Abstract

s3: spraying pest-sticking glue on two sides of the PVC pest-trapping plate substrate prepared in the step S2 to obtain a pest-sticking glue layer, wherein the thickness of the pest-sticking glue layer is 0.03mm, and covering release paper outside the pest-sticking glue layer to obtain the PVC pest-trapping plate;
the above-mentioned PVC insect-attracting plates were hung on tomato fields in the adult stage of outbreak of the adult insects, 6 insect-attracting plates were hung on each plot, the test was repeated for 3 times, and the test results were counted after hanging for 72 hours, as shown in Table 1.
The performance detection and insect-attracting effect statistics of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 are carried out by using a universal electronic tensile testing machine (KY8000C type) according to a standard (GB/T1040.2-2006), and the specific data are shown in Table 1.

The data in the table 1 show that the mechanical property and the insect trapping amount of the biodegradable insect trapping plate prepared by the invention are superior to those of the traditional PP and PVC insect trapping plates, and the use requirements can be met.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The biodegradable insect attracting plate is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of PBAT, 10-40 parts of PLA, 10-40 parts of cellulose, 10-20 parts of starch, 1-15 parts of biodegradable color master batch/toner and 2-15 parts of auxiliary agent.
2. The biodegradable insect attracting plate as set forth in claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of PBAT, 15-35 parts of PLA, 15-35 parts of cellulose, 12-18 parts of starch, 2-12 parts of biodegradable color master batch/toner and 3-13 parts of auxiliary agent.
3. The biodegradable insect attracting plate as set forth in claim 2, which is characterized in that the insect attracting plate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of PBAT, 20-30 parts of PLA, 20-30 parts of cellulose, 5-10 parts of starch, 3-10 parts of biodegradable color master batch/toner and 4-10 parts of auxiliary agent.
4. The biodegradable insect attracting board as set forth in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of cross-linking agent, 1-8 parts of plasticizer and 0.5-3 parts of lubricant.
5. The biodegradable insect attracting board as set forth in claim 4, wherein the auxiliary comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.7-1.5 parts of cross-linking agent, 2-7 parts of plasticizer and 1-2.5 parts of lubricant.
6. The biodegradable insect attracting board as set forth in claim 5, wherein the auxiliary comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.8-1.2 parts of cross-linking agent, 3-6 parts of plasticizer and 1.5-2.5 parts of lubricant.
7. The biodegradable insect attracting board as set forth in claim 5, wherein the cross-linking agent is one or more of dicumyl peroxide, benzoyl peroxide and 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-di-tert-butylperoxyhexane; the plasticizer is one or more of tributyl citrate, acetyl tributyl citrate, glycerol and epoxidized soybean oil; the lubricant is one or more of stearic acid, butyl stearate, oleamide and ethylene bis stearamide.
8. The biodegradable insect attracting board as set forth in claim 1, wherein the cellulose is one or more of extracts from wood, cotton linters, wheat straw, rice straw, reed, hemp, mulberry bark, paper mulberry bark and bagasse; the starch is one or more of cassava starch, corn starch, potato starch, wheat starch, cation modified starch and anion modified starch; the biodegradable color master batch/toner is a conventional biodegradable color master batch/toner in the market; the melt flow rate of the PBAT and the PLA at 190 ℃/2.16kg is 3-5g/10 min.
9. The method of making a biodegradable insect attractant plate as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: uniformly mixing PBAT, PLA, cellulose, starch, biodegradable color master batch/toner and an auxiliary agent according to a ratio to obtain a primary mixed material;
s2: adding the primary mixed material prepared in the step S1 into a bin of a double-screw extruder, extruding and granulating to prepare master batches, adding the master batches into a sheet extruder, and extruding, molding and slitting to obtain a biodegradable insect-attracting board substrate;
s3: spraying pest-sticking glue on both sides of the biodegradable insect-attracting board substrate prepared in the step S2 to obtain a pest-sticking glue layer, and covering release paper outside the pest-sticking glue layer to obtain the biodegradable insect-attracting board.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein in step S2, the extrusion temperature of the first zone to the sixth zone in the bin of the twin-screw extruder is 80-240 ℃, the head temperature is 80-240 ℃, and the rotation speed is 30-600 rpm; the extrusion temperature of the sheet extruder is 90-220 ℃; in step S3, the pest-sticking glue is a conventional pest-sticking glue in the market, and the thickness of the pest-sticking glue layer is 0.005-0.08 mm.
