Abstract
The invention discloses a remote printing method and a system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring equipment information of at least one printer and access address information fed back after registering a remote server; associating the access address information with device information of at least one printer; receiving printer selection information and to-be-printed job data input by a user, sending the printer selection information and the to-be-printed job data to a remote server, and driving a printer corresponding to the printer selection information to work through the remote server. By implementing the invention, the printer, the remote server and the computer are associated, and the computer controls the remote server to drive the printer by accessing the address information remote server, so that the computer can leave the local area network printing environment and still drive the printer to complete the remote printing work by accessing the remote server.

In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a remote printing method and system to solve the problem that a computer cannot continue to drive a printer to work after leaving a local area network printing environment.
According to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a remote printing method, including: acquiring equipment information of at least one printer and access address information fed back after registering a remote server; associating the access address information with device information of the at least one printer; receiving printer selection information and to-be-printed job data input by a user, sending the printer selection information and the to-be-printed job data to a remote server, and driving a printer corresponding to the printer selection information to work through the remote server. According to the remote printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, based on the fact that the printer and the remote server generate the access address information for association, the computer drives the corresponding printer to work through the remote server according to the access address information, so that the printer is driven to work through the remote server after the computer equipment is far away from the local area network printing environment.
With reference to the first aspect, in a first embodiment of the first aspect, the method further includes: detecting whether the access address information fed back by the remote server changes; and when detecting that the access address information fed back by the remote server is changed, associating the changed access address information with the corresponding equipment information of the printer.

According to a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a remote printing system, including: a remote server, a computer and at least one printer; the printer sends a remote printing registration request to the remote server; the remote server generates access address information according to the remote printing registration request and feeds the access address information back to the printer; the computer acquires the equipment information of the printer and the access address information and associates the access address information with the equipment information of the printer; receiving printer selection information and to-be-printed job data input by a user, and sending the printer selection information and the to-be-printed job data to a remote server; and the remote server drives the corresponding printer to work according to the printer selection information and the data of the job to be printed.
With reference to the fifth aspect, in the first embodiment of the fifth aspect, the access address information is two-dimensional code information containing URL information for accessing the remote server.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the printer sends a registration request to the remote server, the remote server feeds back two-dimensional code information containing access to the remote server to the printer, and the computer accesses the remote server to drive the printer after acquiring the two-dimensional code information from the printer; the printer, the remote server and the computer are bound with each other, and after the computer leaves a local area network printing environment, the computer can still select printer parameters and upload data to be printed through the access process server to drive the printer to complete printing.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an embodiment of the present invention, in which to implement remote printing of a printer 2, the printer 2 needs to be registered in a remote server 3. Therefore, the printer 2 transmits a registration request to the remote server 3, and the remote server 3 receives the registration request and feeds back access address information including an address for accessing the remote server 3 to the printer 2 after the registration is completed. The computer 1 acquires the equipment information of the printer 2 and the access address information fed back after registering the remote server 3 from the printer 2, associates the access address information with the equipment information of the printer 2, acquires the printer selection information and the data to be printed input by the user, uploads the printer selection information and the data to be printed input by the user to the remote server 3, and the remote server 3 drives the printer 1 to work according to the printer selection information and the data to be printed.
In practical applications, when the printer 2 is registered with the remote server 3 again after the network is disconnected, or when the printer 2 is replaced due to a failure, the registration information of the printer 2 is changed, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the remote printing method further includes: the computer 1 detects whether the access address information fed back by the remote server 3 changes; when the computer 1 detects that the access address information fed back by the remote server changes, the changed access address information is associated with the corresponding device information of the printer.
Specifically, the access address information in the embodiment of the present invention may be two-dimensional code information containing URL information for accessing the remote server; the device information includes: at least one information of serial number, identification number, name and model of printer.
