At present, medical records are the sum of text, charts, images, slices and other data formed by medical staff in the medical activity process, and the medical records are the empirical summary of medical knowledge flexibly applied by doctors in the long-term clinical practice process, objectively and completely record the change of the illness state of a patient and the whole diagnosis and treatment process. Today, in the increasingly developed information technology, electronic medical record systems are gradually popularized in hospitals at all levels, compared with traditional paper medical records, the electronic medical records have the characteristics of convenience in writing, convenience in interaction, flexibility in access and the like, the appearance of the electronic medical records is convenient for medical staff to write and inquire, the working efficiency is improved, the medical record quality control method in the prior art returns the highlight id of the defect content through an engine, matches the tag id of html, searches the highlighted text in the text of the tag after matching the id, and links the highlighted text to a defect detail box, but the method has the following problems that when a document returned by the engine does not have medical record nodes, the connection display cannot be carried out, and the document position designated by the defect cannot be rapidly positioned. In order to solve the above problems, the present embodiment discloses a method for implementing quality control based on obtaining a current defect document id and a current defect id of a current medical record document and matching the current medical record node by using the current defect document id and the current defect id, if matching is successful, displaying the current defect id and the current medical record node, if matching is failed, supplementing the missing medical record node, and after supplementing, displaying the supplemented medical record node and the current defect id.
A defect document display method, as shown in figure 1, comprises the following steps:
step S101, obtaining a current medical record document and current defect information in the current medical record document, where the current defect information includes: current defect document id, current defect id, whether medical record nodes are missing;
step S102, matching the current medical record node by using the current defect document id and the current defect id, and if the matching is successful, connecting and displaying the current defect id and the current medical record node corresponding to the current defect id;
and step S103, if the matching fails, supplementing the missing medical record nodes to the current medical record document, and after the supplementing is finished, connecting and displaying the supplemented missing medical record nodes and the current defect id.
The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a current defect document id and a current defect id of a current medical record document, matching the current defect document id and the current defect id with current medical record nodes, if matching is successful, connecting and displaying the current defect id and the current medical record nodes, if matching is failed, supplementing the missing medical record nodes of the current medical record document, and connecting and displaying the supplemented missing medical record nodes and the current defect id after supplementing is finished.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the method is used for realizing rapid positioning of the document position specified by the defect by matching the current medical record node by using the current defect document id and the current defect id.

and establishing a node relation database to store the history record file and the corresponding history defect information.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the history medical record nodes in the history medical record text are obtained and are stored in one-to-one correspondence with the history defect document id and the history defect id, so that a node library is created, and a user only needs to search in the node library to obtain the medical record nodes corresponding to the current case text, thereby greatly saving quality control time and improving quality control efficiency.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the matching of the current medical record node by using the current defect document id and the current defect id, if the matching is successful, displaying the current defect id and the current medical record node corresponding to the current defect id, includes:
step S201, a current medical record document is obtained through the current defect document id positioning;
step S202, matching current medical record nodes in a current medical record document according to the current defect id;
and step 203, if the matching is successful, connecting the current defect id and the current medical record node through the connecting wire and highlighting the connecting wire, the current defect id and the current medical record node.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the current medical record document can be positioned through the current defect document id, and the current medical record document can be matched with the corresponding medical record node by being input into the database, so that the medical record node is not required to be summarized aiming at the content of the case text manually, and the efficiency is further improved.
In one embodiment, the current defect document id and the current defect id are used for matching the current medical record node, and if the matching fails, the defect information is judged to have the missing medical record node.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the control time is effectively reduced, and whether the node is missing or not can be accurately judged.
In one embodiment, supplementing the missing medical record document with the missing medical record node, and after the supplementing is finished, connecting and displaying the missing medical record node and the current defect id, including:
acquiring a preset ordered standard full-quantity document tag id list;
searching for missing tag ids and missing node names of missing medical record nodes from an ordered standard full-volume document tag id list;
if the last tag id in the ordered standard full document tag id list is corresponding to the missing medical record node, supplementing the last tag id and the node name corresponding to the last tag id to a first preset position corresponding to the current medical record document, and at the moment, the node name corresponding to the last tag id is corresponding to the missing medical record node;
otherwise, supplementing the missing tag id corresponding to the missing medical record node to a second preset position corresponding to the current medical record document, supplementing the corresponding node name to the missing medical record node corresponding to the missing tag id corresponding to the missing medical record node in the current medical record document, and connecting and highlighting the missing tag id corresponding to the missing medical record node and the missing medical record node;
wherein the current defect id corresponds to the missing tag id.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: according to the sequence, the medical record nodes are arranged, so that a user can more intuitively see the medical record nodes corresponding to the current medical record document, the medical record nodes corresponding to the current medical record document can be known according to the tag id, and the experience of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the method includes:
step 1: the engine checks the defect information of the medical record according to the writing specification of the medical record document, stores the defect information into a database, and the platform obtains the current medical record document through an interface and obtains the defect information returned by the quality control engine, and the method comprises the following steps: highlighting document id, highlighting text, whether nodes are missing;
step 2: locating the document by highlighting the document id, matching the tag id of the page by highlighting the id, and ending the matching when the matching is finished, and not matching the next step;
step 3: if the node is a missing node, acquiring a pre-defined ordered standard full-quantity document tag id list; the tag id and node name of this defect, and its subsequent tag id, are found from the list. If the node id is the last one, the node id and the node name are directly supplemented to the last one. If not, the tag id to the side is supplemented and then the link node is highlighted.
The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that according to the defined standard document node id and the display sequence thereof, document nodes with quality control which are not existed are added in the existing document, and the normal display position is ensured. And the line can be highlighted, so that the document position pointed by the defect is rapidly positioned.
The embodiment also discloses a defect document display device, as shown in fig. 5, which comprises:
