Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the present application is described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for processing a service roll-out report according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, receiving a service transfer-out request aiming at a target user; the current entrusted mechanism of the target user is a first entrusted mechanism, and the service transfer-out request comprises an identifier of a second entrusted mechanism;
the service roll-out request may include a service roll-out request for the enterprise annuity, the target user may include a user to be managed for the enterprise annuity roll-out service, and the service roll-out request may include information of a current trusted institution (first trusted institution) of the target user, such as an identifier of the first trusted institution, an accounting line name of the first trusted institution, and the like, and information of a roll-out target trusted institution (second trusted institution), such as an identifier of the second trusted institution, an accounting line name of the second trusted institution, and the like.
When a user needs to handle the roll-out service of the enterprise annuity and change the entrusted organization of the enterprise annuity, the user can initiate an enterprise annuity roll-out application for a target user, and then the entrusted system of the current entrusted organization of the target user can receive a service roll-out request for the enterprise annuity of the target user, and then the first entrusted organization information of the target user and the identification of the second entrusted organization can be obtained from the service roll-out request.
In practical application, in order to meet the requirement that users (such as personal users and enterprise users) at different levels apply for handling enterprise annuity roll-out services by themselves, a visual customer service platform system can be set, for example, a WeChat applet or an APP provided by a trusted organization, and the like, wherein the customer service platform can be operated on a device with a display function, such as a PC, a portable computer, a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer); the customer service platform can be accessed through the Internet and can be used as an independent external platform to be in butt joint with the trusted system through the information interface, so that information calling is carried out. The trusted system cannot be directly accessed through the internet and can only be accessed by the staff of the trusted organization through the intranet of the trusted system.
Specifically, the mobile terminal may be used as an operation carrier of a customer service platform, as shown in fig. 2, individual users and enterprise users may access the customer service platform through the internet, and apply for transacting enterprise annuity roll-out services for one or more target users by themselves, and the two acceptance channels may be called personal online acceptance and enterprise online acceptance. Enterprise users may also request enterprise users (i.e., staffs of trusted organizations) to apply for business roll-out of enterprise annuities for one or more target users through a trusted system instead of enterprises by means of mails, telephones, and the like, and the acceptance channel may be referred to as enterprise acceptance. The customer service platform system and the entrusted system can be in communication connection through an information interface.
For example, a personal user mr can directly log in the customer service platform to initiate an application for transferring the mr's own account from the annuity of the enterprise a, the transfer-destination trusted institution is the trusted institution B, and a service transfer-out request for the mr's own can be generated according to the transfer-out application. The trusted system may automatically assign the service application number 001 corresponding to the roll-out service application.
For another example, an enterprise user N enterprise may directly log in the customer service platform, initiate an application for transferring out individual accounts of N enterprise junior maiden, mr. wang, mr. zhao, etc., and its transfer-in target trusted institutions are respectively a C trusted institution (junior), a B trusted institution (mr. wang), and a D trusted institution (mr. zhao), and a service transfer-out request for N enterprise junior maiden, mr. wang, mr. zhao may be generated according to the transfer-out application. The trusted system may automatically assign the service application number 002 corresponding to the roll-out service application.
For another example, the organization user a may initiate an application for transferring the personal accounts of mr. sunward, lady, and the like of the P enterprise from the annuity of the P enterprise through the trusted system, and the transfer-to-destination trusted organizations are respectively the B trusted organization (mr. sunward) and the C trusted organization (lady), and may generate a service transfer-out request for mr. sunward and lady of the P enterprise according to the transfer-out service application. The trusted system may automatically assign a service application number 003 corresponding to the roll-out service application.
102, carrying out service transfer-out operation according to the service transfer-out request; wherein, the target entrusted mechanism of the service roll-out operation is the second entrusted mechanism;
after receiving a service roll-out request for a target user, a trusted organization may perform a service roll-out operation for the target user according to the service roll-out request, roll the target user out of the current enterprise annuity plan, and may generate a corresponding service roll-out operation identifier for the service roll-out operation of the target user.
