The invention aims to provide an enhanced cooling liquid which is prepared by mixing 3-13% of triethanolamine, 4-13% of deionized water, 1-5% of potassium hydroxide, 0.5-1.5% of polyalcohol phosphate, 1-5% of a defoaming agent and the balance of pure water in percentage by mass. The invention has the advantages that: this coolant liquid is water-soluble coolant liquid, and is low to equipment corrosion, and production is simple, and the heat transfer is fast, can effectually protect processed metal and processing cutter, prolongs processing equipment's life.

Example 2
An enhanced cooling liquid is prepared by uniformly mixing 8kg of triethanolamine, 10kg of deionized water, 3kg of potassium hydroxide, 1.5kg of polyol phosphate, 4.5kg of defoaming agent and 73kg of pure water, and is 100kg of cooling liquid, so that processed metals and processing cutters can be effectively protected, and the service life of processing equipment is prolonged.
