Two groups of three-circle dividing plates 3-2 are arranged on a driving shaft 3-12 and a driven shaft 3-13, a separating motor 3-28 drives a separating fixed shaft 3-27 to rotate, two groups of separating fixed plates 3-29 are close to each other to form a complete threaded pipe and perform screw rod transmission with the driving shaft 3-12 and the driven shaft 3-13, the other group of separating fixed plates 3-29 are far away from the fixed shaft 3-11 under the rotation of the separating fixed shaft 3-27, when an adjusting motor 3-14 drives the driving shaft 3-12 and the driven shaft 3-13 to rotate, the two groups of three-circle dividing plates 3-2 ascend or descend on the driving shaft 3-12 and the driven shaft 3-13, and when one group of the three-circle dividing plates 3-2 is adjusted to a proper position, the separating motor 3-28 on the three-circle dividing plate 3-2 rotates, two groups of mutually matched separation fixing plates 3-29 are separated, the other group of separation fixing plates 3-29 are close to the fixed shaft 3-11 and are fixed on the fixed shaft 3-11 through threads on the inner wall of the fixing plates, so that the effect that the three-circle dividing plate 3-2 is separated from the driving shaft 3-12 and the driven shaft 3-13 and is fixed on the fixed shaft 3-11 is achieved, and the other group of three-circle dividing plate 3-2 can be driven by the adjusting motor 3-14 to continuously adjust the position.
A steel wire rope magnetic field planning sensor is fixed on the three-circle dividing disc 3-2 in the magnetic field planning space through screws, and the steel wire rope magnetic field planning sensor eliminates the miscellaneous magnetic signals on the steel wire rope, so that the magnetic field on the steel wire rope is uniform and ordered;
a steel wire rope flaw detection sensor is fixed on the three-circle dividing disc 3-2 in the magnetic leakage detection space through screws and used for detecting a magnetic leakage field on a steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope flaw detection sensor converts the magnetic leakage field into corresponding different electric signals according to the difference of the size, the direction and the shape of the magnetic leakage field;
sensors are fixed on the disks 3-22 through screws, the sensors on the three disks 3-22 form a 360-degree detection area for eliminating demagnetization or detecting the steel wire rope under the rotation of the disks 3-22, and when one sensor on one disk 3-22 is damaged, the disks 3-22 are driven by the rotating motor 3-23 to carry out angle adjustment, so that the sensors form a 360-degree detection area again.
The balancing device 1 comprises a balancing shell 1-1 and a plurality of groups of balancing wheels 1-2 arranged on the balancing shell 1-1;
the balance shell 1-1 is sequentially fixed with balance plates 1-3 and balance wheels 1-2 from the middle to the two sides through screws, a steel wire rope channel is formed between the two groups of balance plates 1-3, one end of each balance wheel 1-2 penetrates through the corresponding balance plate 1-3, the elastic strength of the balance wheels 1-2 of the groups is gradually increased from bottom to top, and the steel wire rope is gradually restored to be stable through the elastic strength of the balance wheels 1-2 which is gradually increased;
the balance wheels 1-2 comprise fixed shells, telescopic rods, springs and rotating wheels, the fixed shells are fixed on the inner walls of the balance shells 1-1 through screws, the telescopic rods penetrate through the fixed shells, limiting plates are welded at one ends, located inside the fixed shells, of the telescopic rods, the rotating wheels are welded at the other ends of the telescopic rods, the springs are sleeved on the telescopic rods and located between the rotating wheels and the fixed shells, and the elastic strength of the springs is different along with the positions of the balance wheels 1-2.
