And (4) performing on-chain star rating: the first contract in the intelligent contract is called by the performance certification authority A, the chain performance star level (namely the performance capability certification result of the first dimension) of the mechanism to be certified is calculated according to the performance information of the mechanism to be certified, and the result is written into the block chain account.
After a contract is completed, the evaluation unit B, C will transmit the separately collected organization evaluation information (i.e. enterprise evaluation information in fig. 4) of the to-be-authenticated organization, including organization evaluation information, organization base qualification quantification information, etc. (e.g. corresponding evaluation values of quality management system authentication information, business information, etc.) to the blockchain service platform by invoking the intelligent contract and write the same into the blockchain account. And (3) performing down-chain star rating: the supervising agency D can dynamically call a second contract of the intelligent contract, calculate the down-link performance star level (i.e. the second dimension performance authentication result) of the mechanism to be authenticated according to the mechanism evaluation information, and write the down-link performance star level into the block link account.
The result of the performance capability certification of all dimensions has corresponding weight (can be disclosed in advance to obtain approval), and is regulated to the specified star level through a weighted average value, and finally, a supervision organization calculates the final result of the performance capability certification (namely the performance comprehensive capability star level evaluation shown in fig. 4) according to the on-chain performance star level and the off-chain performance star level and writes the result into a block chain account in real time. The multi-party consensus storage of the authentication information is realized, so that the whole authentication whole flow about the mechanism to be authenticated is transparently disclosed in the multi-party mechanism.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a method for authenticating performance capability based on a block chain, where the method is applied to a system for authenticating performance capability based on a block chain, and the system includes: the block chain service platform creates a performance capability certification chain in advance, the performance capability certification chain comprises a performance certification mechanism, a supervision mechanism and an evaluation mechanism used for transmitting performance certification information, and the performance certification information comprises performance information and mechanism evaluation information. With reference to fig. 3 to fig. 4, the method for authenticating performance capability based on block chains according to the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps.
A performance certification authority sends an intelligent contract to the blockchain service platform, the intelligent contract including a first contract for executing first-dimension performance capability certification logic based on performance information and a second contract for executing second-dimension performance capability certification logic based on the authority rating information, the intelligent contract installed.
The assessment mechanism installs an intelligent contract and transmits performance certification information comprising performance information of the mechanism to be certified and mechanism assessment information to the block chain service platform based on the intelligent contract. In one embodiment, the performance information includes at least one of payment receipt information and project completion information of the contract, and the organization assessment information includes at least one of organization evaluation information and organization base qualification quantification information.
The performance certification authority executes a first-dimension performance certification logic of the first contract based on the performance information transmitted by the assessment authority, obtains a performance certification result of the first dimension, and writes the performance certification result of the first dimension into the block chain network.
The supervising agency installs the intelligent contract, executes a second dimension performance authentication logic of the second contract based on the agency evaluation information transmitted by the evaluation agency, obtains a second dimension performance authentication result, and writes the second dimension performance authentication result into the block link network.
And the supervising mechanism obtains the final performance authentication result of the mechanism to be authenticated according to the performance authentication result of the first dimension and the performance authentication result of the second dimension. In one embodiment, the obtaining, by the supervising agency, the final performance certification result of the to-be-certified agency according to the performance certification result of the first dimension and the performance certification result of the second dimension includes: and the supervising agency calculates a first product of the first dimension performance capability authentication result and the first weight and a second product of the second dimension performance capability authentication result and the second weight, determines a performance capability grade corresponding to the sum of the first product and the second product and obtains a final performance capability authentication result of the agency to be authenticated.
In one embodiment, the block chain-based performance capability authentication method further includes:
the method comprises the steps that a first establishment application of a performance capability certification chain is sent to a block chain service platform by a performance certification authority;
the block chain service platform responds to the first creation application, creates a performance capability certification chain and adds a performance certification mechanism into the performance capability certification chain;
the performing certification authority sends certification chain joining invitation to the supervision authority and the evaluation authority;
and the evaluation mechanism and the monitoring mechanism join the performance capability certification chain after receiving the certification chain joining invitation.
In one embodiment, the block chain-based performance capability authentication method further includes:
the performing certification authority sends a second establishment application of a business logic chain corresponding to the business to the block chain service platform based on the business of the mechanism to be certified;
the block chain service platform responds to the second establishment application and establishes a service logic chain corresponding to the service;
the fulfillment certification authority sends a logical chain join invitation to the assessment authority and the supervising authority.
And the evaluation mechanism and the monitoring mechanism join the service logic chain after receiving the logic chain joining invitation.
The embodiment of the application can overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a block chain-based performance capability authentication system, which integrates two evaluation schemes of a first dimension and a second dimension, sets a multi-gradient dynamic authentication system, and combines with a performance authentication mechanism, a performance evaluation mechanism, a performance supervision mechanism and other related mechanisms to call a first contract for executing a first-dimension performance capability authentication logic based on performance information and a second contract for executing a second-dimension performance capability authentication logic based on the performance information in real time, so that the disclosure, transparency and traceability of the performance authentication information are realized, the recognition degree of the performance authentication system can be greatly improved, the production efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
To sum up, the embodiments of the present application can achieve the following technical effects:
1. the block chain has the characteristics of multi-node distributed networking, node information synchronization, digital signature authentication, traceability, non-falsification and the like, solves the problems of asymmetric and unfair information authentication of the traditional centralized fulfillment authentication system and even falsification of the behavior of information submitted by a user, is beneficial to better obtaining approval of users of an organization, improves the authentication value and enhances the value of the user;
2. the block chain records multi-party consensus (a monitoring mechanism is also introduced), is difficult to tamper, can carry out traceability query on authentication information and the like, provides credible evidence for query and audit of the authentication information, provides arbitration evidence with public credibility in responsibility confirmation possibly caused by authentication, also provides the possibility of flexible compliance supervision for government supervision departments and industrial enterprises, and simultaneously can avoid the possibility of key data loss after a centralized database is damaged, and improves the safety and reliability of platform data;
3. a dual intelligent contract evaluation system is established, the grades of the multi-gradient credit are evaluated independently and objectively through a standardized evaluation program, and the authentication data of the block chain service platform becomes an effective credit 'identity card', so that an organization partner obtains exact and fair credit information, and the system plays an important role in accelerating a cooperation decision.

Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, computer readable media does not include non-transitory computer readable media (transient media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
As used in the specification and in the claims, certain terms are used to refer to particular components. As one skilled in the art will appreciate, manufacturers may refer to a component by different names. This specification and claims do not intend to distinguish between components that differ in name but not function. In the following description and in the claims, the terms "include" and "comprise" are used in an open-ended fashion, and thus should be interpreted to mean "include, but not limited to. Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based performance capability authentication system applied to a block chain network, the system comprising: the block chain service platform creates a performance capability certification chain in advance, the performance capability certification chain comprises a performance certification mechanism, a supervision mechanism and an evaluation mechanism used for transmitting performance certification information, and the performance certification information comprises performance information and mechanism evaluation information; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the performance certification authority configured to send an intelligent contract to the blockchain service platform, the intelligent contract comprising a first contract for performing first-dimension performance certification logic based on performance information and a second contract for performing second-dimension performance certification logic based on authority evaluation information, the intelligent contract installed;
the evaluation mechanism is used for installing the intelligent contract and transmitting the performance certification information comprising the performance information of the mechanism to be certified and the mechanism evaluation information of the mechanism to be certified to the block chain service platform based on the intelligent contract, wherein the mechanism evaluation information of the mechanism to be certified is used for evaluating the performance certification result of the mechanism to be certified;
the performance certification mechanism is configured to execute a first-dimension performance certification logic of the first contract based on the performance information transmitted by the evaluation mechanism, obtain a performance certification result of a first dimension, and write the performance certification result of the first dimension into the blockchain network;
the supervising mechanism is used for installing the intelligent contract, executing second dimension performance capability authentication logic of the second contract based on mechanism evaluation information transmitted by the evaluation mechanism, obtaining a second dimension performance capability authentication result and writing the second dimension performance capability authentication result into the block chain network;
and the supervising mechanism is used for obtaining a final performance authentication result of the mechanism to be authenticated according to the performance authentication result of the first dimension and the performance authentication result of the second dimension.
2. The system of claim 1,
the fulfillment certification authority is further configured to send a first creation application of the fulfillment capability certification chain to the blockchain service platform;
the block chain service platform is used for responding to the first creation application, creating the fulfillment services certification chain and adding the fulfillment services certification authority to the fulfillment services certification chain;
the fulfillment certification authority is further configured to send a certification chain joining invitation to the supervising authority and the evaluation authority;
the evaluation mechanism and the supervision mechanism are used for joining the performance capability certification chain after receiving the certification chain joining invitation.
3. The system according to claim 1 or 2,
the fulfillment certification authority is configured to send, to the block chain service platform, a second creation application of a service logical chain corresponding to the service based on the service of the to-be-certified authority;
the block chain service platform is used for responding to the second creation application and creating a business logic chain corresponding to the business;
the fulfillment certification authority is used for sending a logic chain joining invitation to the assessment authority and the supervision authority;
and the evaluation mechanism and the supervision mechanism are used for joining the business logic chain after receiving the logic chain joining invitation.

