The relative value collecting and digital value determining system according to claim 1, wherein the relative value collecting module (1) collects the labor time and labor wage module for reaching consensus determination according to work and labor contributions when the labor creator creates the value; and the value information module is used for collecting the subject and the object with relative values to meet relative requirements when the value trader carries out value trading.

A relative value collection and digital value determination system according to claim 1, wherein the relative value digital determination database (4) is constructed by copying the encrypted value numbers and value unit information of the original labor value creators and value traders of the value units by a value creation timer and a value trading device, the labor value creators and the value traders defining each value unit in the value database by encrypted value digital currency, and inputting the value of each value unit into the system in the form of encrypted value digital currency by manual input.
4. A relative value collection and numerical value determination system according to claim 1, wherein the numerical value specification module (6) performs analysis specification on the relative value corresponding numerical value determination database.

A relative value collection and digital value determination system according to claim 1, wherein the relative digital value blockchain ledger (8) comprises three components and four distribution ledgers, the three components comprising: a value store (81), a value chain repository ledger (82), a digital value blockchain computer program (83), the four distribution ledgers comprising: a relative value database (3), a relative numerical value determination database (4), a relative value corresponding value numerical determination database (5) and a relative value corresponding standard numerical value determination database (7).

A relative value collection and numerical value determination system according to claim 5, wherein the relative value corresponds to the three components of the standard numerical value determination database (7) and the value memory (81), the value chain repository ledger (82), and the numerical value blockchain computer program (83) to form a system bookkeeping memory ledger, the value memory (81) analyzes and stores the collected value units, the stored value units are normalized by the numerical value blockchain computer program (83), and the normalized standard numbers generate traceable standard numerical value bills to be stored in the value chain repository ledger (82).

A system for relative value collection and digital value determination according to claim 5, wherein the value chain base book (82) is independent of four distribution books of the relative value database (3), the relative digital value determination database (4), the relative value corresponding value digital determination database (5), and the relative value corresponding standard digital value determination database (7), and is distributed in blocks and linked to each other to form a block chain base book.
8. A relative cost value acquisition method of the system according to claim 1, characterized by the following steps:
the relative value acquisition module (1) acquires the relative value by the following steps:
