Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a lighting device, and the lamp post assembly in this embodiment has high strength and is not easily broken.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lighting device comprising:
a lamp socket;
a lamp post assembly; one end of the lamp post assembly is arranged on the lamp holder;
the lamp holder assembly is arranged on the lamp post assembly; and
one end of the elastic wire is connected to the lamp holder assembly, and the other end of the elastic wire is arranged in the lamp post assembly or penetrates through the lamp post assembly to be fixedly connected with the lamp holder.
The light pole assembly includes:
the device comprises a plurality of loop bars which are mutually sleeved, wherein in two adjacent loop bars, the loop bar with the larger diameter is a first loop bar, and the loop bar with the smaller diameter is a second loop bar; and
and the locking device is used for locking or releasing two adjacent loop bars.
The locking device comprises a first locking part and a second locking part, wherein the first locking part is used for locking the first loop bar, and the second locking part is used for locking or unlocking the second loop bar.
The locking device further comprises a fastener, the first locking portion is provided with a first notch, fixing through holes for the fastener to penetrate through are formed in the two ends of the first locking portion respectively, the first locking portion is sleeved on the second loop bar, and the fastener penetrates through the fixing through holes.
The locking device further comprises a tightening assembly, the second locking portion is provided with a second notch, the tightening assembly is arranged on the second locking portion, and the diameter of the second locking portion can be adjusted through the tightening assembly.
The locking device further comprises a lock sleeve with a third notch, one end of the lock sleeve is abutted to one end face of the first sleeve rod, the second sleeve rod penetrates through the lock sleeve, and the second locking portion is sleeved on the lock sleeve.
The tightening assembly comprises a connecting rod and a wrench, a supporting portion is arranged at one end of the wrench, a through hole is formed in one end of the second locking portion, one end of the connecting rod penetrates through the through hole to be fixedly connected with the other end of the second locking portion, the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to one end of the wrench, and the supporting portion abuts against the second locking portion.
The locking device further comprises a shaft sleeve, an annular protrusion extends outwards along the radial direction of the shaft sleeve, the outer diameter of the annular protrusion is larger than the outer diameter of the lock sleeve and smaller than the inner diameter of the first loop bar, and the shaft sleeve is fixedly installed on one end, close to the first loop bar, of the second loop bar.
The locking device further comprises an elastic ring, the elastic ring is sleeved on the shaft sleeve in a sleeved mode, and the elastic ring is in interference fit with the inner wall of the first sleeve rod.
Still include the subassembly of making a video recording, the subassembly setting of making a video recording is in one of loop bar is served, the one end of elastic wire with the subassembly fixed connection of making a video recording, the other end of elastic wire is fixed on the loop bar or pass the loop bar is fixed on the lamp stand.

the lamp holder assembly is arranged on the lamp post assembly, one end of the elastic wire is fixedly connected with the lamp holder assembly, and the other end of the elastic wire is fixed on the loop bar or penetrates through the loop bar to be fixed on the lamp holder. Can increase the intensity of lamp pole subassembly, difficult fracture, and then the lighting device stability of this embodiment is higher, rotates lamp pole subassembly and sets up on the lamp stand, can conveniently fold, reduces the space.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, there is provided an illumination apparatus, which includes a connection structure 100, a lamp post assembly 200, a lamp cap assembly 300, a camera assembly 400, and a lamp socket 500, wherein the lamp cap assembly 300 and the camera assembly 400 are respectively mounted on the connection structure 100, one end of the lamp post assembly 200 is mounted on the connection structure 100, the heights of the lamp cap assembly 300 and the camera assembly 400 can be raised or lowered through the lamp post assembly 200, the other end of the lamp post assembly 200 is mounted on the lamp socket 500, and preferably, the other end of the lamp post assembly 200 is rotatably mounted on the lamp socket 500. In this embodiment, one end of the elastic wire 140 is respectively fixedly connected to the lamp holder assembly 300 and the camera assembly 400, and the other end thereof penetrates through the lamp post assembly 200, and may be fixed to the lamp post assembly 200 or fixed to the lamp holder 500 through the lamp post assembly 200. Preferably, the lighting device in this embodiment can be folded, the lamp holder 500 has a cavity, and after folding, the connecting structure 100, the light pole assembly 200, the light head assembly 300, and the camera assembly 400 can be placed in the cavity of the lamp holder 500. Specifically, the connection manner of the elastic wire 140 includes an embodiment in which one end of the elastic wire 140 is fixedly connected to the lamp holder assembly 300, and the other end of the elastic wire 140 is fixed to the lamp post assembly 200 or fixed to the lamp holder 500 through the lamp post assembly 200. One end of the elastic wire 140 is fixedly connected to the camera module 400, and the other end of the elastic wire 140 is fixed to the light pole assembly 200 or fixed to the light holder 500 through the light pole assembly 200.
