Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for positioning the billing position of a tax payer, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving positioning information sent by tax payer billing equipment; the positioning information comprises user information and geographic position positioning of the tax payer billing equipment; calling a pre-stored geographic position area according to the user information; judging whether the geographic position is positioned in the geographic position area or not; if the information is not in the geographical position area, reporting early warning information; the method and the system comprehensively judge whether the tax payer invoicing positioning position meets the requirements by receiving the geographic position information and other preset conditions when the tax payer invoices; verifying the positioning information of the tax payer billing equipment by setting verification information so as to ensure the authenticity of the received positioning information; the method and the system effectively standardize the tax paying action of the tax payer and reduce the tax paying risk of the tax payer and the tax authority.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tax, in particular to a method and a system for positioning the billing position of a tax payer.
Background
Typically, the tax payer needs to fill in the production management address when registering in the tax bureau. However, many tax payers can fill in false information, or update data in time when address change occurs, so that the real address of the tax payer cannot be mastered. If the tax payer does not perform the tax payment activity in the real address or the fixed area, the tax payment activity may be irregular, and a certain risk exists for the tax payer.

Further, the pre-stored geographical location area is a plane area with a pre-stored address as a center and a preset allowable deviation as a radius; the prestored address comprises a production management address registered by a tax payer in a tax administration management system.
Further, the pre-stored address also includes one or more authentication addresses;
the authentication address is applied to the tax administration management system by the tax payer according to the actual operation condition, and is obtained through authentication of the tax administration management system.
Further, when the tax payer billing equipment occurs at a preset key service node, positioning information is automatically sent to a server;
the key service node comprises a tax payer billing device when being started and a billing operation.
Further, after receiving the positioning information sent by the tax payer billing device, the method further includes:
generating a random number;
according to the user information, a public key corresponding to the tax payer billing equipment is called;
encrypting the random number through a public key corresponding to the tax payer billing equipment to obtain verification information;
sending the verification information back to the tax payer billing equipment;
the tax payer billing equipment decrypts the verification information through a private key of the tax payer billing equipment to obtain the random number;
the tax payer billing equipment sends the random number back to a server;
the server compares the received random number with the original random number, and if the comparison is consistent, the server authenticates that the positioning information sent by the tax payer billing equipment is true.
The system for positioning the tax payer billing position comprises a server and one or more tax payer billing devices; the server includes:
the communication authentication unit is used for receiving positioning information sent by tax payer billing equipment; the positioning information comprises user information and geographic position positioning of the tax payer billing equipment;
the positioning judging unit is used for calling a pre-stored geographic position area according to the user information;
the positioning judging unit is used for judging whether the geographic position is positioned in the geographic position area or not;
and the early warning unit is used for reporting early warning information when the positioning judging unit judges that the geographic position is positioned in the geographic position area.

and the communication authentication unit compares the received random number with the original generated random number, and if the comparison is consistent, the positioning information sent by the tax payer billing equipment is authenticated to be true.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the technical scheme of the invention provides a method and a system for positioning the billing position of a tax payer, wherein the method and the system comprehensively judge whether the billing positioning position of the tax payer meets the requirements by receiving geographic position information and other preset conditions when the tax payer bills; verifying the positioning information of the tax payer billing equipment by setting verification information so as to ensure the authenticity of the received positioning information; the method and the system effectively standardize the tax paying action of the tax payer and reduce the tax paying risk of the tax payer and the tax authority.