Further, after the computer 1 acquires the device information of the printer 2 and the access address information fed back after registering the remote server, and before associating the access address information with the device information of the printer 2, the remote printing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes: after the computer 1 acquires the two-dimension code information, judging whether the two-dimension code information contains URL information for accessing a remote server or not; if the two-dimensional code information contains URL information for accessing the remote server 3, the computer 1 acquires the access address information for accessing the remote server 3 from the printer 2 again; if the two-dimensional code information contains URL information for accessing the remote server 3, the step of associating the access address information with the device information of the printer 2 is performed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the printer 2 sends a registration request to the remote server, receives the two-dimensional code information containing the URL information of the remote server after the registration is successful, and the computer 1 drives the corresponding printer to work by accessing the remote server according to the two-dimensional code information fed back by the remote server, thereby solving the problem that the computer cannot continuously drive the printer to work after the computer leaves the local area network printing environment.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the computer 1 includes: an information acquisition module 11, a printer association module 12, and a remote printing module 13.
Specifically, the information obtaining module 11 is configured to obtain device information of at least one printer 2 and access address information fed back after registering the remote server 3; a printer association module 12 for associating the access address information with the device information of at least one printer 2; and the remote printing module 13 is configured to receive printer selection information and job data to be printed, which are input by a user, send the printer selection information and the job data to be printed to the remote server 3, and drive the printer corresponding to the printer selection information to work through the remote server 3.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the remote server 3 comprises: a request acquisition module 31, an information feedback module 32, a remote print operation module 33, and a printer driver module 34.
Specifically, the request obtaining module 31 is configured to obtain a remote printing registration request sent by at least one printer 2; an information feedback module 32, configured to register the at least one printer 2 according to the remote printing registration request, and feed back access address information of the printer remote server 3 to the printer; the remote printing operation module 33 is used for receiving printer selection information and job data to be printed sent by a user side; and the printer driver module 34 is configured to drive a printer corresponding to the printer selection information to work according to the printer selection information and the job data to be printed.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a remote printing method, which can be practically applied to the computer 1 described in the above embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the remote printing method mainly includes the following steps:
step S101: when the computer 1 is installed with a driver, equipment information of the printer and access address information containing an access remote server fed back by the remote server after the printer is successfully registered are obtained from the printer through a USB or a network;
step S102: the computer 1 associates the access address information containing the access to the remote server with the equipment information of the printer, and the computer 1 can simultaneously manage a plurality of printers after association;
step S103: the computer 1 accesses the remote server by accessing the address information and receives the printer selection information and the job data to be printed, which are input by the user;
step S104: the computer 1 sends the printer selection information and the job data to be printed to the remote server, and drives the corresponding printer to work through the remote server.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a remote printing method, which can be practically applied to the remote server 3 described in the above embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the remote printing method mainly includes the following steps:
step S201: the remote server 3 acquires a remote printing registration request sent by at least one printer, wherein the sent registration information comprises information such as a serial number, a unique identification number, a name and a model of the printer;
step S202: the remote server 3 registers the corresponding printer according to the remote printing registration request, and after the registration is successful, the access address information containing the access to the remote server is sent to the corresponding printer;
step S203: the remote server 3 receives the printer selection information and the data of the job to be printed sent by the computer 1;
step S204: and the remote server 3 sends the data of the job to be printed to the corresponding printer according to the printer selection information selected by the user, and drives the printer to finish the printing work.
According to the remote printing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the printer, the remote server and the computer are bound with each other, and the computer can still select the printer parameters and upload the data to be printed through the access server to drive the printer to complete the printing work after leaving the local area network printing environment.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a remote printing system, including: a remote server, a computer and at least one printer; as shown in fig. 6, the remote printing process implemented by the remote printing system according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
the printer sends a registration request to the remote server after being connected with an external network, the remote server feeds back the two-dimensional code information containing URL information for accessing the remote server to the printer after receiving the registration request, if the printer end does not receive the two-dimensional code information, the registration request is sent to the remote server again until the two-dimensional code information fed back by the remote server is successfully received, the printer end prints the two-dimensional code information, and a user can scan the two-dimensional code to access the remote server through other terminals to drive the printer to work.
