Further, referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the hose winding device provided by the present invention, the winding device 12 includes two winding structures, the two winding structures are respectively disposed on the first arm plate 111 and the second arm plate 112 and are oppositely disposed, the two winding structures are respectively disposed on two sides of the hose connector 14, two sides of the hose connector 14 are both provided with clips 141 protruding outside the hose connector 14, and the two winding structures are respectively engaged with the two clips 141 in a matching manner. The threaded push rod 17 is connected with a hand wheel 190 through a hand wheel 190 connecting piece 19, so that the threaded push rod 17 can be operated to rotate conveniently and can be detached conveniently.

Based on the structure, when the water hose is stored, the surface of the water hose is in contact with the roller 221 and drives the roller 221 to rotate, so that the speed information of the roller 221 is transmitted to the encoder 222 through the second transmission shaft 224, the encoder 222 sends the collected speed signal of the roller 221 to the control system 40, and the control system 40 compares the received speed signal of the roller 221 with the preset water hose winding speed information; along with the process of storing the water hose, the rear half diameter of the water hose wound into a roll shape is larger and larger, the more the water hose is wound, the higher the speed of the roller 221 is, and when the speed signal of the roller 221 received by the control system 40 exceeds the preset water hose winding speed information, the control system 40 reduces the winding speed, so that the automatic speed regulation is realized, and the more the water hose is wound, the faster the water hose is.
In the embodiment of the present invention, specifically, the roller 221 is disposed parallel to the length direction of the upper housing 21. In this way, the roller 221 can accurately obtain the winding speed of the water hose and transmit the winding speed to the encoder 222; and the wheel 221 is prevented from slipping.
The speed sensor assembly 22 further includes a roller mounting seat 223, the roller mounting seat 223 is disposed on the upper cover 21, the roller 221 is rotatably connected to the roller mounting seat 223 through the second transmission shaft 224, and the encoder 222 is connected to the second transmission shaft 224 through a coupling 225. Specifically, the second transmission shaft 224 is mounted on the roller mounting seat 223 through a bearing 226, and the roller 221 is fixed on the second transmission shaft 224 through a bolt, so that the second transmission shaft 224 and the roller 221 are relatively fixed and can rotate relative to the roller mounting seat 223. The second transmission shaft 224 is connected to an input shaft of the encoder 222, thereby ensuring that the speed of rotation of the roller 221 is transmitted to the encoder 222.
Further, referring to fig. 11 and 12, as a specific embodiment of the hose take-up apparatus provided by the present invention, the upper cover 21 includes two bearing frames 211 symmetrically disposed along the axis of the base 20 and fixedly connected to the base 20, an arch cover 212 disposed on the bearing frames 211, and a plurality of roller rollers 213 disposed at intervals along the length direction of the outer surface of the arch cover 212; so, when carrying out the hosepipe and accomodating, because there is certain ponding inside the hosepipe for the hosepipe can paste under the action of gravity on the arch cover body 212 and locate the bearing roller cylinder 213 on the arch cover body 212, make the ponding in the hosepipe can not follow the hosepipe and shift up through the difference in height that forms between bearing roller cylinder 213 and the ground, thereby get rid of ponding, and then reduced the degree of difficulty of getting rid of hosepipe ponding, improved the efficiency that the hosepipe was accomodate.
Furthermore, the highest point of the roller 221 is higher than the highest points of all the idler rollers 213; therefore, when the water hose is stored, the roller 221 can be constantly in contact with the surface of the water hose, and the process that the water hose winding speed is automatically regulated and controlled through the control system 40 when the water hose is wound in the follow-up process can be smoothly carried out. Specifically, the arched cover 212 is a metal plate waterproof frame, so that rainwater and dust are prevented from entering the first accommodating cavity to influence the control system 40.

