Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an overcurrent protection method is provided, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the method of the present invention. The overcurrent protection method can be applied to an air conditioner which can detect the current flowing through a compressor by using a radar with a set wavelength, and can comprise the following steps: step S110 to step S140.
And step S110, detecting a power line of a compressor of the air conditioner through the radar with the set wavelength, and detecting the current flowing through the compressor of the air conditioner to obtain the current flowing through the compressor.
The radar with the set wavelength may include: a millimeter wave radar, a microwave radar, or a photoelectric radar.
For example: the millimeter wave radar is directly utilized to detect the current and send the current to the main chip for processing, so that the current transformers and related overcurrent circuit components on the main control board can be reduced, the size of the main control PCB board is reduced, and the cost is reduced; the after-sale faults of the main control board are reduced; the current of the compressor can be accurately detected, and the problem of false alarm and overcurrent faults of the compressor caused by large errors of the current transformer is reduced.
Therefore, the radar with various wavelengths can be suitable for various current testing occasions, and has the advantages of wide application range and flexible and convenient use mode.
Alternatively, a specific process of detecting a power line of a compressor of the air conditioner by a radar of a set wavelength and detecting a current flowing through the compressor of the air conditioner in step S110 may be referred to as the following exemplary description.
The following further describes a specific process of detecting the current flowing through the compressor of the air conditioner in step S110 with reference to a flowchart of an embodiment of detecting the current flowing through the compressor of the air conditioner in the method of the present invention shown in fig. 2, which may include: step S210 and step S220.
In step S210, a signal attenuation value of a feedback signal after a transmission signal of the radar of a set wavelength passes through a power line of the compressor is determined.
More alternatively, a specific process of determining the signal attenuation value of the feedback signal after the transmission signal of the radar with the set wavelength passes through the power line of the compressor in step S210 may be referred to as the following exemplary description.
The following may further describe, with reference to a flowchart of an embodiment of determining a signal attenuation value of the feedback signal after the transmission signal of the radar with the set wavelength passes through the power line of the compressor in the method shown in fig. 3, a specific process of determining the signal attenuation value of the feedback signal after the transmission signal of the radar with the set wavelength passes through the power line of the compressor in step S210 may include: step S310 to step S330.
Step S310, utilizing the radar with the set wavelength to emit a radar signal with the set wavelength to a power line of the compressor.
For example: a millimeter wave radar integrated circuit may be provided on the main control panel of the air conditioner. The millimeter wave radar integrated circuit may include: radar signal transmitting antennas, etc. And transmitting the radar signal with the set wavelength to a power line of the compressor by using a radar signal transmitting antenna of the radar with the set wavelength. If the air conditioner normally operates, the millimeter wave radar transmitting antenna transmits a millimeter wave radar signal to a power line of the air conditioner compressor, and the electric quantity (namely current) flowing through the cross section area of the power line in unit time is detected.
Step S320, after the set duration, receiving a feedback signal of the power line of the compressor based on the radar signal with the set wavelength.
For example: a millimeter wave radar integrated circuit may be provided on the main control panel of the air conditioner. The millimeter wave radar integrated circuit may include: a radar signal transmitting antenna, a signal receiving circuit and the like. And transmitting the radar signal with the set wavelength to a power line of the compressor by using a radar signal transmitting antenna of the radar with the set wavelength. After the set time length, a signal receiving circuit of the radar with the set wavelength is used for receiving a feedback signal of a power line of the compressor based on the radar signal with the set wavelength.
And step S330, determining a signal difference value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and a feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength, and taking the signal difference value as a signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and the feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength to obtain a signal attenuation value of the feedback signal after the transmission signal of the radar with the set wavelength passes through a power line of the compressor.
For example: a millimeter wave radar integrated circuit may be provided on the main control panel of the air conditioner. The millimeter wave radar integrated circuit may include: the radar signal processing device comprises a radar signal transmitting antenna, a signal receiving circuit, a millimeter wave radar signal processing module and the like. The millimeter wave radar signal processing module is used for determining a signal difference value between a radar signal with a set wavelength and a feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength, and using the signal difference value as a signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and the feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength to obtain a signal attenuation value of the feedback signal after a transmitting signal of the radar with the set wavelength passes through a power line of the compressor; further, a signal attenuation value between the radar signal of the set wavelength and a feedback signal based on the radar signal of the set wavelength is subjected to data conversion processing to obtain a current flowing through a power supply line of the compressor, and the current flowing through the power supply line of the compressor is regarded as the current flowing through the compressor.