The system of claim 1, wherein the supervising authority is configured to calculate a first product of the first dimension's performance capability certification result and a first weight, and a second product of the second dimension's performance capability certification result and a second weight, determine a performance capability level corresponding to a sum of the first product and the second product, and obtain a final performance capability certification result of the to-be-certified authority.

The system of any of claims 1-4, wherein the fulfillment information comprises at least one of a payment receipt and a project completion information for the contract, and the organization assessment information comprises at least one of organization evaluation information and organization base qualification information.

A block chain-based performance capability authentication method, which is applied to a block chain-based performance capability authentication system, and the system includes: the block chain service platform creates a performance capability certification chain in advance, the performance capability certification chain comprises a performance certification mechanism, a supervision mechanism and an evaluation mechanism used for transmitting performance certification information, and the performance certification information comprises performance information and mechanism evaluation information; wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the performance certification authority sending an intelligent contract to the blockchain service platform, the intelligent contract comprising a first contract for performing first-dimension performance capability certification logic based on performance information and a second contract for performing second-dimension performance capability certification logic based on authority rating information, the intelligent contract installed;
the assessment mechanism installs the intelligent contract and transmits fulfillment certification information comprising fulfillment information of the mechanism to be certified and mechanism assessment information of the mechanism to be certified to the block chain service platform based on the intelligent contract, wherein the mechanism assessment information of the mechanism to be certified is used for assessing a fulfillment capability certification result of the mechanism to be certified;
the fulfillment authentication mechanism executes a first-dimension fulfillment capability authentication logic of the first contract based on fulfillment information transmitted by the evaluation mechanism, obtains a fulfillment capability authentication result of the first dimension, and writes the fulfillment capability authentication result of the first dimension into a block chain network;
a supervising mechanism installs the intelligent contract, executes second dimension performance capability authentication logic of the second contract based on mechanism evaluation information transmitted by the evaluation mechanism, obtains a second dimension performance capability authentication result, and writes the second dimension performance capability authentication result into a block chain network;
and the supervising mechanism obtains the final performance capability authentication result of the mechanism to be authenticated according to the performance capability authentication result of the first dimension and the performance capability authentication result of the second dimension.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
the fulfillment certification authority sends a first creation application of the fulfillment capability certification chain to the blockchain service platform;
the block chain service platform responds to the first creation application, creates the performance certification chain and adds the performance certification authority to the performance certification chain;
the performing certification authority sends certification chain joining invitation to the supervising authority and the evaluating authority;
and the evaluation mechanism and the supervision mechanism join the performance capability certification chain after receiving the certification chain joining invitation.
8. The method of claim 6 or 7, further comprising:
the fulfillment authentication mechanism sends a second creation application of a business logic chain corresponding to the business to the block chain service platform based on the business of the mechanism to be authenticated;
the block chain service platform responds to the second establishment application and establishes a service logic chain corresponding to the service;
the fulfillment certification authority sending a logical chain join invitation to the assessment authority and a supervising authority;
and the evaluation mechanism and the supervision mechanism join the business logic chain after receiving the logic chain joining invitation.

The method of claim 6, wherein obtaining, by the supervising authority, a final performance certification result of the to-be-certified authority according to the performance certification result of the first dimension and the performance certification result of the second dimension comprises: and the supervising mechanism calculates a first product of the first dimension performance capability authentication result and a first weight and a second product of the second dimension performance capability authentication result and a second weight, determines a performance capability grade corresponding to the sum of the first product and the second product, and obtains a final performance capability authentication result of the mechanism to be authenticated.

The method of any of claims 6-9, wherein the performance information includes at least one of a payment due information of the contract and a project completion information of the contract, and the organization assessment information includes at least one of organization evaluation information and organization base qualification information.