Further, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 15 to fig. 17, as a specific embodiment of the hose reeling device provided by the present invention, the hose reeling device further includes a traveling mechanism 30 disposed below the chassis 20, where the traveling mechanism 30 includes a driving assembly disposed at a first end of the chassis 20 and a driven assembly 32 disposed at a second end of the chassis 20; the driving assembly comprises two driving structures 31 symmetrically arranged at two sides of a first end part of the chassis 20, each driving structure 31 comprises a driving wheel 311 and a driving motor 312, each driving motor 312 is arranged on the chassis 20, and an output end of each driving motor 312 is connected to the corresponding driving wheel 311 to provide power for the corresponding driving wheel 311; based on the structure, the driving motor can be utilized to provide walking power for the driving wheel 311, the driving wheel 311 drives the driven component 32 to move, and then the whole water hose winding equipment is driven to move, so that the problem that a large water hose is inconvenient to carry due to the fact that the large water hose is too large in size in the prior art is solved. In the embodiment of the present invention, specifically, the driving motor 312 is electrically connected to the controller 43, the battery module 41 provides power for the driving motor 312, and the wireless receiving module 42 can receive a pulse signal from a wireless remote controller, so as to control the operation of the driving motor 312 through wireless remote control, and thus control the operation of the traveling mechanism 30.
In the embodiment of the present invention, specifically, an output end of the driving motor 312 is connected to a driving shaft 313, and the driving wheel 311 is fixedly disposed on the driving shaft 313. In this manner, the drive shaft 313 transmits the torque output from the drive motor 312 to the drive wheel 311 to power the drive wheel 311.
The driving structure 31 further comprises a driving wheel mounting seat 314 arranged on the chassis 20, the driving wheel 311 is mounted on the outer side of the driving wheel mounting seat 314, and the driving shaft 313 penetrates through a driving shaft 313 hole on the driving wheel mounting seat 314 and is connected with the driving wheel 311; the driven wheel 321 group comprises two driven wheels 321, and the two driven wheels 321 are symmetrically arranged at the second end of the chassis 20; the diameter of the driving wheel 311 is larger than that of the driven wheel 321; two from driving wheel 321 is the universal wheel, and two the universal wheel all passes through bolt fastening seat and chassis 20 bolted connection. Thus, the vehicle can conveniently travel under the guidance of the driving wheel 311. The driving wheel 311 and the universal wheel are spring damping wheels. Therefore, the whole equipment can be prevented from shaking in the walking process, the noise is reduced, and the equipment is more durable.
In summary, the water hose winding device provided by the invention is designed to include a chassis 20, a winding system 10 and a control system 40, wherein the winding system 10 and the control system 40 are both arranged on the chassis 20; wherein, the winding system 10 comprises a swing arm device 11 and a winding device 12, a first end of a swing part of the swing arm device 11 is rotatably connected on the chassis 20, the winding device 12 is arranged at a second end of the swing part, meanwhile, a first driving piece 13 for driving the swinging part to rotate is connected between the chassis 20 and the middle part of the swinging part, the first driving piece 13 is electrically connected with the control system 40, therefore, the control system 40 controls the first driving element 13 to drive the second end of the swinging part to swing, so as to realize the ascending or descending of the winding device 12, meanwhile, the winding device 12 comprises a clamping structure for fixedly connecting the hose connector 14 to the second end of the swinging part and a winding structure for driving the hose connector 14 to rotate, the winding structure is electrically connected with the control system 40, the hose connector 14 is clamped by the clamping structure, and the winding structure is controlled by the control system 40 to drive the hose connector 14 to rotate so as to realize automatic winding; meanwhile, the first driving piece 13 is used for driving the swinging part to swing along the first end part of the swinging part, so that the second end part of the swinging part swings to realize the ascending and descending of the winding structure, the winding structure can ascend or descend, and the winding structure is convenient to detach.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The water hose winding equipment is characterized by comprising a chassis, a winding system and a control system, wherein the winding system and the control system are arranged on the chassis;
the winding system comprises a swing arm device and a winding device; the swing arm device comprises a swing part, and a first end part of the swing part is rotatably arranged on the chassis; the winding device comprises a water hose joint, a clamping structure and a winding structure, wherein the clamping structure is used for fixedly connecting the water hose joint to the second end part of the swinging part, and the winding structure is connected with the clamping structure and is used for driving the water hose joint to rotate;
a first driving piece for driving the swinging part to rotate is connected between the chassis and the middle part of the swinging part so as to enable the second end part of the swinging part to swing and realize the ascending or descending of the winding device;
the first driving piece and the winding structure are electrically connected with the control system.
2. The water hose take-up device of claim 1, wherein the swinging part comprises a first arm plate and a second arm plate which are arranged at an interval, and a rotating beam connected with a first end part of the first arm plate and a first end part of the second arm plate, and the rotating beam is rotatably arranged on the chassis;
and a draw beam is fixedly arranged between the middle part of the first arm plate and the middle part of the second arm plate and close to the first end part, and two ends of the first driving piece are respectively connected to the chassis and the draw beam.
3. The water hose take-up apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first and second blades are identical in structure;
the first arm plate is of a long-strip plate-shaped structure, the width change of the first arm plate is increased from the first end part and then is kept unchanged, a bending angle is arranged at the width change part of the first end part of the first arm plate, the first end part of the first arm plate is in a circular arc shape in gentle transition with the edge of the first arm plate, and the second end part of the first arm plate is in a circular arc shape with the diameter larger than the width of the first arm plate;
the second arm plate is of a long-strip plate-shaped structure, the width change of the second arm plate is kept unchanged after the first end portion is increased, a bending angle is arranged at the width change position of the first end portion of the second arm plate, the first end portion of the second arm plate is in a circular arc shape with the edge of the second arm plate in a smooth transition mode, and the second end portion of the second arm plate is in a circular arc shape with the diameter larger than the width of the second arm plate.
4. The water hose take-up device according to claim 2, wherein the first driving member is a hydraulic push rod/pneumatic push rod, and a hydraulic cylinder/pneumatic cylinder connected with the hydraulic push rod/pneumatic push rod is arranged on the chassis; the pull beam is rotatably provided with a push rod support, and the first driving piece is connected with the push rod support.
5. The water hose reeling device of claim 2, wherein the reeling structures are two opposite structures with the same structure and are respectively arranged on the first arm plate and the second arm plate;
the belt winding structure comprises a gear box base fixedly connected with the first arm plate/the second arm plate and a gear box cover plate covering the gear box base, a gear transmission mechanism is installed between the gear box base and the gear box cover plate, a belt winding motor for driving the gear transmission mechanism is further arranged on the gear box cover plate, and the belt winding motor is electrically connected with the control system;
the gear transmission mechanism comprises a first transmission shaft, the output end of the first transmission shaft sequentially penetrates through the gear box base and the first arm plate/the second arm plate and is connected and fixed with a water hose joint clamp, and the two water hose joint clamps are matched with the water hose joint.