For example, mr. hired at enterprise a, participated in the annuity plan "annual fund plan of company a" for enterprise a, with the trusted authority a, and when mr. departs from enterprise a to enterprise B, participated in the annual fund plan "annual fund plan of company B" for enterprise B, with the trusted authority B. After mr. applies for transacting roll-out business of the annual fund of the enterprise, the A trusted organization carries out the roll-out operation of the business of the annual fund of the enterprise aiming at mr. then the B trusted organization can ask mr. to ask the A trusted organization to give a report to prove that mr. has rolled out from the annual fund plan of the A company and then transacts mr. to transfer service of the annual fund plan of the B company.
For another example, li ms is hired in N corporation, participates in the annuity plan of N corporation "annuity plan of N corporation, whose trusted organization is a, and when li ms leaves from N corporation to M corporation, needs to participate in the annuity plan of M corporation" annuity plan of M corporation, whose trusted organization is C. After the female Li applies for transacting the business of transferring the annual fund of the enterprise, the A trusted organization transfers the business of the annual fund of the enterprise to the female Li, and then the C trusted organization can transact the business of transferring the annual fund of the M company to the female Li without issuing a report to the A trusted organization.
For another example, zheng mr is hired in X corporation, participates in annuity plan "X corporation annuity plan" of X corporation, whose trusted institution is a, and when zheng mr leaves from X corporation and enters Y corporation, it needs to participate in annuity plan "Y corporation annuity plan" of Y corporation, whose trusted institution is a. After Zheng Mr applies for transacting business of transferring annual fund of enterprise, the A accepting organization transfers the business of the annual fund of enterprise to Zheng Mr and then transacts service of transferring annual fund plan of Y company for Zheng Mr.
103, judging whether a report asking for mark exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second entrusted organization;
the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority may include a report claim mark, and the report claim mark may indicate whether the second trusted authority has a requirement for reporting. The configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority may be configurable, for example, it may be preset, or when the requirement of the second trusted authority changes, the corresponding configuration information may also be updated through the system interface.
After the service transfer-out operation is performed on the target user, the identifier of the second trusted mechanism in the service transfer-out request corresponding to the service transfer-out operation can be identified according to the service transfer-out operation identifier, and the identifier of the second trusted mechanism can be adopted to match the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted mechanism, so as to judge whether the report solicitation mark exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted mechanism.
In practical application, configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization may be preset, for example, the configuration may be performed according to whether the second trusted organization needs a service roll-out report, if the second trusted organization needs the service roll-out report, a field that is in accordance with whether the second trusted organization needs the report may be configured as "yes" in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization, and if the second trusted organization does not need the service roll-out report, a field that is in accordance with whether the second trusted organization needs the report may be configured as "no"; alternatively, the configuration may be based on the requirement of the second trusted authority to periodically (e.g., monthly, quarterly, etc.) feed back reports. When the requirement information of the second entrusted mechanism is changed, the corresponding configuration information of the second entrusted mechanism can be updated through the system interface.
And 104, if the configuration information corresponding to the second entrusted organization has the report requisition mark, generating a service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation.
The service roll-out report may include a service roll-out report for the corporate annuity, and the service roll-out report may include personal information of the target user and corporate annuity information, such as name, certificate type, certificate number, and information of the current trusted institution (first trusted institution) of the target user, and information of the transfer-destination trusted institution (second trusted institution), corporate annuity roll-out amount, and the like.
In a specific implementation, it may be determined whether a report solicitation flag exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority, and if the report solicitation flag exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority, it may be determined that the second trusted authority needs a service roll-out report, and then a service roll-out report corresponding to a service roll-out operation of a target user is generated.
Specifically, according to the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization, if a field that is configured as "yes" for whether a report is needed in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization, a service roll-out report for the target user may be generated; if the field for which the report is required in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority is configured as "no", the service roll-out report for the target user may not be generated. The generated service roll-out report may be stored in the trusted system.
In an embodiment of the present application, after step 104, the method may further include the following steps:
receiving a report viewing request for the service roll-out operation; and determining a service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation for displaying.
The report viewing request may be a report viewing request for a service roll-out report of a target user, and the report viewing request may include a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to a service roll-out operation of the target user.
After the service roll-out report is generated, when a report viewing request of the service roll-out report for the service roll-out operation of the target user is received, a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to the service roll-out operation in the report viewing request can be obtained, and then the service roll-out operation identifier can be adopted to determine the service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation so as to be displayed for the user.
