Abstract
The invention provides a noise reduction device for oil-immersed power equipment, which comprises: a plurality of hollow tubes connected to each other; the hollow pipes are in a honeycomb calandria structure, are arranged on the inner wall of an oil tank of the power equipment, and are completely immersed in oil supplied by a cavity formed by the hollow pipes and the inner wall of the oil tank; the honeycomb comb-shaped pipe-arranging structure is used for reflecting sound waves generated by the electric power equipment in the honeycomb comb-shaped pipe-arranging structure for multiple times, so that the noise value of the sound waves is reduced; the noise reduction device is used for reflecting sound waves generated by the power equipment in the honeycomb structure for multiple times to reduce the noise value of the sound waves, and certain mutual offset is generated among partial sound waves, so that the noise energy transmitted to the outside of the oil tank is effectively reduced, and the noise reduction effect is realized on the whole.

Background

(4) The noise reduction device provided by the invention occupies small internal space of the oil tank, has low implementation cost, can be produced and installed in a modularized manner, has a simple structure and safe materials, can be used for a long time, is free from maintenance, and is easy to realize engineering application.
(5) The noise reduction device provided by the invention has the laying area accounting for about 80% of the area of the inner wall of the oil tank.
(6) The noise reduction scheme provided by the invention reduces audible noise outside the oil tank by 5% -10%.

In practical application, the number of layers of the honeycomb calandria is not fixed, but the total thickness of the honeycomb calandria does not exceed 1/10 of the size of the oil tank, and the connection mode of the inner wall surface of the oil tank and the calandria and the connection mode of the calandria of each layer can be either wall connection or edge connection or any combination of the two modes.