The method comprises the steps that a computer is provided with a printer driver, equipment information of a relevant printer is obtained through a USB or a network, two-dimensional code information containing URL information for accessing a remote server is obtained for the printer after the printer driver is installed, whether the URL information for accessing the remote server in the two-dimensional code information is empty or not is detected, and when the URL information for accessing the remote server in the two-dimensional code information is empty, the two-dimensional code information is obtained for the printer again; when URL information for accessing a remote server in the two-dimensional code information is not empty, the computer associates the two-dimensional code information with equipment information of the printer; the computer detects whether the two-dimensional code information containing the URL information accessing the remote server is changed, and when the two-dimensional code information containing the URL information accessing the remote server is changed, the computer is associated with the equipment information of the printer again; the user accesses the remote server through the computer, selects the printer selection information and uploads the data of the job to be printed to the remote server.
The remote server receives a registration request sent by the printer, feeds back two-dimensional code information containing URl information for accessing the remote server to the printer, receives job data to be printed and printer selection information uploaded by the computer, selects a corresponding printer, and sends the job data to be printed to the printer to complete printing.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a Solid State Drive (SSD), etc.; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Claims (10)
1. A remote printing method, comprising:
acquiring equipment information of at least one printer and access address information fed back after registering a remote server;
associating the access address information with device information of the at least one printer;
receiving printer selection information and to-be-printed job data input by a user, sending the printer selection information and the to-be-printed job data to a remote server, and driving a printer corresponding to the printer selection information to work through the remote server.
2. The remote printing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
detecting whether the access address information fed back by the remote server changes;
and when detecting that the access address information fed back by the remote server is changed, associating the changed access address information with the corresponding equipment information of the printer.
3. The remote printing method according to claim 1, wherein the access address information is two-dimensional code information containing URL information for accessing the remote server.
4. The remote printing method according to claim 1, wherein the device information includes: and at least one information of serial number, identification number, name and model of the printer.
5. The remote printing method according to claim 3, wherein after acquiring the device information of at least one printer and the access address information fed back after registering the remote server, and before associating the access address information with the device information of the at least one printer, the remote printing method further comprises:
acquiring the two-dimension code information;
judging whether the two-dimensional code information contains URL information for accessing a remote server or not;
when the two-dimensional code information contains URL information for accessing the remote server, the two-dimensional code information is acquired from the printer again;
and when the two-dimensional code information contains URL information for accessing a remote server and is not empty, executing a step of associating the access address information with the equipment information of the at least one printer.
6. A remote printing method, comprising:
acquiring a remote printing registration request sent by at least one printer;
registering the at least one printer according to the remote printing registration request, and feeding back the access address information to the printer;
receiving printer selection information and to-be-printed job data sent by a user side;
and driving the printer corresponding to the printer selection information to work according to the printer selection information and the data of the job to be printed.
7. A remote printing apparatus, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring equipment information of at least one printer and access address information fed back after registering the remote server;
the printer association module is used for associating the access address information with the equipment information of the at least one printer;
and the remote printing module is used for receiving printer selection information and to-be-printed job data input by a user, sending the printer selection information and the to-be-printed job data to a remote server, and driving the printer corresponding to the printer selection information to work through the remote server.
8. A remote printing apparatus, comprising:
the request acquisition module is used for acquiring a remote printing registration request sent by at least one printer;
the information feedback module is used for registering the at least one printer according to the remote printing registration request and feeding back the access address information of the printer to the printer;
the remote printing operation module is used for receiving printer selection information and to-be-printed job data sent by a user side;

9. A remote printing system, comprising: a remote server, a computer and at least one printer;
the printer sends a remote printing registration request to the remote server;
the remote server generates access address information according to the remote printing registration request and feeds the access address information back to the printer;
the computer acquires the equipment information of the printer and the access address information and associates the access address information with the equipment information of the printer; receiving printer selection information and to-be-printed job data input by a user, and sending the printer selection information and the to-be-printed job data to a remote server;
and the remote server drives the corresponding printer to work according to the printer selection information and the data of the job to be printed.
10. The remote printing system according to claim 9, wherein the access address information is two-dimensional code information containing URL information for accessing the remote server.