In practical application, after the trusted system generates the service roll-out report, the service roll-out report can be displayed to the user according to the requirements of the users of different levels for viewing the report. When a user performs report checking operation, if the user is a user initiating a roll-out service application, determining a service roll-out report corresponding to the service application number according to the service application number corresponding to the roll-out service application initiated by the user, and displaying the service roll-out report to the user; or, if the user is not the user who initiates the service roll-out application, the service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation identifier may be determined according to the service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to the service roll-out operation of the user, and displayed to the user.
For example, a personal user Mr. wang can log in the customer service platform, only check the business roll-out report of the user, and can determine the business roll-out report corresponding to the business roll-out operation identifier according to the business roll-out operation identifier corresponding to the business roll-out operation of Mr. wang for the Mr. wang to check.
For another example, an enterprise user N enterprise may log in to the customer service platform to check a service roll-out report of a relevant person under a roll-out service application initiated by the enterprise, and may determine a service roll-out report of a person needing to generate a report under the service application number 002 according to the service application number 002 corresponding to the roll-out service application initiated by the N enterprise, so as to be checked by the N enterprise.
For another example, a trusted organization a of an organization user may check a service roll-out report of a relevant person under a roll-out service application initiated by the trusted organization a through a customer service platform or a trusted system, and may determine a service roll-out report of a person needing to generate a report under the service application number 003 according to the service application number 003 corresponding to the roll-out service application initiated by the trusted organization a, so that the trusted organization a checks the report and feeds the report back to the enterprise P.
By receiving the report viewing request aiming at the service roll-out operation, the service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation can be determined to be displayed to the user, the requirements of users at different levels can be met, the individual user only views the individual report, the enterprise user can view the report of the related personnel under the service initiated by the enterprise user, and the mechanism staff can view the report of the related personnel initiating the service.
In the embodiment of the application, by receiving a service roll-out request for a target user, performing a service roll-out operation according to the service roll-out request, and rolling out from a current first trusted organization to a target second trusted organization, determining whether a report claim mark exists in configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization, if the report claim mark exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization, generating a service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation, implementing optimization processing on the service roll-out report, avoiding dependence on manual operation, and generating the service roll-out report only when the trusted organization claims the report, avoiding generating reports for all roll-out services, and reducing resource consumption.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for processing a service roll-out report according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, receiving a service transfer-out request for a target user; the current entrusted mechanism of the target user is a first entrusted mechanism, and the service transfer-out request comprises an identifier of a second entrusted mechanism;
step 302, according to the service transfer-out request, performing service transfer-out operation; wherein, the target entrusted mechanism of the service roll-out operation is the second entrusted mechanism;
step 303, receiving a report query request;
the report query request may be a report query request for a service roll-out report of a target user, and the report query request may include a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to a service roll-out operation of the target user.
After the service roll-out operation is performed and the time for batch report generation preset by the system is not reached, the user needs to perform report query operation, the user can initiate a report query request for a target user, and then the entrusted system can receive the report query request for the service roll-out report of the target user.
Specifically, before reports are generated in batches at regular time, individual users and enterprise users can log in a customer service platform to perform report query operation, and organization users can perform report query operation through a trusted system.
Step 304, if the report query request is a request for the service roll-out operation, determining whether a report solicitation flag exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority;
after receiving the report query request, the report query request is confirmed to be a request for the service roll-out operation of the target user by acquiring the service roll-out operation identifier in the report query request, and then the identifier of the second trusted organization in the service roll-out request corresponding to the service roll-out operation can be identified according to the service roll-out operation identifier, and the identifier of the second trusted organization can be adopted to match the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization, so as to judge whether the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization has the report requisition mark.
In practical application, when a user performs a report query operation, the user can trigger an operation to be generated for a service transfer-out report of the user by clicking a "download report" button of a display page under the current operation, and a system background can obtain a service transfer-out operation identifier in a report query request, so as to judge whether a second trusted organization of the user has a demand for a report.
In an example, when a user performs a report query operation, if there is no report solicitation flag in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority of the user, there may be no viewing option or no "download report" button on the current operation display page of the user, and therefore the report query operation of the user may not trigger a report generation operation.