For example: and the main control chip preprocesses the current value. The larger the current is, the more the millimeter wave radar signal is attenuated, the fewer the signals fed back to the main control board are, the larger the comparison difference value of the transmission and the reception of the millimeter wave radar is, for example, 1A current, and the comparison difference value is 5 (transmission 100 and reception 95); 2A current, contrast difference 10 (transmit 100, receive 90); 3A current, contrast difference 14 (transmit 100, receive 86), etc. And the main control determines the current according to the comparison difference value and the preprocessed value.
Therefore, the signal difference value of the transmitting signal and the feedback signal of the radar with the set wavelength is used as the signal attenuation value of the transmitting signal and the feedback signal, so that the signal attenuation value of the transmitting signal and the feedback signal of the radar with the set wavelength can be conveniently and accurately determined.
In step S220, a signal attenuation value between the radar signal having the set wavelength and the feedback signal based on the radar signal having the set wavelength is subjected to data conversion processing to obtain a current flowing through a power supply line of the compressor, and the current flowing through the power supply line of the compressor is regarded as a current flowing through the compressor.
Therefore, the current flowing through the compressor is determined based on the signal attenuation value between the emission signal and the feedback signal of the radar with the set wavelength, so that the determination of the current flowing through the compressor is more accurate, and the determination method is simpler and more convenient.
More alternatively, in step S220, a specific procedure of data conversion processing is performed on a signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and the feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength, which may be referred to as the following exemplary description.
With reference to the flowchart of fig. 4, the specific process of performing data conversion processing on the signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and the feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength in step S310 is further described, where the specific process includes: step S410 and step S420.
In step S410, a signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and the feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength is calculated and amplified to obtain a first processing result.
Step S420, performing data coupling processing on the first processing result to obtain a second processing result, and using the second processing result as the current flowing through the compressor.
For example: the millimeter wave radar signal processing module processes the emitted radar signals into digital signals through an operational amplifier, a coupler and the like, and provides the digital signals to the air conditioner main control, and the air conditioner main control records the digital signal values. The more the millimeter wave radar signals are attenuated, the millimeter wave radar receives the millimeter wave radar signals fed back, and the millimeter wave radar information processing module processes the received signals into digital signal values and provides the digital signal values for the air conditioner main control panel.
Therefore, the corresponding current value is obtained by carrying out operation amplification and coupling processing on the signal attenuation value between the transmitting signal and the feedback signal of the radar with the set wavelength, so that on one hand, the current flowing through the compressor can be definitely obtained, on the other hand, comparison and judgment can be conveniently carried out during overcurrent protection, and the accuracy and convenience of overcurrent protection can be favorably improved.
Step S120, it is determined whether the current flowing through the compressor is greater than a set overcurrent protection value.
And step S130, if the current flowing through the compressor is greater than the set overcurrent protection value, determining that the current flowing through the compressor has an overcurrent phenomenon, and generating an overcurrent protection instruction.
And step S140, starting a set over-current protection mechanism according to the generated over-current protection instruction so as to realize over-current protection of the air conditioner. For example: and the air conditioner main control board compares the signal value transmitted by the millimeter wave radar with the received signal value to obtain a difference value, and if the difference value is basically the same as a certain pre-processed current value, the current value flowing through the air conditioner compressor is judged. The air conditioner main control board can convert a comparison value (such as a difference value obtained by comparing a signal value transmitted by a millimeter wave radar with a received signal value) into a current value, determine the current value flowing through the air conditioner compressor by using the current value, and control, judge and execute related functions according to the current value, if the current flowing through the compressor is judged to be large and exceeds the protection current value of the compressor, execute the overcurrent protection function of the compressor, send overcurrent protection to the main control, and prompt overcurrent protection faults and the like by the main control.
For example: the characteristics of high spatial resolution and high precision of the millimeter wave radar can be utilized, the current flowing through the compressor is detected on the air conditioner, the space accurate detection of the current of the air conditioner compressor is realized, and the problem of false alarm and overcurrent protection is reduced. If design out novel millimeter wave radar detection air conditioner for detect compressor current, can reduce design cost, manufacturing cost etc. also can reduce after-sale fault rate simultaneously, improve the quality of air conditioner product.
