The smoke generating equipment in the existing wind tunnel test adopts the smoke generating agent burnt in the pressure vessel, and the air conveyed by the pressure pump carries the smoke stream to flow out in the front spray pipe of the test model part, and the tracer smoke stream generated by the mode has some defects: such as the smoke density produced is low, the smoke is not stable and sustained; or turbulent rough smoke flowing out like a factory chimney; the unavoidable air convection cooling near the smoke outlet of the smoke generating equipment is also a big characteristic, which is very easy to cause the smoke flow to be liquefied again, and the quality of the smoke flow is reduced again at the smoke outlet; the mounting position of the smoke generating equipment also needs to be frequently clamped and fixed according to the model part displayed by the flow field, so that the wind tunnel test efficiency is reduced; in addition, in use, the conventional smoke generating equipment components are often complex in pipelines and can influence the field safe operation of the wind tunnel, so that the actual wind tunnel test requirements are difficult to meet.

The vaporized smoke agent sprayed from the tail ends of the 4 groups of smoke agent winding pipelines 22 is firstly concentrated in the smoke agent smoke flow collecting chamber 20 and then flows out from the smoke outlet 18 through a through hole in the handheld rod head 4 of the smoke generator. After the resistance heating coil 23 is preheated by connecting an external power supply, a gear pump working switch is turned on and a flow control needle valve is adjusted, the smoke agent is conveyed to each group of smoke agent winding pipelines 22 in the handheld handle of the smoke generator, and the smoke agent in the pipelines is sprayed out from the small holes 18 on the handheld rod head 4 of the smoke generator after the temperature of the smoke agent in the pipelines exceeds the boiling point temperature.
