The server further adds a corresponding key to the project product page according to the enterprise identification. The key can be a preset character or a preset graph; the preset characters may be letters, numbers, or other character strings, etc. After the server encrypts the project product page according to the enterprise identifier, only enterprise staff of the enterprise can access the project product page, so that the safety of the project product page can be effectively guaranteed.
The server further encodes the project product page to which the key is added, and specifically, the server may encode the project product page by using preset characters. The server may encode the preset character string according to a preset encoding mode, and may also encode the preset graphic according to the preset encoding mode, thereby obtaining an encoded key. The preset encoding method may be various, for example, the preset encoding method may be the encoding method of base 64. The encoded key includes an encoded key character string, a key pattern, and the like.
The server generates a target product link by using the encoded project product page, and further generates a project product two-dimensional code by using the target product link, so that the project product two-dimensional code corresponding to the enterprise requirement can be effectively generated, and the safety and effectiveness of the project product two-dimensional code are effectively ensured.
In one embodiment, before acquiring the enterprise demand information sent by the enterprise terminal, the method further includes: acquiring a plurality of item information; the project information includes product attributes; classifying the plurality of item information according to the product attributes, and adding corresponding category labels to the plurality of sub-item information according to the classification result; distributing corresponding warehouse codes to the plurality of sub-project information according to the category labels; an item repository is generated using the plurality of sub-items to which the repository code is added.
Specifically, the server may pre-construct a plurality of sub-item information, for example, the sub-item information may be sub-risk information under a certain type of risk. The item information includes corresponding product attributes. The server can acquire a plurality of item information from a local or third-party database, and further classify the generated plurality of sub-item information according to the product attributes to respectively obtain classification results. And the server adds a corresponding category label to each sub-item according to the classification result. The server classifies the plurality of sub-item information according to the category labels, and can also respectively distribute corresponding warehouse codes to the plurality of sub-item information according to the category labels, so as to generate an item warehouse by using the added warehouse codes and the classified sub-item information. In one embodiment, the server may also pre-establish an item repository, and store the sub-item information after adding the repository code and classifying to the item repository. Therefore, the project warehouse comprising a plurality of sub-projects can be effectively constructed, so that the user-defined project combination can be performed according to the corresponding demand strategy, and the project product conforming to the demand strategy can be effectively generated.
Each sub-item can also correspond to a corresponding strategy identifier, and a relational mapping table is established according to the warehouse code of the sub-item and the strategy, so that the server can effectively acquire a plurality of sub-items corresponding to the enterprise demand strategy from the item warehouse according to the mapping relational table, and corresponding target product information can be quickly and effectively generated.
For example, the sub-item information may be sub-risk information, and the server may pre-construct a plurality of customized risk types warehouses, store all the group sub-risk types in the risk type warehouse, and each group insurance risk type includes an risk type identifier and a warehouse code. The server can also put the sub-risk seeds corresponding to part of the categories according to the requirement. A responsibility combination in each sub-risk can be defined as a risk strategy, an infinite number of risk strategies are supported and generated under the sub-risk, and a group risk scheme can be generated by combining a plurality of risk strategies. By constructing a dangerous seed warehouse comprising a plurality of sub dangerous seeds in advance, a dangerous seed scheme corresponding to a dangerous seed strategy can be generated efficiently when the service is in demand, and thus, insurance services and the like can be processed quickly and effectively.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring a plurality of item information; the project information includes product attributes; classifying the plurality of item information according to the product attributes, and adding corresponding class labels to the plurality of sub-item information according to the classification result; distributing corresponding warehouse codes to the plurality of sub-project information according to the category labels; an item repository is generated using the plurality of sub-items to which the repository code is added.
The method comprises the steps that after enterprise demand information sent by an enterprise terminal is obtained by a server, an enterprise demand strategy corresponding to the enterprise demand information is analyzed, corresponding sub-items are obtained from a project warehouse according to the enterprise demand strategy, and the obtained sub-items are combined and packaged to generate corresponding target project products. The server further generates a project product two-dimensional code by using the obtained target project product and the enterprise identification, and sends the project product two-dimensional code to the corresponding enterprise terminal, so that the enterprise terminal sends the project product two-dimensional code to the plurality of staff terminals.