For example: the millimeter wave radar integrated circuit is added in the main control board, so that the millimeter wave radar integrated circuit can be used for detecting millimeter wave radar signals, the purpose of monitoring the current of the air conditioner compressor is achieved, and the millimeter wave radar signals are transmitted to the air conditioner main control board, the air conditioner main control board judges whether the current of the compressor is too high or not according to the received millimeter wave radar signal information, and whether the main control board needs to execute relevant operations such as shutdown of the compressor and reporting of relevant overcurrent protection faults by the air conditioner or not.
Therefore, the current flowing through the compressor of the air conditioner is detected by the radar with the set wavelength, so that the overcurrent protection of the air conditioner is realized, and the accuracy of the current flowing through the compressor, which is obtained by the radar with the set wavelength, is good, so that the accuracy of the overcurrent protection of the air conditioner can be ensured, and the safety of the overcurrent protection can be improved.
Through a large amount of tests verification, adopt the technical scheme of this embodiment, through adopting the millimeter wave radar to detect the electric current that flows through the compressor of air conditioner, and then carry out overcurrent protection control to the compressor according to the electric current that detects, realize that space accurate detection air conditioner compressor electric current reduces the mistake and reports overcurrent protection problem.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the invention further provides an overcurrent protection device corresponding to the overcurrent protection method. Referring to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention is shown. The overcurrent protection device can be applied to an air conditioner which can detect the current flowing through a compressor by using a radar with a set wavelength, and can comprise: a detection unit 102, a determination unit 104 and a control unit 106.
In an alternative example, the detecting unit 102 may be configured to detect a power line of a compressor of an air conditioner through a radar with a set wavelength, and detect a current flowing through the compressor of the air conditioner to obtain the current flowing through the compressor. The specific function and processing of the detection unit 102 are shown in step S110.
Alternatively, the detecting unit 102 detects a power line of a compressor of the air conditioner through a radar of a set wavelength, and detects a current flowing through the compressor of the air conditioner, and may include:
the detection unit 102 may be further configured to determine a signal attenuation value of a feedback signal after a transmission signal of the radar with the set wavelength passes through a power line of the compressor. The specific function and processing of the detection unit 102 are also referred to in step S210.
More optionally, the determining unit 102 may determine a signal attenuation value of a feedback signal after the transmission signal of the radar with the set wavelength passes through a power line of the compressor, and may include:
the detecting unit 102 may be further configured to transmit a radar signal with a set wavelength to a power line of the compressor by using a radar with a set wavelength. The specific function and processing of the detection unit 102 are also referred to in step S310.
The detecting unit 102 may be further specifically configured to receive a feedback signal of the power line of the compressor based on the radar signal with the set wavelength after the set time period. The specific function and processing of the detection unit 102 are also referred to in step S320.
The detecting unit 102 may be further configured to determine a signal difference between the radar signal with the set wavelength and the feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength, and use the signal difference as a signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and the feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength to obtain a signal attenuation value of the feedback signal after the transmission signal of the radar with the set wavelength passes through the power line of the compressor. The specific function and processing of the detection unit 102 are also referred to in step S330.
The detection unit 102 may be further configured to perform data conversion processing on a signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and a feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength to obtain a current flowing through a power line of the compressor, and use the current flowing through the power line of the compressor as the current flowing through the compressor. The specific function and processing of the detection unit 102 are also referred to in step S220.
Therefore, the current flowing through the compressor is determined based on the signal attenuation value between the emission signal and the feedback signal of the radar with the set wavelength, so that the determination of the current flowing through the compressor is more accurate, and the determination method is simpler and more convenient.
More alternatively, the detection unit 102 may perform data conversion processing on a signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and a feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength, and may include:
the detection unit 102 may be further configured to perform calculation and amplification processing on a signal attenuation value between the radar signal with the set wavelength and a feedback signal based on the radar signal with the set wavelength to obtain a first processing result. The specific function and processing of the detection unit 102 are also referred to in step S410.
The detecting unit 102 may be further configured to perform data coupling processing on the first processing result to obtain a second processing result, and use the second processing result as the current flowing through the compressor. The specific function and processing of the detection unit 102 are also referred to in step S420.
In an alternative example, the determination unit 104 may be configured to determine whether the current flowing through the compressor is greater than a set over-current protection value. The specific function and processing of the determination unit 104 are referred to in step S120.