In some embodiments, the camera assembly 400 includes: the camera comprises a camera, a connecting rod, a connecting joint and an adjusting device, wherein one end of the elastic wire 140 penetrates through the connecting rod and is fixedly connected with the camera; the two ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected with the camera and the connecting structure 100 through the connecting joints; the adjusting device is used for fixing the connecting joint on the connecting rod or loosening the connecting joint from the connecting rod. Preferably, the adjusting device is a knob, the knob includes a pressing rod, one end of the pressing rod penetrates through the connecting rod and abuts against the side wall of the connecting joint, and the pressing rod and the connecting joint can be pressed or loosened by rotating the knob, so that the connecting joint is rotated, and the irradiation angle of the camera is adjusted.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, a lamp post assembly 200 is provided in the present embodiment, the lamp post assembly 200 in the present embodiment is in a retracted state, and includes a plurality of loop bars 210, wherein, in two adjacent loop bars 210, an outer diameter of one loop bar 210 is smaller than an inner diameter of the other loop bar 210, the loop bar 210 with the smaller diameter is slidably disposed in the loop bar 210 with the larger diameter, and a plurality of loop bars 210 are disposed according to the diameter, the loop bar 210 with the smallest diameter is disposed in the loop bar 210 with the second smallest diameter, and so on, preferably, the loop bar 210 with the largest diameter in the lamp post assembly 200 in the present embodiment is disposed at the lowest end, and the loop bar 210 with the smallest diameter is disposed at the highest end, and certainly, the diameter of the loop bar 210 in the middle is larger than or smaller than the diameter of the loop bars 210 at both ends, and the height of the lamp post assembly 200 in the present embodiment can be adjusted by sequentially sliding the loop bars 210 with the smaller diameter into the loop bars 210 with the larger diameter; for convenience of description, in the following description, a loop bar with a larger diameter between two adjacent loop bars is defined as a first loop bar 211, a loop bar with a smaller diameter between two adjacent loop bars is defined as a second loop bar 212, the present embodiment further includes a locking device 220 and an elastic wire 140, the locking device 220 is used for locking or releasing two adjacent loop bars 210, the locking device 220 can lock two adjacent loop bars 210 after adjusting the height, or the locking device 220 can release two adjacent loop bars 210 to adjust the height when the loop bar 210 needs to be adjusted, and the elastic wire 140 can increase the strength of the lifting rod in the present embodiment, so that the lifting rod is not easily broken; it should be noted that the elastic thread 140 in this embodiment may be the same elastic thread 140 as the elastic thread 140 in the above embodiment, or may be another elastic thread 140 different from the elastic thread 140 in the above embodiment, and preferably, the elastic thread 140 in this embodiment is connected to the elastic thread 140 in the above embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, when the lamp post assembly 200 in fig. 3 is in an extended state, the locking device 220 in this embodiment includes a first locking portion 221, a second locking portion 222, and a tightening assembly for adjusting the second locking portion 222, the first locking portion 221 can lock or release the loop bar 210 with a larger diameter in two adjacent loop bars 210, and the second locking portion 222 is used for locking or releasing the loop bar 210 with a larger diameter in two adjacent loop bars 210, specifically, the first locking portion 221 has a first gap 2213, two ends of the first locking portion are respectively opened with a fixing through hole 2211 for passing a fastening piece 2212, the first locking portion 221 is sleeved on one end of the first loop bar 211, and the fastening piece 2212 is inserted into the fixing through hole 2211. The second locking portion 222 has a second notch 2221, and a tightening assembly is provided on the second locking portion 222, the tightening assembly being capable of adjusting the diameter of the second locking portion 222 to lock the second stem 212.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, in some embodiments, the tightening assembly includes a connecting rod 227 and a wrench 226, one end of the wrench 226 is provided with a supporting portion 2261, one end of the second locking portion is provided with a through hole, one end of the connecting rod 227 passes through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the other end of the second locking portion 222, the other end of the connecting rod 227 is rotatably connected to one end of the wrench 226, and the supporting portion 2261 abuts against one end of the second locking portion 222, the supporting portion 2261 in this embodiment may be an arc-shaped block or a cylinder-shaped block, so that the wrench 226 can swing with the supporting block as a supporting point, in this embodiment, the other end of the connecting rod 227 is fixed to the other end of the second locking portion 222, and by rotating the wrench 226, the wrench 226 pulls the connecting rod 227 to further pull the two ends of the second locking portion 222 to approach each other, so as to reduce the diameter of the second locking portion 222, thereby achieving the effect of locking the sleeve rod 210.