The terminology used in the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings is not intended to be limiting of the invention. In the drawings, like elements/components are referred to by like reference numerals.
Unless otherwise indicated, terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. In addition, it will be understood that terms defined in commonly used dictionaries should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method of locating a tax payer billing location according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 110, receiving positioning information sent by tax payer billing equipment; the positioning information comprises user information and geographic position positioning of the tax payer billing equipment;
in the embodiment, the tax payer billing equipment is internally provided with a GPS module and a communication module; collecting the geographic position location of the position of the tax payer billing equipment through the GPS module; the user information of the tax payer billing equipment and the geographic position are packaged into positioning information and sent to a server;
further, to improve efficient use, unwanted communications are reduced; the tax payer billing equipment can communicate with the server only when a preset key service node occurs, and automatically sends positioning information to the server; the key service nodes include, but are not limited to, when the tax payer billing device is started and when billing operation is performed.

step 113, encrypting the random number through a public key corresponding to the tax payer billing equipment to obtain verification information;
step 114, sending the verification information back to the tax payer billing device;
step 115, the tax payer billing device decrypts the verification information through the private key of the tax payer billing device to obtain the random number;
the verification information encrypted by the public key can be decrypted only by the private key corresponding to the public key, namely the tax payer billing equipment which can decrypt the verification information and only can be unique and corresponds to the public key and holds the private key.
Step 116, the tax payer billing device sends the random number back to a server;
since the random number is returned for comparison, encryption is not needed, and only plaintext reply is needed;
step 117, the server compares the received random number with the original random number, and if the comparison is consistent, the server authenticates that the positioning information sent by the tax payer billing device is true.
If the comparison is consistent, the tax payer billing equipment for sending the positioning information is consistent with the tax payer billing equipment corresponding to the user information contained in the tax payer billing equipment.
Step 120, calling a pre-stored geographic location area according to the user information;
the pre-stored geographical location area is a plane area taking a pre-stored address as a center and taking a preset allowable deviation as a radius; the prestored address comprises a production management address registered by a tax payer in a tax administration management system.
Due to the specificity of certain merchant operations, invoice issuing may need to be performed unregistered or may need to occur in several places, and may be implemented by pre-storing a plurality of authentication addresses, where the pre-stored addresses further include one or more authentication addresses; the authentication address is applied to the tax administration management system by the tax payer according to the actual operation condition, and is obtained through authentication of the tax administration management system.
Step 130, judging whether the geographic position is located in the geographic position area;
and 140, if the information is not in the geographical location area, reporting the early warning information.
The early warning information can be uploaded through various communication modes, such as mail, short message or in-system prompt; and the related auditing personnel establish auditing tasks according to the early warning information to audit the service conditions of the corresponding tax payer billing equipment.
FIG. 2 is a block diagram of a system for locating the billing location of a taxpayer according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the system includes: a server 210 and one or more taxpayer invoicing devices 220; the server 210 includes:
a communication authentication unit 211, wherein the communication authentication unit 211 is used for receiving positioning information sent by the tax payer billing device 220; the positioning information includes user information of the tax payer billing device 220 and geographic position positioning;
a positioning determining unit 212, where the positioning determining unit 212 is configured to retrieve a pre-stored geographic location area according to the user information;
the location determining unit 212 is configured to determine whether the geographic location is located within the geographic location area;
the early warning unit 213 is configured to report early warning information when the location determining unit 212 determines that the geographic location is not located in the geographic location area.
Further, the pre-stored geographical location area is a plane area with a pre-stored address as a center and a preset allowable deviation as a radius; the prestored address comprises a production management address registered by a tax payer in a tax administration management system.
Further, the pre-stored address also includes one or more authentication addresses;
the authentication address is applied to the tax administration management system by the tax payer according to the actual operation condition, and is obtained through authentication of the tax administration management system.
Further, when the tax payer billing device 220 occurs at a preset key service node, positioning information is automatically sent to the server 210;
the key service nodes include when the tax payer billing device 220 is powered on and when billing is operated.
Further, the communication authentication unit 211 is configured to generate a random number; and according to the user information, the public key corresponding to the tax payer billing device 220 is called;
the communication authentication unit 211 is configured to encrypt the random number with a public key corresponding to the tax payer billing device 220, to obtain verification information; and sends the verification information back to the tax payer billing device 220;
the tax payer billing device 220 decrypts the verification information through its own private key to obtain the random number;
the tax payer billing device 220 sends the random number back to the communication authentication unit 211 of the server 210;
the communication authentication unit 211 compares the received random number with the original random number, and if the comparison is consistent, authenticates that the positioning information sent by the tax payer billing device 220 is true.
Further, the tax payer billing device 220 includes a service module, a GPS module, and a communication module;
the service module is used for carrying out service processing according to the tax payer demand;
the GPS module is configured to collect a geographic location of the tax payer billing device 220;
the communication module is configured to perform communication interaction with the communication authentication unit 211 of the server 210.

