Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for business document billing according to an exemplary embodiment. The business document issuing method provided by the embodiment is executed by the processing system of the POS machine, and the processing system of the POS machine can run on the server. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
step 210, after applying for a plurality of paper business documents corresponding to the product business from the business processor, calling a preset reserved document number interface corresponding to the product business, and reserving a plurality of document numbers from the business processor terminal.
The product business is the category of goods or services provided by the business processing party. For example, in the insurance field, a product business may be an insurance, such as an accident insurance, and the service objects, rules and terms, insurance policies, and other items of different insurance may be different.
The business document is the voucher of the product business, the paper business document is the carrier of the business document, the paper business document and the information on the paper business document form the business document, and the correspondence of the paper business document and the product business means that the paper business document can only be used for issuing the business document under the product business.
In an embodiment, the business document issuing method provided by the present disclosure may be applied to an insurance business scenario, where the business processing party is an insurance company, the product business is a specific insurance business, the paper business document is a paper insurance document, the document number is a policy number, that is, an insurance document number, and the reserved document number interface is a reserved policy number interface.
An Interface, API (Application Programming Interface), provides applications and developers the ability to access a set of routines based on certain software or hardware, without having to access native code or understand the details of the internal workings. The reserved document number interface is an interface which is provided by the business processing party and used for reserving the document number, and the document number can be reserved from the business processing party by calling the interface.
In one embodiment, the plurality of paper business documents correspond to the plurality of document numbers, respectively. In this embodiment, the number of paper service documents corresponding to the product service is the same as the number of document numbers reserved from the service processor.
The reserved document number interface corresponds to the product service, namely, a document number corresponding to the product service can be reserved by calling the reserved document number interface, so that the document number and the paper service document respectively correspond to the product service, and a corresponding relation is established between the document number and the paper service document.
In one embodiment, the product service has a product service identifier, and the reserved document number interface corresponding to the product service is determined by using the product service identifier.
For example, the POS processing system may store a product service identifier and a code of a corresponding reserved document number interface in advance, and when receiving the product service identifier input by the user, the POS processing system locally retrieves the code of the corresponding reserved document number interface, and calls the reserved document number interface by executing the code.
In an embodiment, the calling a preset reserved document number interface corresponding to the product service and reserving a plurality of document numbers from the service processor terminal include:
and calling a preset reserved document number interface corresponding to the product service to enable the service processor terminal to execute the steps shown in the embodiment of fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an action performed by a service processing terminal after a reserved document number interface is called according to an embodiment shown in fig. 2 in a corresponding embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
and 310, determining a product service identifier, a service system identifier and a product category corresponding to the reserved document number interface.
The product service identification is a code for identifying the product service, the product category is the category to which the product service belongs, the service system identification is a code for the service system, and the service system is a system on the service processing side terminal that will process the corresponding product service.
The product service identification, the service system identification and the product category respectively correspond to the reserved document number interface, namely correspond to the product service, and the product service identification also respectively corresponds to the service system identification and the product category.
In one embodiment, the service processing side terminal establishes a database in advance, the database stores the corresponding relationship of the reserved document number interface, the product service identifier, the service system identifier and the product category, and determines the product service identifier, the service system identifier and the product category corresponding to the reserved document number interface by inquiring the database.
And 320, acquiring a time stamp of the current time and taking a reserved number section as an option according to the calling of the reserved document number interface, wherein the reserved number section comprises a plurality of reserved numbers.
Calling the reserved document number interface can trigger the service processing side terminal to obtain the time stamp of the current time and take a reserved number segment.
The reserved number section is a set of reserved numbers, the reserved numbers are core parts of document numbers to be generated, and the reserved numbers play an important role in identifying the document numbers. For example, 0000 — 0999 is a reserved number segment, and the reserved number segment may include a plurality of reserved numbers such as 0000, 0001, 0002, and the like.
At step 330, a sequence number is randomly generated for each reservation number.