After receiving the project product two-dimensional code, the staff terminal scans the project product two-dimensional code and sends a two-dimensional code scanning instruction to the server, wherein the two-dimensional code scanning instruction carries time information. The time information can be scanning time of the employee terminal on the two-dimensional code of the project product. And after receiving the two-dimension code scanning instruction sent by the staff terminal, the server acquires the two-dimension code scanning instruction and the timeliness attribute of the target product link corresponding to the two-dimension code of the project product, and judges the scanning time of the two-dimension code scanning instruction according to the timeliness attribute.
And if the scanning time is within the range of the aging attribute, the server returns a target product link to the corresponding staff terminal according to the two-dimensional code scanning instruction. And after receiving the link of the target product, the staff terminal inputs staff information and sends staff order information including the staff information to the server.
Further, if the scanning time is not within the range of the aging property, the two-dimensional code of the project product is represented and the project product is invalid. And the server returns a preset failure prompt page to the corresponding staff terminal according to the two-dimensional code scanning instruction so as to prompt. The project operation corresponding to the enterprise can be conveniently and effectively carried out by the staff terminals based on the two-dimension code channel, the staff orders of the staff terminals can be efficiently processed, and therefore the project service information processing efficiency is effectively improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a service information processing apparatus based on a two-dimensional code, including: an obtaining module 502, an analyzing module 504, a two-dimension code generating module 506, a two-dimension code sending module 508 and a service processing module 510, wherein:
an obtaining module 502, configured to obtain enterprise demand information sent by an enterprise terminal; the enterprise demand information comprises an enterprise identifier;
the analysis module 504 is configured to analyze the enterprise demand information to obtain an enterprise demand policy, and obtain a plurality of sub-items from the item repository according to the enterprise demand policy; packaging the plurality of sub-projects according to a preset algorithm to generate a target project product;
a two-dimension code generating module 506, configured to generate a project product two-dimension code by using the target project product and the enterprise identifier;
the two-dimension code sending module 508 is used for sending the project product two-dimension code to an enterprise terminal, and the enterprise terminal is used for sending the project product two-dimension code to a plurality of affiliated employee terminals;
the obtaining module 502 is further configured to obtain staff order information sent by a plurality of staff terminals according to the project product two-dimensional code channel, where the staff order information includes a project identifier;
and the service processing module 510 is configured to invoke a service system corresponding to the project identifier to perform service processing on the employee order information.
In one embodiment, the analysis module 504 is further configured to match the enterprise requirement policy with a plurality of sub-items in the item repository, and extract a plurality of sub-items of which matching rates meet a preset threshold, where the sub-items include corresponding sub-item identifiers and sub-item interfaces; performing strategy combination on the plurality of sub-item information by using a preset algorithm according to the attribute information of the plurality of sub-items acquired according to the sub-item identification to obtain a combined item product; generating a project product page according to the product attribute information of the combined project product; and generating a corresponding target project product according to the project product page and the sub-project interface.
In one embodiment, the two-dimensional code generating module 506 is further configured to add an aging attribute to the project product page according to the enterprise demand information; adding a corresponding key to a project product page according to the enterprise identification; coding the project product page added with the key, and generating a target product link by using the coded project product page; and generating a project product two-dimensional code according to the target product link.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a project repository construction module for obtaining a plurality of project information; the project information includes product attributes; classifying the plurality of item information according to the product attributes, and adding corresponding category labels to the plurality of sub-item information according to the classification result; distributing corresponding warehouse codes to the plurality of sub-project information according to the category labels; an item repository is generated using the plurality of sub-items to which the repository code is added.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 502 is further configured to obtain a two-dimensional code scanning instruction sent by a plurality of employee terminals according to a two-dimensional code of a project product; acquiring time information of a two-dimension code scanning instruction, and identifying the time information according to the timeliness attribute of a target product link corresponding to the two-dimension code of the project product; if the time information is in the range of the aging attribute, returning a target product link to the employee terminal according to the two-dimensional code scanning instruction; and if the time information is not in the range of the aging attribute, returning a corresponding failure prompt page to the staff terminal according to the two-dimensional code scanning instruction.