Step 305, if there is a report solicitation flag in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority, generating a service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation.
By judging whether the configuration information corresponding to the second entrusted organization has the report claiming mark, if the configuration information corresponding to the second entrusted organization has the report claiming mark, the second entrusted organization can be confirmed to need a service roll-out report, and then a service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation of the target user is generated.
In practical application, before the report is generated in batch at regular time, a user performs report query to trigger the generation operation of the service transfer-out report for the user, and if a report solicitation flag exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization of the user, the service transfer-out report for the user can be generated and can be viewed by the user at that time. After the report generation triggering operation is completed, the personal information and the enterprise annuity information of the user who has generated the report can be recorded, and the user can be confirmed to generate a business roll-out report. The report generation triggered by the report query operation performed by the user is only specific to the query user, and the service roll-out report specific to the report query operation can be generated, so that the performance problem caused by a large number of people can be avoided.
For example, before the report is generated in batch at regular time, Mr. Wang logs in a customer service platform to perform the report query operation aiming at the Mr. Wang, and the Mr. Wang can check the business transfer-out report of the Mr. Wang at that time. After the report query operation is completed, the system background can automatically record the name, certificate type, certificate number, transfer amount and other information of Mr. Wang, and can confirm that the service transfer-out report of Mr. Wang has been generated.
In an example, a report generation operation triggered by a report query operation may add a trigger generation identifier in a generated service roll-out report, for example, a report generation operation triggered by a query operation by an individual user, an enterprise user, and an organization user, and may add an individual trigger generation identifier, an enterprise trigger generation identifier, and an organization trigger generation identifier to the generated report respectively, so as to be able to distinguish a generation trigger path of the report generation triggered by the user query operation.
In an embodiment of the present application, after step 104, the method may further include the following steps:
and adding a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to the service roll-out operation into a preset list.
The preset list may include a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to a service roll-out operation for which a service roll-out report has been generated.
In a specific implementation, an identifier preset list may be preset to record a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to a service roll-out operation for which a service roll-out report has been generated. After a service transfer-out report is generated by user inquiry triggering, a service transfer-out operation identifier corresponding to a service transfer-out operation of the generated service transfer-out report can be added into a preset list, and a generation track of the service transfer-out operation identifier is recorded in a system background, so that the generated report can be filtered when the report is generated in a timed batch mode without repeated generation aiming at the report which is generated before the report is generated in the timed batch mode.
In the embodiment of the application, by receiving the service roll-out request aiming at the target user and carrying out the service roll-out operation according to the service roll-out request, then receiving a report inquiry request, if the report inquiry request is a request for a service roll-out operation, then judging whether the configuration information corresponding to the second entrusted organization has a report asking mark or not, if the configuration information corresponding to the second entrusted organization has the report asking mark, generating a service transfer-out report corresponding to the service transfer-out operation, realizing the optimization processing of the service transfer-out report, leading a user to generate the report in batches at regular time, the report generation can be triggered by inquiring the report, and the generation of the service roll-out report is separated from the roll-out service, and the service roll-out report is generated only when the entrusted organization asks for the report, thereby avoiding the generation of the report for all the roll-out services and reducing the consumption of resources.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for processing a service roll-out report according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 401, receiving a service transfer-out request for a target user; the current entrusted mechanism of the target user is a first entrusted mechanism, and the service transfer-out request comprises an identifier of a second entrusted mechanism;
step 402, according to the service transfer-out request, performing service transfer-out operation; wherein, the target entrusted mechanism of the service roll-out operation is the second entrusted mechanism;
step 403, judging whether the current time is a preset time;
the preset time may be the time for batch generation of the service transfer-out report. The preset time can be preset, and the preset time can be set to be a non-business handling peak time point or a no-business volume time point on a trusted system.
After the service roll-out operation is carried out on the target user, whether the current time is the time for batch generation of the service roll-out report can be judged, the batch generation operation of reports is carried out at the time of non-service handling peak or the time of no service volume, the performance problem can be avoided, and the performance of the system is improved.