In one embodiment, step 330 may comprise: randomly generating a candidate serial number for each reserved number; if the candidate serial number is different from the previously generated serial number, the candidate serial number is used as a randomly generated serial number aiming at the reserved number; and if the candidate serial number is the same as the previously generated serial number, randomly generating a candidate serial number again until the candidate serial number is different from the previously generated serial number, and taking the candidate serial number as the randomly generated serial number aiming at the reserved number.
And 340, taking the product service identifier, the service system identifier, the product category and the timestamp of the current time as a fixed part of the bill number to be reserved, taking each reserved number and the corresponding generated serial number as a variable part of the bill number to be reserved, generating a plurality of bill numbers and returning the plurality of bill numbers to the POS machine processing system, wherein the bill numbers are the combination of the fixed part and the corresponding variable part.
The manner of combination of the fixed portion and the corresponding variable portion in the document number may be varied.
In one embodiment, the format of the assigned document number is: product service identification + service system identification + product category + timestamp + random sequence number + reserved number.
Therefore, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, because the generation format and the rule of the document number are set in a standard manner, the information of the service system used in the document output process, the product service corresponding to the document output, the document output time and the like can be more definite, and the corresponding service system on the service processor terminal can be quickly matched for document output processing according to the information in the document number, so that the document output efficiency is improved.
Step 220, receiving target business document information submitted by a target POS machine terminal, wherein the target business document information is used for issuing a business document.
The target POS machine terminal opens the corresponding product service, and the product service needs to be handled for the user and the order is issued through the POS machine terminal.
The target business document information is the relevant information needed for handling the product business, and the information can be written on the business document to be issued.
In one embodiment, in an insurance business scenario, the business document is an insurance document, the target business document information may include multiple items of data, and each item of data may be any one of an identity card number, a name, a family member, a photo, a mobile phone number, an age, and an insurance payment method.
And step 230, acquiring a target document number from the reserved document numbers.
The target document number is the document number used by the business document which is to be issued.
In one embodiment, the obtaining the target document number from the reserved plurality of document numbers includes:
determining an unused document number from the reserved document numbers;
and acquiring the target document number from the unused document numbers.
In one embodiment, the obtaining the target document number from the unused document numbers includes:
any one of the unused document numbers is taken as a target document number.
In one embodiment, the reserved multiple document numbers are sorted according to a predetermined order, and the obtaining of the target document number from the unused document numbers includes:
and acquiring the document number which is ranked at the top in the unused document numbers as a target document number.
The method has the advantages that the target document number is obtained in a sequential mode to be issued, effective management of the document number is achieved, the utilization rate of the document number is improved, and disorder use of the document number is avoided.
And 240, sending the target business bill information and the target bill number to the business processor terminal.
And the final bill output can be completed only by a certain bill output operation of the service processor terminal, so that the target service bill information and the target bill number are sent to the service processor terminal.
In one embodiment, the target document number sent to the service processing party terminal includes an identifier of a service system used for the invoice processing, the service processing party terminal invokes an interface corresponding to the identifier of the service system used for the invoice processing in the target document number to perform the invoice processing, and the invocation of the invoice interface of the service processing party initiates the process.
The method has the advantages that the interface used when the order is called can be quickly determined, and the order outputting process is simplified.
And step 250, calling a unified order output interface of the service processing party terminal so that the service processing party terminal can carry out order output processing according to the target service bill information and the target bill number, wherein the service processing party terminal can return an order output processing result when the order output processing is finished.
The unified bill output interface encapsulates a plurality of bill output interfaces corresponding to product services, and when the bill output interface of the service processor is called, the bill output interface corresponding to the product service corresponding to the reserved bill number interface used when the bill number is reserved is indirectly called.
And the process that the business processor terminal performs the bill discharging processing according to the target business bill information and the target bill number is the process of checking the legality of the target business bill information and the target bill number and generating corresponding information based on the target business bill information and the target bill number, and the information is used for actual bill discharging.
The statement processing result is information which is output by the service processing side terminal and is provided for the POS machine processing system to carry out statement processing, such as the name of the service statement, the clause to be recorded on the service statement, and the like.
