. The set-top box application layer stores the currently requested program information before jumping to the live broadcasting portal interface from the requesting state, and directly reads the stored program information and continues playing when jumping back to the requesting portal interface next time. The method and the device can provide better playing service for users, and users can call the stored program information to record, continue playing and playback after the state change signal is recovered, so that the experience effect of the users is improved.
The set-top box application layer is provided with a storage unit for temporarily recording the jump times, and when the set-top box application layer receives the state change signal, the set-top box application layer reads the jump times recorded by the access unit to determine whether the jump occurs. When the set-top box is started up each time, the storage unit is used for temporarily recording the jump times, and the jump times are erased after the set-top box is shut down, so that the mutual jump of the on-demand portal interface and the live portal interface is effectively ensured through the jump times recorded by the access unit, and the effect of using the interactive service by a user is further improved.

b. the set-top box middleware layer receives the network state change signal and forwards the network state change signal to the set-top box application layer;
c. the set-top box application layer is provided with an on-demand portal interface and a live broadcast portal interface, receives a state change signal sent by the middleware layer, and jumps to the live broadcast portal interface when the current broadcast state is on-demand; and when the current playing state is live broadcasting and jumping does not occur before, jumping is not performed, otherwise, jumping to the on-demand portal interface.

The method for implementing the one-way or two-way automatic skip mechanism of the digital television portal interface according to claim 1, wherein: in step c, before the set-top box application layer skips from the live broadcast state to the on-demand portal interface, the set-top box application layer firstly sends prompt confirmation information to the live broadcast content page, and skips back to the on-demand portal interface after receiving the confirmation information given by the user.
