Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a message association processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the message association processing method includes:
step 101, obtaining M new messages received within a predetermined time period, where the M new messages are new messages received from N message push channels.
As an example, in the case of receiving the new message a, the starting time of the predetermined period is the time of receiving the new message a, and the duration of the predetermined period is a predetermined duration.
As another example, M new messages received during a predetermined time period are acquired every predetermined time period.
The N message push channels may be message push channels of the same instant messaging Application (APP), or the N message push channels may be message push channels of multiple instant messaging applications.
For example, the instant messaging application is a social APP, a short message, a bank card APP, a mailbox APP, and the like. The message push channel may include at least one of: short message, public number, system message, station message, new message between two users, or new message in group, and mailbox.
102, under the condition that history messages received by any two message push channels in the N message push channels meet a preset condition, performing preset association processing on the M new messages; wherein, the history message is a message received before M new messages are received; m and N are positive integers greater than or equal to 2 respectively.
In the embodiment of the invention, the M new messages with the incidence relation are subjected to the preset incidence processing, so that the condition that a user manually processes the M new messages in sequence is avoided, the user operation is reduced, and the user experience is improved. Particularly, under the condition that the number of the received new messages is large, the user can be effectively prevented from manually processing each new message in sequence, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Optionally, in one or more embodiments of the present invention, any two message push channels include a first message push channel and a second message push channel; the predetermined conditions include:
the time interval between the time point of receiving the history message by the first message pushing channel and the time point of receiving the history message by the second message pushing channel is less than the preset time interval threshold value.
For example, the electronic device receives three new messages within a predetermined period of time, namely a new message received from the public number "1234", a new mail received from the sender 1234@139.com, and a new short message received from the number "1234".
In this case, history messages respectively received from the public number "1234", the mailbox of the sender "1234 @139. com", and the number "1234" are acquired. If the time of receiving the history message from the public number '1234' is 2019-5-2619: 00, the time of receiving the history mail from the sender '1234 @139. com' is 2019-5-2619: 01, and the time of receiving the history short message from the number '1234' is 2019-5-2619: 01. It can be seen that the time interval between any two of the three times is less than 1 minute (i.e., the time interval threshold), then the historical message push times for the public number "1234", the sender "1234 @139. com", and the number "1234" are determined to have relevance. Further, the relevance among three message pushing channels of the public number "1234", the sender "1234 @139. com" and the number "1234" is explained. Therefore, the three new messages received from the three message pushing channels are processed in an associated mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the two message pushing channels are related or not can be accurately obtained through the time interval of the receiving time of the historical messages of any two message pushing channels, so that M new messages are more accurately processed, and the condition of misoperation is reduced.
Optionally, in one or more embodiments of the present invention, any two message push channels include a first message push channel and a second message push channel; the predetermined conditions include:
the number of the association history message pairs between the first message pushing channel and the second message pushing channel is larger than a preset number threshold value; wherein each association history message pair is: the message pushing method comprises two historical messages respectively received from a first message pushing channel and a second message pushing channel, and the time interval between the receiving time points of the two historical messages is smaller than a preset time interval threshold value.
For example, the electronic device receives three new messages within a predetermined period of time, namely a new message received from the public number "1234", a new mail received from the sender 1234@139.com, and a new short message received from the number "1234".
In this case, history messages respectively received from the public number "1234", the sender "1234 @139. com", and the number "1234" are acquired. The following description will take the public number "1234" and the sender 1234@139.com as an example.
1) Suppose that the time of receiving a history message from public number "1234" and the time of receiving a history mail from sender 1234@139.com are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002348133950000051
As can be seen from table 1, there are at least 4 pairs of associated historical messages between the public number "1234" and the sender 1234@139.com, and the logarithm of the associated historical message pair is greater than a predetermined logarithm threshold of 4, which may determine that there is an association between the public number "1234" and the sender 1234@139. com.
2) Suppose that the time of receiving a history message from public number "1234" and the time of receiving a history mail from sender 1234@139.com are as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002348133950000052
As can be seen from table 2, there is only one pair of associated history message pairs between the public number "1234" and the sender 1234@139.com, and the logarithm of the associated history message pair is less than the predetermined logarithm threshold 4, it can be determined that there is no association between the public number "1234" and the sender 1234@139. com.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the logarithm of the association history message pair between any two message push channels in the N message push channels is greater than a predetermined logarithm threshold (for example, the predetermined logarithm threshold is 4), it proves that the N message push channels have high association. Therefore, the new messages received from the N message pushing channels are subjected to correlation processing, the correlation processing result is more accurate, and the situation of error processing is reduced.
Optionally, in one or more embodiments of the present invention, any two message push channels further satisfy at least one of the following: the name similarity of any two message pushing channels is larger than a first preset similarity threshold, and the content similarity of any two new messages in the M new messages is larger than a second preset similarity threshold.
For example, two of the message push channels are public number "1234" and sender mailbox "1234 @139. com".
1. Assuming that the name of the public number "1234" is "bank a", and the name of the sender with a mailbox of "1234 @139. com" is "bank china a", it can be seen that the similarity between the name of the public number and the name of the mail sender is greater than 80% (i.e., the first similarity threshold), it can be further determined that the public number "1234" and the sender mailbox "1234 @139. com" have an association. It is further determined that there is an association between the new message received from the public number "1234" and the sender mailbox 1234@139. com. Thereby correlating new messages received from the public number "1234" and the sender mailbox 1234@139. com.
