After the device and the method are adopted, the channel verification test of the DCS system can be completed by using one device, only the signal type needs to be switched, and other measuring equipment is not needed; the prior measuring device can not be connected with a DCS system to obtain database data, can be connected with a system database, directly changes the range of a required signal, directly calculates the signal error according to the display value of the database and does not record the signal error; in the past, when the DCS is subjected to channel verification, at least two persons are required to finish the channel verification, one person is responsible for adding signals, the other person needs to observe and record at a workstation, the device can finish the test by one person, the labor cost is greatly saved, the experimental result is automatically recorded, and the condition that errors occur in manual recording is avoided.
