Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve provided by the present invention, two wiring holes 423 corresponding to the circuit board 6 are formed in the limiting sealing plate 42, two ends of the coil on the moving coil 5 respectively pass through the corresponding wiring holes 423 to be connected with the circuit board 6, and since the coil wound on the moving coil 5 needs to be connected with the circuit board 6, so as to provide electric energy for the coil, in order to facilitate the electrical connection of the coil, two wiring holes 423 are formed in the limiting sealing plate 42, and the wiring holes 423 respectively correspond to pads on the circuit board 6, during installation, two ends of the operating coil respectively pass through the two wiring holes 423 and are welded together with the pads, by which the moving coil 5, the limiting sealing plate 42 and the circuit board 6 can be directly positioned and installed together, and the limiting sealing plate 42 can be coated with a material to bond the circuit board 6 and the limiting sealing plate 42. Claims (10)

1. Electro-hydraulic proportional valve, characterized by, includes:
the valve body is internally provided with a plurality of flow passages;
the valve core is arranged in the valve body in a sliding mode and used for changing the on-off state of each flow channel;
the connecting block is fixedly arranged at one end of the valve body; the connecting block is provided with an installation space;
the shell is fixedly arranged at one end of the connecting block, which is far away from the valve body; a magnet is arranged in the shell;
the moving coil is arranged in the shell in a sliding mode and sleeved outside the magnet; one end of the moving coil is provided with a fixed end which extends into the installation space and is fixedly connected with the valve core;
the circuit board is provided with a central hole and is positioned between the connecting block and the shell; the circuit board is provided with a protruding part protruding out of one side of the shell, and the protruding part is used for being connected with a power supply;
and the resetting mechanism is fixedly arranged at the other end of the valve body, is elastically connected with the valve core and is used for adjusting the position of the valve core.

The electro-hydraulic proportional valve of claim 1, wherein an annular flange is arranged on an end face of the connecting block away from the housing, the annular flange is installed in cooperation with the valve body, a sliding hole in sliding connection with the fixed end head is formed in one end of the connecting block away from the annular flange, the annular flange surrounds the installation space, and the installation space is communicated with the sliding hole.
3. The electro-hydraulic proportional valve of claim 2, wherein the connecting block is provided with a limiting groove for limiting and mounting the circuit board, and the depth of the limiting groove is not greater than the thickness of the circuit board.
4. The electro-hydraulic proportional valve of claim 1, wherein the fixed head comprises:
one end of the extension rod is fixed on the movable ring, and the other end of the extension rod extends into the installation space;
the end part is fixed on the other end of the extension rod; one end of the end part, which is far away from the extension rod, is provided with a mounting hole, and the outer side surface of the end part is provided with a first connecting hole which penetrates through the mounting hole; one end of the valve core is provided with a second connecting hole corresponding to the first connecting hole, and the valve core is fixedly connected with the end part through a pin shaft.

6. The electro-hydraulic proportional valve of claim 1, wherein the reset mechanism comprises:
the block body is fixedly connected with the valve body; the block body is provided with a threaded hole;
the outer circle surface of the extrusion rod is provided with an external thread matched with the threaded hole; one end of the valve core penetrates through the threaded hole to correspond to the valve core;
and the elastic piece is arranged between the extrusion rod and the valve core and is used for extruding and resetting the valve core.
7. The electro-hydraulic proportional valve of claim 6, wherein one end of the squeeze lever is provided with a receiving groove for mounting the resilient member.
8. The electro-hydraulic proportional valve of claim 7, wherein an end of the block remote from the spool is provided with a sealing end cap.

The electro-hydraulic proportional valve of claim 1, wherein a limit sealing plate is disposed in the housing, and the moving coil slides between the limit sealing plate and the bottom surface of the housing; the outer circle surface of the limiting sealing plate is provided with a first sealing ring matched with the inner wall of the shell, and one end, close to the connecting block, of the limiting sealing plate is provided with a second sealing ring matched with the connecting block.