For specific limitations of the service information processing apparatus based on the two-dimensional code, reference may be made to the above limitations of the service information processing method based on the two-dimensional code, which is not described herein again. All or part of each module in the service information processing device based on the two-dimensional code can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing data such as enterprise demand information, project warehouses, project product two-dimensional codes and the like. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement the steps of the two-dimensional code-based service information processing method provided in any one of the embodiments of the present application.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the two-dimensional code-based service information processing method provided in any one of the embodiments of the present application.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus (Rambus) direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A service information processing method based on two-dimension codes comprises the following steps:
acquiring enterprise demand information sent by an enterprise terminal; the enterprise demand information comprises an enterprise identifier;
analyzing the enterprise demand information to obtain an enterprise demand strategy, and acquiring a plurality of sub-projects from a project warehouse according to the enterprise demand strategy;
packaging the plurality of sub-projects according to a preset algorithm to generate a target project product;
generating a project product two-dimensional code by using the target project product and the enterprise identifier;
sending the project product two-dimensional code to the enterprise terminal, wherein the enterprise terminal is used for sending the project product two-dimensional code to a plurality of affiliated staff terminals;
acquiring employee order information sent by a plurality of employee terminals according to the project product two-dimensional code channel, wherein the employee order information comprises project identification;
and calling a service system corresponding to the project identification to perform service processing on the employee order information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of packaging the plurality of sub-item information according to a preset algorithm to generate the target item product comprises:
matching the enterprise demand strategy with a plurality of sub-items in an item warehouse, and extracting a plurality of sub-items with matching rates meeting a preset threshold value, wherein the sub-items comprise corresponding sub-item identifiers and sub-item interfaces;
performing strategy combination on the plurality of sub-item information by using a preset algorithm according to the attribute information of the plurality of sub-items acquired according to the sub-item identification to obtain a combined item product;
generating a project product page according to the product attribute information of the combined project product;
and generating a corresponding target project product according to the project product page and the sub-project interface.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of generating a project product two-dimensional code using the target project product and the business identification comprises:
adding an aging attribute to the project product page according to the enterprise demand information;
adding a corresponding key to a project product page according to the enterprise identification;
coding the project product page added with the key, and generating a target product link by using the coded project product page;
and generating a project product two-dimensional code according to the target product link.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before acquiring the enterprise demand information sent by the enterprise terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring a plurality of item information; the item information includes product attributes;
classifying the plurality of item information according to the product attributes, and adding corresponding class labels to the plurality of sub-item information according to the classification result;
distributing corresponding warehouse codes to the plurality of sub-item information according to the category labels;
an item repository is generated using the plurality of sub-items to which the repository code is added.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring two-dimension code scanning instructions sent by a plurality of staff terminals according to the two-dimension codes of the project products;
acquiring time information of the two-dimension code scanning instruction, and identifying the time information according to the timeliness attribute of a target product link corresponding to the two-dimension code of the project product;
if the time information is in the range of the timeliness attribute, returning a target product link to the employee terminal according to the two-dimensional code scanning instruction;
and if the time information is not in the range of the aging attribute, returning a corresponding failure prompt page to the staff terminal according to the two-dimensional code scanning instruction.
6. A service information processing device based on two-dimension codes, the device comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring enterprise demand information sent by an enterprise terminal; the enterprise demand information comprises an enterprise identifier;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the enterprise demand information to obtain an enterprise demand strategy and acquiring a plurality of sub-projects from a project warehouse according to the enterprise demand strategy; packaging the plurality of sub-projects according to a preset algorithm to generate a target project product;
the two-dimension code generating module is used for generating a project product two-dimension code by utilizing the target project product and the enterprise identification;
the two-dimension code sending module is used for sending the project product two-dimension code to the enterprise terminal, and the enterprise terminal is used for sending the project product two-dimension code to a plurality of affiliated staff terminals;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring staff order information sent by a plurality of staff terminals according to the project product two-dimensional code channel, wherein the staff order information comprises project identification;
and the business processing module is used for calling a business system corresponding to the project identifier to perform business processing on the employee order information.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the analysis module is further configured to match the enterprise requirement policy with a plurality of sub-items in a project repository, and extract a plurality of sub-items having matching rates meeting a preset threshold, where the sub-items include corresponding sub-item identifiers and sub-item interfaces; performing strategy combination on the plurality of sub-item information by using a preset algorithm according to the attribute information of the plurality of sub-items acquired according to the sub-item identification to obtain a combined item product; generating a project product page according to the product attribute information of the combined project product; and generating a corresponding target project product according to the project product page and the sub-project interface.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the two-dimensional code generation module is further configured to add an aging attribute to the project product page according to the enterprise demand information; adding a corresponding key to a project product page according to the enterprise identification; coding the project product page added with the key, and generating a target product link by using the coded project product page; and generating a project product two-dimensional code according to the target product link.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