And step 260, when receiving the invoice processing result returned by the service processing side terminal, analyzing the invoice processing result into corresponding service document data.
In one embodiment, the statement processing result returned by the service processing party terminal is in a first format, and the parsing the statement processing result into the corresponding service receipt data means:
and converting the bill output processing result in the first format into a second format to obtain corresponding business bill data.
In one embodiment, the first format is an XML format and the second format is a JSON format.
Step 270, sending the business document data to the target POS terminal, so that the target POS terminal prints the business document data to any unused paper business document in the plurality of paper business documents, and finishing issuing the document.
In one embodiment, the business document data includes the target document number, and the target document number is printed on a paper business document when the target POS terminal prints the business document data on the paper business document.
In summary, according to the business document output method shown in the embodiment of fig. 2, on one hand, the document number is reserved by calling the interface, so that the output flow is simplified, and the output efficiency is improved; on the other hand, by calling the unified order output interface of the service processing party, when the order output operation is performed on different product services, the order output processing of the corresponding product service can be completed without calling the interface of each product, so that the butt joint mode of the order output interfaces is simplified, the service expansion is facilitated, and the order output efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the POS processing system has an identifier, the invoking a preset reserved document number interface corresponding to the product service, reserving a plurality of document numbers from a service handler terminal, includes:
and calling a preset reserved document number interface corresponding to the product service, and transmitting the identifier of the POS machine processing system to the service processing party terminal through the reserved document number interface, so that the service processing party terminal executes the steps shown in the embodiment of fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an action performed by a service processing terminal after a reserved document number interface is called according to another embodiment shown in fig. 2 in a corresponding embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the following steps:
step 410, according to the identification of the POS machine processing system, obtaining the product service corresponding to each reserved document number interface used when the POS machine processing system reserves document numbers historically, as historical product service.
In one embodiment, the POS machine processing system is provided with a log, the log records a bill number reserved by the POS machine processing system each time, a reserved bill number interface used when the bill number is reserved each time and a product service corresponding to each reserved bill number interface, the service processing side terminal determines the corresponding POS machine processing system according to the identification of the POS machine processing system, then sends a log reading request to the determined POS machine processing system, and after receiving a log returned by the POS machine processing system according to the log reading request, obtains a historical product service according to the content recorded in the log.
Step 420, obtaining the bill output amount corresponding to each historical product service of the POS machine processing system.
In one embodiment, the identification of the POS processing system, the corresponding historical product service and the corresponding invoice amount are stored in a database, and the invoice amount corresponding to each historical product service of the POS processing system is obtained by querying the database.
Step 430, determining the number of bill numbers to be allocated to the POS machine processing system based on the bill output amount of the POS machine processing system in each historical product service and the product service corresponding to the called reserved bill number interface.
In one embodiment, the determining, based on the output of the POS processing system in each historical product service and the product service corresponding to the called reserved document number interface, the number of document numbers to be allocated to the POS processing system includes:
acquiring a service type corresponding to each historical product service and a service type corresponding to the product service corresponding to the called reserved document number interface by inquiring a preset product service and service type corresponding relation table, wherein the number of the product services corresponding to each service type in the product service and service type corresponding relation table is at least one;
acquiring the business type and the bill output quantity of each historical product business which is the same as the product business corresponding to the called reserved bill number interface;
and determining the number of document numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system based on the obtained output amount of each historical product service.

and determining the maximum value of the obtained bill output quantity of each historical product service as the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system.
In one embodiment, the maximum of the obtained invoices for each historical product transaction is determined by performing a first round of comparison of the bubble sort algorithm.
In one embodiment, the determining the number of document numbers to be allocated to the POS processing system based on the obtained output amount of each historical product transaction includes:
calculating the variance of the obtained output unit quantity of each historical product service;
under the condition that the variance reaches a preset variance threshold value, taking the maximum value of the obtained bill output quantity of each historical product business as the number of bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system;
and taking the average value of the obtained bill output quantity of each historical product business as the number of bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system under the condition that the variance is smaller than a preset variance threshold value.