The two ends of the first locking portion 221 and the second locking portion 222 are the two ends of the formed notch.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the locking device 220 further includes a locking sleeve 223 with a third notch 2231, one end of the locking sleeve 223 abuts against one end surface of the first sleeve rod 211, the locking sleeve 223 is disposed on one end of the second sleeve rod 212210, and the second locking portion 222 is disposed on the locking sleeve 223.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the locking device 220 further includes a collar 224, the collar 224 extending radially outward with an annular protrusion 2241, the outer diameter of the annular protrusion 2241 being greater than the outer diameter of the locking sleeve 223 and less than the inner diameter of the larger stem 210. One end of the shaft sleeve 224 is installed in one end of the second loop bar 212 and is fixedly connected with the second loop bar 212, and then when the height of the loop bar 210 is adjusted, the second loop bar 212 can be prevented from being separated from the first loop bar 211, the locking device 220 further comprises an elastic ring 225, the elastic ring 225 is sleeved on the shaft sleeve 224, the elastic ring 225 is arranged in the first loop bar 211 in an interference penetrating manner, namely, the outer diameter of the elastic ring 225 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the larger loop bar 210 in the adjacent loop bar 210, and when the length of the loop bar 210 is adjusted through the elastic ring 225, the sliding between the two adjacent loop bars 210 is more stable and smooth.
Referring to fig. 8, the present embodiment provides a connection structure 100, including a connection seat 110, a first rotation shaft 120, and a second rotation shaft 130, the first rotation shaft 120 is rotatably installed on the connection seat 110, a rotation center line of the first rotation shaft 120 is set to be a vertical direction, and further, a lamp head assembly 300 installed on the first rotation shaft 120 can rotate around the rotation center line of the first rotation shaft 120, and further, a wide range of angle adjustment can be performed in a horizontal direction, it should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the first rotation shaft 120 may be manually rotated and adjusted, or may be automatically adjusted by a control of a motor and a control system, the second rotation shaft 130 is installed on one end of the first rotation shaft 120, and it should be noted that, the second rotation shaft 130 may be rotatably installed on one end of the first rotation shaft 120, or fixedly installed on one end of the first rotation shaft 120, at this time, the lamp head assembly 300 installed on the second rotation shaft 130 needs to be rotatably installed on the second rotation shaft 130, a rotation center line of the second rotation shaft 130 is a horizontal direction, and further, the lamp head assembly 300 installed on the second rotation shaft 130 can be adjusted in a vertical direction, and a wide range of angle adjustment can be achieved by the first rotation shaft 120 and the second rotation shaft 130.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the embodiment, the elastic wire 140 is further included, the elastic wire 140 is preferably a slingshot wire, or other elastic wires, or a combination of an inelastic wire and an elastic body, the elastic wire 140 is disposed on the connection seat 110, further preferably, a through hole for the elastic wire 140 to pass through is formed on the connection seat 110, the elastic wire 140 is disposed in the through hole, so as to avoid interference of the elastic wire 140 to the connection structure 100 during operation, or prevent human beings from accidentally touching the elastic wire 140, further preferably, the first rotating shaft 120 is provided with a through hole for the elastic wire 140 to pass through, further hide and protect the elastic wire 140, and further make the appearance more beautiful.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the present embodiment further includes a connecting arm 150, the connecting arm 150 is rotatably connected to the second rotating shaft 130, and then is fixedly connected to the lamp head assembly 300 or other assemblies through the connecting arm 150, but it is also possible to directly rotatably mount the lamp head assembly 300 or the like on the second rotating shaft 130, preferably, the lamp head assembly 300 is mounted on the connecting arm 150, and the rotational adjustment angle is realized through the relative rotation between the connecting arm 150 and the second rotating shaft 130, and in the present embodiment, two lamp head assemblies 300 are preferably provided.