Step 404, if the current time is a preset time, determining a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to the service roll-out operation;
when the current time is judged to be the preset time, the report generation operation for the tasks in the current batch can be started, a current batch application form can be adopted, the service application number can correspond to one or more service transfer-out operations according to the service application number in the application form, and then a service transfer-out operation identifier corresponding to the service transfer-out operation can be determined.
Specifically, when 2 am, all the service applications that are transferred out of the current day may be collected as the tasks in the current batch, and an application form of the tasks in the current batch may be generated according to the service application numbers corresponding to all the service applications that are transferred out of the current day, for example, if the traffic volume of the current day is three, and the service application numbers are 001, 002, and 003, a task application form in the current day for the three services may be generated, and the service application numbers may associate the service transfer-out operation function with the report generation operation function, and further, a service transfer-out operation identifier corresponding to the service transfer-out operation of the report to be generated may be determined according to the service application numbers in the task application form in the current day.
Step 405, judging whether the service roll-out operation identifier is in a preset list; the preset list comprises a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to the service roll-out operation of the generated service roll-out report;
after determining the service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to the service roll-out operation of the report to be generated, it may be determined whether the service roll-out operation identifier of the report to be generated is in a preset list in which the service roll-out operation identifier of the service roll-out report generated is recorded.
Step 406, if the service roll-out operation identifier is not in a preset list, determining whether a report solicitation flag exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority;
by judging whether the service transfer-out operation identifier of the report to be generated is in the preset list or not, if the service transfer-out operation identifier is not in the preset list, it can be confirmed that the report corresponding to the service transfer-out operation identifier is not generated, and further, whether a report requisition mark exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second entrusted organization or not is judged for the service transfer-out operation without generating the report.
In practical application, when the time for batch report generation at regular time is reached and the generation operation of the service transfer-out report for the target user under the task of the current batch is started, the target user with the generated report in the application form of the task of the current batch can be filtered and removed, and then the filtered application form is adopted for batch report generation operation.
Step 407, if there is a report solicitation flag in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted authority, generating a service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation.
In the specific implementation, whether a report claiming mark exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization is judged by aiming at the service roll-out operation without generating a report, if the report claiming mark exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second trusted organization, the corresponding service roll-out report can be generated aiming at the service roll-out operation without generating a report, so that the service roll-out report can be generated only aiming at target users which do not generate and need to generate a report in the current batch task, the repeated generation of the report generated by inquiry triggering can be effectively avoided, the report generated for the target users without generating a report can be avoided, the production redundant data can be reduced, and the utilization rate of the hard disk resource can be improved.
As an example, when a preset time is reached to start batch generation of a report, a report batch generation operation for a current batch task may be triggered, a trigger generation identifier may be added to the generated report, for example, a report generation operation triggered by a timed batch generation operation by a trusted system, and a system batch trigger generation identifier may be added to the generated report, so as to be able to distinguish a generation trigger path for triggering generation of a report by the timed batch generation operation.
In an example of the embodiment of the application, after the reports are generated in batch at regular time, when a user performs a report viewing operation, the reports are output according to services generated by different generation triggering ways, and the user can perform the report viewing through the report viewing operation. For example, the N enterprise initiated roll-out service application includes mr. wang and mr. zhao, and mr. wang of individual user is triggered by inquiry to generate a report for himself, the report of mr. zhao is generated by the system at 2 am in batch at regular time, and when the N enterprise is checked according to the service application number 002, the N enterprise can check the service roll-out reports of mr. wang and mr. zhao.
In the embodiment of the application, by receiving a service roll-out request aiming at a target user, performing service roll-out operation according to the service roll-out request, determining a service roll-out operation identifier corresponding to the service roll-out operation when the current time is judged to be the preset time, judging whether the service roll-out operation identifier is in a preset list, judging whether a report claim mark exists in configuration information corresponding to a second entrusted organization if the service roll-out operation identifier is not in the preset list, generating a service roll-out report corresponding to the service roll-out operation if the report claim mark exists in the configuration information corresponding to the second entrusted organization, realizing the optimization processing of the service roll-out report, and performing batch report generation at the time of non-service peak through the separation of the generation of the service roll-out report and the roll-out service, and simultaneously generating the service roll-out report only when the entrusted organization asks for the report, the report generation of all the roll-out services is avoided, and the resource consumption is reduced.
