The yarn finishing device for the spinning equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting mechanisms (7) each comprise a main rod (71), the lower ends of the main rods (71) are rotatably connected to the seat plate (1) through first movable shafts (72), auxiliary rods (73) are inserted into the upper ends of the main rods (71), the upper ends of the auxiliary rods (73) are fixedly connected with top plates (74), the upper ends of the top plates (74) are fixedly connected with rotating plates (75), the rotating plates (75) are rotatably connected with sliding seats (77) through second movable shafts (76), the upper ends of the sliding seats (77) are slidably connected inside sliding grooves (20) formed in the same-side adjusting plate (9), the outer sides of the auxiliary rods (73) are respectively sleeved with second compression springs (78), the upper ends of the second compression springs (78) are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the same-side top plates (74), the lower ends of the second compression springs (78) are fixedly connected to the upper end of the main rod (71) on the same side.

The yarn finishing device for the spinning equipment as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the limiting plates (15) all penetrate through the fixed block (14) and are all connected on the fixed block (14) in a sliding manner, and one sides of the limiting plates (15) close to the adjusting plates (9) on the same side are all clamped on one of the toothed plates (13) arranged on the fixed ring (12) on the same side.