If the variance of the obtained bill output quantity of each historical product service is too large, which indicates that the bill output quantity of similar historical product services has severe change, the maximum value of the obtained bill output quantity of each historical product service is used as the number of bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system, so that the POS machine processing system can be ensured to be distributed with enough bill numbers, and the condition that the number of bill numbers distributed to the POS machine processing system is not matched with the requirement of the POS machine processing system is avoided to a certain extent; and under the condition that the variance is less than or equal to the preset variance threshold, the bill output change of similar historical product services is relatively stable, the average value can well reflect the centralized trend of the bill output of each historical product service, and the obtained average value of the bill output of each historical product service is used as the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system, so that the utilization rate of the bill numbers reserved by the POS machine processing system can be improved, and the abuse of the bill numbers can be prevented to a certain extent.
In one embodiment, when a preset reserved document number interface corresponding to the product service is called, the POS processing system sends the number of document numbers requested to be reserved by the POS processing system to the service handler terminal, where the number of document numbers requested to be reserved by the POS processing system is a first number, and determining the number of document numbers to be allocated to the POS processing system based on the obtained output amount of each historical product service includes:
determining the average value of the obtained list output quantity of each historical product service as a second quantity;
respectively acquiring the weights of the first quantity and the second quantity;
determining a weighted sum of the first number and the second number using the weight;
obtaining a maximum integer less than the weighted sum as a number of document numbers to be assigned to the POS processing system.
The method has the advantages that when the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system is determined, not only the bill output amount of similar historical product businesses but also the number of the bill numbers requested to be reserved by the POS machine processing system are considered, so that the role community of the two factors is in the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system, and the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system can be more scientific.
In one embodiment, when a preset reserved document number interface corresponding to the product service is called, the POS processing system sends the number of document numbers requested to be reserved by the POS processing system to the service handler terminal, where the number of document numbers requested to be reserved by the POS processing system is a first number, and determining the number of document numbers to be allocated to the POS processing system based on the obtained output amount of each historical product service includes:
determining the average value of the obtained list output quantity of each historical product service as a second quantity;
if the first number is larger than the second number, taking the average value of the first number and the second number as the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system;
and if the first number is smaller than or equal to the second number, taking the first number as the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system.
This embodiment is advantageous in that, when the first quantity is greater than the second quantity, that is, when the number of document numbers requested to be reserved by the POS processing system is greater than the average of the obtained output quantities of the historical product services, by taking the average of the first number and the second number as the number of document numbers to be allocated to the POS processing system, on the one hand, taking into account the business requirements of the POS processing system, the number of the bill numbers distributed to the POS machine processing system and the number of the bill numbers requested to be reserved by the POS machine processing system can not be greatly different, on the other hand, the average value of the obtained bill output quantity of each historical product business is considered, the difference between the number of the bill numbers distributed to the POS machine processing system and the obtained average value of the bill output quantity of each historical product business is not too large, so that the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system is more reasonable; when the first quantity is smaller than the second quantity, the number of the bill numbers requested to be reserved by the POS machine processing system is smaller than the obtained average value of the bill output quantity of each historical product service, which shows that the number of the bill numbers requested to be reserved by the POS machine processing system according to the demand is reasonable, so that the requirement of the POS machine processing system can be met by directly taking the first quantity as the number of the bill numbers to be distributed to the POS machine processing system, the number of the bill numbers distributed to the POS machine processing system can be kept in the average value range of the bill output quantity of each historical product service, and effective distribution of the bill numbers is ensured.
Step 440, distributing the document number for the POS machine processing system according to the quantity.
In summary, the embodiment shown in fig. 4 has the advantages that the number of the document numbers to be allocated to the POS processing system is determined according to the output of the POS processing system in each historical product service, so that the number of the document numbers allocated to the POS processing system is not constant, but dynamically changed according to the output demand, thereby improving the utilization rate of the allocated document numbers, avoiding the unreasonable allocation of the document numbers, and realizing the effective management of the document numbers.