2. Assume that the content of a new message received from the public number "1234" includes the keyword "total consumed 87.98 yuan", and the content of a new message received by the sender 1234@139.com includes the keyword "total consumed 87.98 yuan". It can be seen that the content similarity of the two new messages is greater than 70%, then it can be further determined that there is an association between the new message received from the public number "1234" and the sender mailbox 1234@139. com. Thereby correlating new messages received from the public number "1234" and the sender mailbox 1234@139. com.
In the embodiment of the invention, through the name similarity of any two message pushing channels in the N message pushing channels and/or the content similarity of any two new messages, whether the new messages received from the N message pushing channels have relevance can be further determined, so that the new messages can be accurately correlated, and the probability of misoperation on the new messages is reduced.
Optionally, in one or more embodiments of the present invention, the message association processing method further includes:
and under the condition that the historical messages received by any two message push channels in the N message push channels meet the preset condition, establishing an association relation among the N message push channels so as to associate the new messages received from the N message push channels under the condition that the new messages are received from the N message push channels next time.
For example, an association between the public number "1234", the sender "1234 @139. com", and the number "1234" is established. After the association is established, a new message a is received from the public number "1234", and within 1 minute after this time point, a new message B and a new message C are received from the message push channels (i.e., the senders "1234 @139. com" and the number "1234") associated with the public number "1234", respectively. Therefore, the new message a, the new message B, and the new message C are associated. It is not necessary to judge whether or not the history messages received from any two of the three message push channels satisfy the predetermined condition.
Optionally, in one or more embodiments of the present invention, performing a predetermined association process on M new messages includes:
under the condition that the reminding information of the first new message is displayed and the reminding information of the second new message is not displayed, canceling to display the reminding information of the second new message;
and the first new message and the second new message are new messages in the M new messages respectively.
For example, there are 3 new messages, and new message reminding is already performed on two new messages, that is, if there is another new message for which new message reminding is not performed, new message reminding is not performed on the new message for which new message reminding is not performed, so that unnecessary new message reminding is avoided from being performed to disturb a user.
Optionally, in one or more embodiments of the present invention, performing a predetermined association process on M new messages includes:
receiving a first input, wherein the first input indicates to view the content of a third new message, and the third new message is at least one new message of any of the M new messages;
in response to the first input, contents of the third new message are displayed, and predetermined information of new messages other than the third new message among the M new messages is displayed. The new messages other than the third new message in the M new messages can be regarded as new messages associated with the third new message.
As an example, displaying predetermined information of new messages other than the third new message among the M new messages includes:
displaying the content of the new messages except the third new message in the M new messages;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
displaying the viewing prompt information corresponding to the new messages except the third new message in the M new messages, wherein the viewing prompt information is used for viewing the content of the corresponding new message;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and displaying the key contents of the new messages except the third new message in the M new messages.
For example, the electronic device receives a first input from the user viewing a third new message received from a public number named bank a. The result of the electronic device responding to the first input is illustrated with reference to fig. 2. As can be seen from fig. 2, the electronic device not only displays the specific content of the third new message received from the public number named bank a, but also displays the content of the new message associated with the third new message, i.e., the content of the payment short message sent by bank a and the content of the payment mail sent by bank a.
If the same interface can not display all contents of the third new message and the associated new message, the third new message and the associated new message can be viewed in a sliding or page-turning mode.
As another example, the electronic device receives a first input from a user viewing a third new message received from a public number named bank A. The result of the electronic device responding to the first input is illustrated with reference to fig. 3. As can be seen from fig. 3, the electronic device displays not only the specific contents of the third new message received from the public number named bank a, but also the viewing notice information 101 of the new message associated with the third new message. And displaying the specific content of the short message under the condition that the short message control in the viewing prompt message 101 is triggered, and displaying the specific content of the mail under the condition that the mail control in the viewing prompt message 101 is triggered.
As another example, the electronic device receives a first input from a user viewing a third new message received from a public number named bank a. The result of the electronic device responding to the first input is illustrated with reference to fig. 4. As can be seen from fig. 4, the electronic device displays not only the specific content of the third new message received from the public number named bank a, but also the key content 202 of the new message associated with the third new message.
In the embodiment, by displaying the content of the third new message and displaying the predetermined information of the new messages except the third new message in the M new messages, the user can read the related messages together, and the time for the user to operate the new messages is reduced.
Optionally, in one or more embodiments of the present invention, performing a predetermined association process on M new messages includes:
receiving a second input, wherein the second input indicates to view the content of a fourth new message, and the fourth new message is at least one new message of any of the M new messages;
in response to the second input, the contents of the fourth new message are displayed, and the unread tags of the M new messages are cancelled.
In the case that the history messages received from any two of the N message push channels satisfy a predetermined condition, M new message associations received from the N message push channels may be determined. Thus, after the user has read any fourth new message of the M new messages, the new message associated with the fourth new message of the M new messages is marked as read. So that the user does not need to actively look at the unread new message to change the unread new message to a read state.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the performing of the predetermined association process on the M new messages includes:
receiving a third input, wherein the third input indicates deletion of a fifth new message, and the fifth new message is at least one of any of the M new messages;
in response to the third input, the M new messages are deleted.
Since the associated new messages are new messages with similar or identical contents, in the case of deleting the fifth new message in the associated new messages, it is stated that the associated new messages with similar or identical contents need to be deleted. Based on the above, the new messages related to the fifth new message are deleted together, that is, not only the fifth new message which the user actively wants to delete but also the new message related to the fifth new message are deleted. Therefore, the new message which needs to be deleted by the user is intelligently identified, the user does not need to actively send out the deleting operation, and the operation of the user is reduced.
