the authority is closed during normal production, and the authority is opened after parking;
after the operation is finished, the operator resumes power transmission at the handheld terminal;
one operator stops a plurality of devices simultaneously, or a plurality of operators stop the same device;
a plurality of operators power off the same equipment, wherein power cannot be supplied when one operator does not recover;
only the operator with power failure has the authority to recover power transmission, and other operators can not replace the operator;
when the condition of recovering power transmission is met, the operator does not recover power transmission and leaves, and the operator with the authority of the administrator transmits power;
after the controlled equipment is started to produce, the operation authority of an operator is closed;
in the maintenance process, all operators can observe the power failure condition information through the mobile control terminal.