In an optional example, the determining unit 104 may be further configured to determine that an overcurrent phenomenon occurs in the current flowing through the compressor and generate an overcurrent protection command if the current flowing through the compressor is greater than a set overcurrent protection value. The specific function and processing of the determination unit 104 are also referred to in step S130.
In an optional example, the control unit 106 may be configured to start a set over-current protection mechanism according to the generated over-current protection instruction, so as to implement over-current protection on the air conditioner. The specific function and processing of the control unit 106 are shown in step S140.
Since the processes and functions implemented by the apparatus of this embodiment substantially correspond to the embodiments, principles and examples of the method shown in fig. 1 to 4, the description of this embodiment is not detailed, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention is adopted, the current flowing through the compressor of the air conditioner is detected by adopting the millimeter wave radar, and then the overcurrent protection control is carried out on the compressor according to the detected current, so that the current of the compressor can be accurately detected, and the problem of false alarm and overcurrent faults of the compressor caused by large errors of the current transformer is reduced.
According to the embodiment of the invention, an air conditioner corresponding to the overcurrent protection device is also provided. The air conditioner may include: the overcurrent protection device is described above.
The air conditioner can use current transformer to detect the current that flows through the compressor, need walk the line space for current transformer design on the main control board, increases the relevant components and parts that overcurrent protection circuit such as current transformer, resistance, electric capacity used, still need pass current transformer with the compressor live wire during the production air conditioner simultaneously, so can cost design cost, production man-hour cost etc. by a lot.
Millimeter wave radars are radars that operate in the millimeter wave band (millimeter wave) for detection. Usually, the millimeter wave is in the frequency domain of 30 to 300GHz (with a wavelength of 1 to 10 mm). Millimeter-wave radar has some of the advantages of both microwave and photoelectric radar because the wavelength of millimeter-wave waves is intermediate between microwave and centimeter waves. The millimeter wave radar has narrower wave beams (generally in milliradian magnitude), has the characteristics of strong penetration capability, high spatial resolution and high precision, is favorable for resisting electronic interference and clutter interference, and has great significance in the aspects of communication, radar, guidance, remote sensing technology, radio astronomy and wave spectroscopy.
Considering that if a novel millimeter wave radar detection air conditioner is designed according to the characteristics of high spatial resolution and high precision of the millimeter wave radar, the millimeter wave radar detection air conditioner is used for detecting the current of a compressor, the design cost, the production cost and the like can be reduced, the after-sale failure rate can be reduced, and the quality of air conditioner products is improved. Specifically, the characteristics of millimeter waves can be utilized, the current flowing through the compressor can be detected on the air conditioner, the space precision detection of the current of the air conditioner compressor is realized, and the problem of false alarm and overcurrent protection is reduced.
In an alternative example, the invention provides an air conditioner for detecting current by using a millimeter wave radar.
In some schemes, a current transformer needs to be installed on a main control panel of the air conditioner, a live wire of a compressor passes through the current transformer, and voltage is sampled according to the current flowing through the transformer and sent to a main chip to judge the current. According to the scheme of the invention, a current transformer is not needed, an additional sampling circuit is not needed, the millimeter wave radar is directly used for detecting the current and sending the current to the main chip for processing, the current transformer and related overcurrent circuit components on the main control board can be reduced, the size of the main control PCB board is reduced, and the cost is reduced; the after-sale faults of the main control board are reduced; the current of the compressor can be accurately detected, and the problem of false alarm and overcurrent faults of the compressor caused by large errors of the current transformer is reduced.
Specifically, in the scheme of the invention, the air conditioner does not need to be provided with a circuit transformer and does not need to thread the live wire of the compressor into the current transformer during production; the millimeter wave radar integrated circuit is added in the main control board and used for detecting millimeter wave radar signals, the purpose of monitoring the current of the air conditioner compressor is achieved, the millimeter wave radar signals are transmitted to the air conditioner main control board, the air conditioner main control board judges whether the current of the compressor is too high or not according to the received millimeter wave radar signal information, and whether the main control board needs to execute relevant operations such as shutdown of the compressor and reporting of relevant overcurrent protection faults by the air conditioner or not is judged.

And 2, preprocessing the air conditioner main control board, and corresponding to different current values according to different digital signal values, such as the difference value of corresponding digital signals of a sending signal and a receiving signal.
Optionally, the air conditioner main control board compares a signal value transmitted by the millimeter wave radar with a received signal value to obtain a difference value, and if the difference value is substantially the same as a certain pre-processed current value, the current value flowing through the air conditioner compressor is determined.
