Description

Ultra-high-filtration-speed IV-class upgrading modified nitrogen and phosphorus removal device and treatment process thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water pollution treatment, and particularly relates to an IV-class upgrading modified nitrogen and phosphorus removal device with an ultrahigh filtration rate and a treatment process thereof.
Background
With the increasingly prominent water pollution problem in China, the improvement of the discharge standard of urban sewage treatment is a great trend. From the requirement of improving the quality of the current water environment, the effluent treated by a plurality of municipal sewage treatment plants is often discharged into a municipal river to become a water body of the river. The effluent of the existing sewage treatment plant in China has the discharge standard which is mainly referred to primary B or primary A in GB18918-2002 discharge Standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plants. However, for the class B or class A standard, the quality of water is only equivalent to the poor class V water of surface water. The water quality is discharged into the water body environment without self-purification capacity, so that the water body is not repaired but polluted, and the phenomenon of 'treating more and more dirty' occurs. The water pollution is increasingly aggravated, and the effluent of a sewage treatment plant is urgently required to reach the IV-class standard of the surface class.
At present, practice is carried out continuously all over the country, the requirements on total nitrogen, total phosphorus and the like of effluent of sewage plants are higher, and the existing IV-class water process is difficult to reach the full index standard practically; the prior treatment device and the prior treatment process mainly have the following problems: (1) the filtering speed of the traditional biological aerated filter ((the technical specification of the biological aerated filter CECS2652009)) is too low, so that the activity of a biological membrane is not high, the treatment efficiency is low, and the designed filtering speed of the denitrification filter is too low, so that the due capacity of the denitrification filter cannot be fully exerted; denitrifying bubbles are not easy to release, too much suspended matters are trapped due to low filtering speed, the pressure of the filter tank rises quickly, so that the activity of a biological membrane is not high, and the treatment efficiency is low; (ii) a (2) Traditionally, front-section fibrous substances of an upflow biological filter or PAC or PAM (polyaluminium chloride) remained in a pretreatment process are adhered to the surfaces of filter gaps of biological filter heads, biological membranes adhered to the surfaces block the filter gaps, forced backwashing of the filter heads is difficult to wash and remove, and then the filter heads are blocked, and finally the filter heads are paralyzed; (3) the SS of the effluent of the traditional biological filter matched process is difficult to reach below 5 mg/L; (4) the filter material layer of the traditional denitrification filter is higher and is generally 3.0-4.0 m, and the water loss is larger at high filter speed; (5) air bubbles generated by denitrification are wrapped on the surface of the filter material, so that the exchange rate of pollutants in the sewage in the biological membrane medium is seriously hindered, the resistance of the filter material is increased, and the treatment effect of the filter tank is greatly reduced; (6) the traditional chemical dephosphorization coagulating sedimentation tank has too low surface load, easily causes the problem of filter head blockage of the filter tank, and occupies larger area. At present, practice is carried out continuously all over the country, the requirements on total nitrogen, total phosphorus and the like of effluent of sewage plants are higher, and the existing IV-class water process is difficult to actually meet the IV-class water effluent index requirements. Therefore, a new technical solution needs to be developed to solve the above problems.

(1) removing fibrous impurities: the secondary biochemical effluent firstly intercepts all fibrous materials and impurities through an inner water inlet pore plate grid to prevent the fibrous materials from causing the blockage of a long handle filter head at the bottom of a subsequent ultra-high filtration speed denitrification biological filter, and the treated effluent enters the ultra-high filtration speed denitrification biological filter;
(2) deep denitrification: a large amount of obligate denitrification biofilms grow on the surface of a high-efficiency filter material in the ultra-high filtration speed denitrification biofilter, the obligate denitrification biofilms utilize organic matters as denitrification carbon sources to carry out deep denitrification, the filtration speed of the ultra-high filtration speed denitrification biofilter is 12-35 m/h, the filtration speed is higher than the domestic design standard (engineering specification CECS2652009 of the aeration biofilter), the denitrification biofilms are always in a thinner high-efficiency active biofilm by utilizing the cutting action of water flow, and simultaneously, the denitrification bubbles coated on the surface of the high-efficiency filter material are rapidly taken out of a biofilter layer by utilizing high-speed cocurrent water flow, so that the denitrification load of the high-efficiency biofilter layer is far superior to the filter treatment load of the conventional filtration speed; fast scouring with high filtering speed acts on gaps of the anti-clogging filter heads uniformly distributed in high-water-flow, so as to prevent the filter heads from being clogged by the growing biological membranes; meanwhile, the method is beneficial to the conditions of a high-efficiency filter material layer with lower height and high-filtering-speed scouring, so that the intercepted part of suspended matters penetrate through the high-efficiency filter material layer (the effluent SS is 10-20 mg/L), the filter material layer is prevented from being blocked by excessive suspended matters, the treatment load of the ultra-high-filtering-speed denitrification biological filter is 2-4 times that of a denitrification filter with the conventional filtering speed, the backwashing period is 12-16 h, a 'water-lowering level and air-water combined method' is adopted for backwashing, and the effluent treated by the ultra-high-filtering-speed denitrification biological filter automatically flows into an ultra-high-filtering-speed dense medium loading high-efficiency flocculation tank;
(3) deep phosphorus removal and suspended matter removal: the ultra-high filtration speed denitrification biological filter removes suspended matters (SS is less than 5mg/L) and TP (TP is less than 0.3mg/L) through an ultra-high filtration speed heavy medium loading high-efficiency flocculation clarification tank; the effluent of the ultra-high filtration speed denitrification biological filter is subjected to mixing reaction in a mixing unit, and is subjected to flocculation reaction with heavy medium sludge reflowing in a flocculation unit, so that sludge-water separation is realized in a clarification unit, the surface load is 15-40 m/h, which is 1.0-1.5 m/h higher than that of a common coagulating sedimentation tank, and the clarified effluent is treated as effluent reaching the standard after being disinfected conventionally; partially refluxing the precipitated heavy medium sludge through a heavy medium sludge refluxing system, wherein the sludge refluxing ratio is 1.5-6%; after the heavy medium and the sludge are stripped by the heavy medium sludge partially precipitated through the residual sludge discharge system and the heavy medium recovery system, the recovered heavy medium enters the mixing unit, and the stripped sludge is discharged as residual sludge.