The connecting arm 150 preferably has a through hole for the elastic wire 140 to pass through, and the elastic wire 140 is fixedly connected to the lamp cap assembly 300 after passing through, and preferably, the embodiment further includes a wire pressing plate 151 for fixing the elastic wire 140, so as to limit the elastic wire 140 on the connecting arm 150. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the connecting socket 110 in this embodiment includes a socket body assembly and a connecting sleeve 114, the socket body assembly is provided with a fixing hole matched with the connecting sleeve 114, the connecting sleeve 114 is installed in the fixing hole, and the first rotating shaft 120 is rotatably installed on the connecting sleeve 114. Specifically, the connecting seat 110 further includes a buckle and a slot 1113, the buckle is disposed on an outer side wall of the connecting sleeve 114, the slot 1113 is disposed on an inner side wall of the fixing hole, and further specifically, a plurality of elastic protrusions 1141 are disposed on the outer side wall of the connecting sleeve 114, the elastic protrusions 1141 can be retracted toward the inner side of the connecting sleeve 114 when pressed inward, when in a natural state, the elastic protrusions 1141 are disposed outside the outer side wall of the connecting sleeve 114, a plurality of grooves matched with the elastic protrusions 1141 are disposed on the inner side wall of the fixing hole, the connecting sleeve 114 is mounted downward along the axial direction of the fixing hole, the elastic protrusions 1141 on the outer wall of the connecting sleeve 114 are pressed by the inner wall of the fixing hole to retract, when the elastic protrusions 1141 reach the grooves, the natural state is restored, and then the connecting sleeve is clamped with the grooves, and the fixing is convenient. Preferably, the base assembly includes first base 111 and second base 112, second base 112 is detachably installed on first base 111, the fixed orifices are cut into first side hole and second side hole along the central axis, first side hole is seted up on first base 111, the second side hole is seted up second base 112 with on the position that first side hole corresponds, through installing first base 111 and second base 112 together, form the fixed orifices, conveniently dismantle the connecting sleeve 114 of installing in the fixed orifices, further preferably, connecting sleeve 114 includes first side section of thick bamboo 1141 and second side section of thick bamboo 1142, first side section of thick bamboo 1141 with second side section of thick bamboo 1142 by connecting sleeve 114 is along the cutting formation of central axis, the ring channel has been seted up to the one end of first pivot 120, connecting sleeve 114 on the ring channel, through dividing connecting sleeve 114 into the form of first side section of thick bamboo 1141 and second side section of thick bamboo 1142, can be convenient install connecting sleeve 114 in the ring channel or pull down from the ring channel, further preferably, first pivot 120 in this embodiment includes first side section of thick bamboo 1141 and second side section of thick bamboo 1142, and second pivot 121 and second side section of thick bamboo 121, and second pivot 121 and second side section of thick bamboo 1142 form. It should be noted that, the number of the fixing holes in this embodiment may be multiple, and then multiple lamp cap assemblies 300 or other components may be mounted, and preferably, this embodiment further includes a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion, which are respectively used for fixing components to be connected with the connection structure 100 in this embodiment.
