Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a high-voltage porcelain insulator threading fixing device which solves the problem that the existing conducting wire is fixed on a high-voltage porcelain insulator and is complex to operate.
In order to achieve the purpose, the high-voltage porcelain bottle threading fixing device comprises a clamping sleeve seat detachably mounted at the threading end of the high-voltage porcelain bottle, a gland rotatably mounted at one end of the clamping sleeve seat, which is far away from the high-voltage porcelain bottle, and a buckle assembly arranged on the clamping sleeve seat; a wire passing groove for a lead to penetrate is formed in the top of the clamping sleeve seat, a pressure head abutting against the wire passing groove is arranged in an inner cavity of the gland, and the clamping assembly is used for locking the clamping sleeve seat and the gland so that the pressure head abuts against the wire passing groove to compress and fix the lead to be erected; the high-voltage porcelain insulator wire passing fixing device is made of insulating materials.
Preferably, the clamping sleeve seat comprises a sleeve sleeved on the high-voltage porcelain bottle, a rubber wire passing head coaxially embedded at one end of the sleeve, which is far away from the high-voltage porcelain bottle, a first hinge seat arranged at the top of the sleeve and used for hinging the gland, and a clamping sleeve seat arranged at the top of the sleeve and used for installing the clamping assembly; the rubber thread passing head is provided with the thread passing groove perpendicular to the axis of the sleeve.
Preferably, one end of the sleeve is provided with a top sealing plate to form a mounting hole for mounting the rubber threading head; the other end of the sleeve is provided with a limiting ring plate, a clamping sleeve is formed between the limiting ring plate and the top sealing plate, and the space of the high-voltage porcelain bottle is provided with a chamfer with a pointed end facing the top sealing plate.
Preferably, one end of the rubber thread passing head is axially provided with a limiting hole for clamping the pressure head, and the thread passing groove horizontally penetrates through the limiting hole and is communicated with the end face of the rubber thread passing head.
Preferably, the snap seat comprises a central plate axially arranged along the sleeve, and two side plates symmetrically arranged at intervals relative to the central plate to form a space for installing the snap assembly, and hinge holes horizontally penetrating through the tops of the central plate and the two side plates are formed.

With reference to fig. 1 to 8, the high-voltage porcelain insulator wire-passing fixing device disclosed in this embodiment includes a ferrule base 1 detachably mounted on a wire-passing end of a high-voltage porcelain insulator 5, a gland 2 rotatably mounted on an end of the ferrule base 1 away from the high-voltage porcelain insulator 5, and a buckle assembly 3 disposed on the ferrule base 1; a wire passing groove 100 for a lead to penetrate is formed in the top of the clamping sleeve seat 1, a pressure head 4 abutting against the wire passing groove 100 is arranged in an inner cavity of the gland 2, and the clamping buckle assembly 3 is used for locking the clamping sleeve seat 1 and the gland 2 so that the pressure head 4 abuts against the wire passing groove 100 to compress and fix the lead to be erected; the high-voltage porcelain insulator wire passing fixing device is made of insulating materials.

Specifically, the clamping sleeve seat 1 is made of high-strength rubber with sun-proof, acid rain-proof and lightning-proof functions; the wire passing groove 100 is a horizontal through groove with a semicircular cross section.
Preferably, one end of the sleeve 11 is provided with a top sealing plate 111 to form a mounting hole 112 for mounting the rubber threading head 12; the other end of the sleeve 11 is provided with a limit ring plate 113, a space for clamping the high-voltage porcelain bottle 5 is formed between the limit ring plate 113 and the top sealing plate 111, and an inner hole of the limit ring plate 113 is provided with a chamfer with a tip facing the top sealing plate 111.
Specifically, the inner hole of the sleeve 11 is tightly fitted with the outer wall of the high-voltage porcelain bottle 5, and the limit ring plate 113 is just opposite to the top surface of the top sealing plate 111 and abuts against the end surface of the high-voltage porcelain bottle 5 corresponding to the insulator, so that the sleeve 11 is fixed on the high-voltage porcelain bottle 5.
Further, the chamfer of the top closure plate 111 can facilitate the sleeve 11 staking operation.
Preferably, one end of the rubber thread passing head 12 is axially provided with a limiting hole 121 for clamping the pressure head 4, and the thread passing groove 100 horizontally penetrates through the limiting hole 121 and is communicated with the end face of the rubber thread passing head 12.
Preferably, the snap seat 14 includes a central plate 141 disposed axially along the sleeve 11, and two side plates 142 symmetrically spaced from the central plate 141 to form a space for installing the snap assembly 3, and hinge holes 143 are formed at the tops of the central plate 141 and the two side plates 142 and extend horizontally therethrough.
Specifically, the plate length of the center plate 141 is shorter than the plate length of the side plates 142.
Preferably, the gland 2 includes a cover body 21, a second hinge seat 22 disposed on an outer wall of the cover body 21 to rotatably connect the first hinge seat 13, and a positioning boss 23 deviating from one end of the second hinge seat 22 to connect the buckle assembly 3, the pressure head 4 is coaxially disposed along an inner cavity of the cover body 21 to clamp the limiting hole 121, and two through grooves 24 penetrating through the wall thickness for the lead wire to penetrate are radially and symmetrically formed on a side wall of the cover body 21.
Specifically, the first hinge base 13 is hinged to the second hinge base 22 through an insulating pin 6, and the pressure head 4 is made of high-strength elastic rubber.
Preferably, a protective tape (not shown) for dust and water prevention is adhered to the outer wall of the gland 2.
Preferably, the buckle assembly 3 comprises a catch plate 31, a rotating shaft 32 passing through the hinge hole 143 to hinge the catch plate 31 and the central plate 141, and a reset member 33 disposed at an end of the catch plate 31 facing away from the rotating shaft 32; the top of the clamping plate 31, which is far away from the resetting piece 33, is provided with a clamping hook 34 which is detachably connected with the positioning boss 23.
Specifically, the reset member 33 is a compression spring, and the hook 34 connects or disconnects the positioning boss 23.
Preferably, the buckle assembly 3 further includes a snap ring 35 hinged to the outer side of the rotating shaft 32 corresponding to the two side plates 142, and the snap ring 35 locks or unlocks the positioning boss 23.
Specifically, the safety of the clamping sleeve seat 1 for locking the gland 2 is increased through the clamping ring 35.
Preferably, the rubber thread passing head 12 is detachably connected with the sleeve 11, and the pressing head 4 is detachably connected with the cover body 21.
Specifically, the rubber threading head 12 and the pressing head 4 can be correspondingly modified for different wire specifications.