1. A method of locating a tax payer billing location, the method comprising:
when preset key service nodes occur, tax payer billing equipment automatically sends positioning information to a server;
the key service node comprises tax payer billing equipment when starting up and billing operation; wherein, the tax payer billing equipment comprises a GPS module; the GPS module is used for collecting the geographic position location of the tax payer billing equipment;
receiving positioning information sent by tax payer billing equipment; the positioning information comprises user information and geographic position positioning of the tax payer billing equipment;
after receiving the positioning information sent by the tax payer billing equipment, the method further comprises the following steps:
generating a random number;
according to the user information, a public key corresponding to the tax payer billing equipment is called;
encrypting the random number through a public key corresponding to the tax payer billing equipment to obtain verification information;
sending the verification information back to the tax payer billing equipment;
the tax payer billing equipment decrypts the verification information through a private key of the tax payer billing equipment to obtain the random number;
the tax payer billing equipment sends the random number back to a server;
the server compares the received random number with the original random number, and if the comparison is consistent, the server authenticates that the positioning information sent by the tax payer billing equipment is true;
calling a pre-stored geographic position area according to the user information;
judging whether the geographic position is positioned in the geographic position area or not;
and if the information is not in the geographical position area, reporting the early warning information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the pre-stored geographical location area is a planar area centered at a pre-stored address and having a predetermined allowable deviation as a radius; the prestored address comprises a production management address registered by a tax payer in a tax administration management system.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the pre-stored addresses further comprise one or more authentication addresses;
the authentication address is applied to the tax administration management system by the tax payer according to the actual operation condition, and is obtained through authentication of the tax administration management system.
4. A system for locating tax payer invoicing locations, the system comprising a server and one or more tax payer invoicing devices;
the tax payer billing equipment comprises a GPS module; the GPS module is used for collecting the geographic position location of the tax payer billing equipment; when the tax payer billing equipment occurs at a preset key service node, positioning information is automatically sent to a server; the key service node comprises tax payer billing equipment when starting up and billing operation;
the server includes:
the communication authentication unit is used for receiving positioning information sent by tax payer billing equipment; the positioning information comprises user information and geographic position positioning of the tax payer billing equipment;
the communication authentication unit is used for generating a random number; and according to the user information, a public key corresponding to the tax payer billing equipment is called;
the communication authentication unit is used for encrypting the random number through a public key corresponding to the tax payer billing equipment to obtain verification information; and sending the verification information back to the tax payer billing equipment;
the tax payer billing equipment decrypts the verification information through a private key of the tax payer billing equipment to obtain the random number;
the tax payer billing equipment sends the random number back to a communication authentication unit of a server;
the communication authentication unit compares the received random number with the original generated random number, and if the comparison is consistent, the positioning information sent by the tax payer billing equipment is authenticated to be true;
the positioning judging unit is used for calling a pre-stored geographic position area according to the user information;
the positioning judging unit is used for judging whether the geographic position is positioned in the geographic position area or not;
and the early warning unit is used for reporting early warning information when the positioning judging unit judges that the geographic position is positioned in the geographic position area.

The system of claim 4, wherein the pre-stored geographical location area is a planar area centered at a pre-stored address and having a predetermined allowable deviation as a radius; the prestored address comprises a production management address registered by a tax payer in a tax administration management system.
