Networking design in the vehicle-mounted supervision system is mainly realized through a serial port (RS482/RS232) and an Ethernet. And the communication of all the sensing layer devices is accessed to a PLC (programmable logic controller) for data acquisition, and meanwhile, the touch screen panel and the data communication gateway share the acquired data of the PLC.
The data communication gateway has Ethernet and 4G transmission functions, and pushes data acquired by the PLC to an after-sales service cloud platform through a 4G wireless network.

1) Data layer

j) ethernet communication capability: self-adapting to 1000M, 100M and 10M;
2) whole network clock synchronization

4) Fault recovery
The system has a fault automatic recovery function mechanism. The failure recovery is divided into the following two cases.

When the communication between the vehicle-mounted monitoring system and the controlled equipment is interrupted, the software can periodically reestablish the connection request according to the preset fault recovery period time. 6) Recovery from failure of controlled device

The system carries out periodic connection reestablishment request within preset fault recovery time, the system considers that the connection with the controlled equipment is lost within the specified fault recovery period, and if the connection reestablishment failure times exceed 3 times, the supervision system considers that the equipment has failed.
The fault recovery time is the maximum time limit for the communication connection between the supervisory system software and the controlled equipment, and the fault recovery time of the supervisory system software and each controlled equipment can be set. Default to 30 minutes.