The water hose take-up device of claim 5, wherein the first transmission shaft is a hexagonal clamp push rod provided with a plurality of axially extending elongated slots on the surface, the gear transmission mechanism comprises a large gear, and the large gear is provided with a gear hole matched with the hexagonal clamp push rod;
an extension shaft is arranged at one end part, far away from the water hose connector clamp, of the first transmission shaft, the clamping structure comprises a threaded push rod connected with the extension shaft through a thrust bearing, a fixing nut is sleeved on an external thread of one end of the threaded push rod and fixedly connected with the gear box cover plate, and the threaded push rod is rotated to move axially so as to drive the hexagonal push rod to move axially and drive the water hose connector clamp to be clamped or far away from the hoop.

The water hose take-up device according to claim 1, further comprising an upper cover, wherein the upper cover is disposed above the first end of the base plate to form a first accommodating chamber, the control system is disposed in the first accommodating chamber, the first end and the middle portion of the swinging portion are disposed in the first accommodating chamber, and the second end of the swinging portion penetrates through the upper cover; the upper cover is arched so as to support the water hose when the water hose is wound, and the highest position of the upper cover is provided with a speed sensor assembly; the speed sensor assembly comprises a roller arranged at the highest position of the upper cover and an encoder connected with the roller through a fixed shaft, and the encoder is electrically connected with the control system.

The water hose reeling device of claim 7, wherein the upper cover comprises two bearing frames which are symmetrically arranged along the axis of the chassis and fixedly connected with the chassis, an arched cover body arranged on the bearing frames, and a plurality of carrier roller drums arranged at intervals along the length direction of the outer surface of the arched cover body, and the highest points of the carrier roller drums are higher than the highest points of all the carrier roller drums.

The water hose take-up apparatus of claim 7, wherein the upper housing is further provided with a directional guide roller assembly for guiding the water hose, the directional guide roller assembly comprises two directional guide roller structures symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of the upper housing, and the directional guide roller structures comprise directional guide rollers inserted into the upper housing.

The water hose reeling device of claim 1, further comprising a travelling mechanism arranged below the chassis, wherein the travelling mechanism comprises a driving assembly arranged at a first end of the chassis and a driven assembly arranged at a second end of the chassis; the driving assembly comprises two driving structures which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first end portion of the chassis, each driving structure comprises a driving wheel and a driving motor, each driving motor is arranged on the chassis, and the output end of each driving motor is connected to the corresponding driving wheel so as to provide power for the corresponding driving wheel.
