As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the cleaning wheel 12 includes a hollow drum rotatably installed in the cleaning box 18 and having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the straight pipe section, correspondingly, support bearings for supporting the drum to rotate are also installed on the left and right side walls in the cleaning box 18, secondly, an outer gear ring is installed at one end of the drum, a cleaning motor 20 for driving the hollow drum to rotate is installed outside the cleaning box 18, an output shaft of the cleaning motor 20 extends into the conveying box and is installed with a driving gear for driving the outer gear ring to rotate, furthermore, elastic auxiliary bristles 21 are annularly arranged on the inner wall of the drum, the diameter of an inner ring formed by one ring of the auxiliary bristles 21 is smaller than the outer diameter of the disc 8, therefore, the auxiliary bristles 21 moving into the opening 11 with the cleaning box 18 can clean the moving disc 8 and the bristles 10 on the disc 8, and when the auxiliary bristles 21 move to the straight pipe section with the cleaning box 18, the auxiliary brush bristles 21 elastically deform and lean against the outer wall of the straight pipe section; in addition, the blowing mechanism comprises a blower mounted on the top of the cleaning box 18, which is not shown in the figure, wherein the air outlet of the blower is communicated with the inner cavity of the cleaning box 18, so that the blower can blow the cleaned powder out of the dust outlet 19 when the auxiliary brush 21 cleans the disc body 8; of course, as shown in fig. 11, the blowing mechanism may be implemented by mounting a blowing blade on the output shaft of the cleaning motor 20, and an air inlet is provided at one side of the cleaning case 18. Therefore, because the opening breaking 11 and the cleaning device are arranged at the lowest position of the material conveying pipeline 1, after material conveying is finished at every time, the plug disc chain 3 is rotated forward and backward, materials in the pipeline are pushed out from the opening breaking 11 by the disc body 8, and meanwhile, the disc body 8 and the brush bristles 10 moving to the opening breaking 11 can be cleaned by the cleaning wheel 12 in time, so that the clean disc body 8 can enter the pipeline again to push materials and clean again, and finally the cleanness of the material conveying pipeline 1 is ensured.

Claims (10)

1. A self-cleaning and low-noise pipe chain type feed conveyor comprises a circle of conveying pipeline (1), a chain wheel box (2) connected in series in the conveying pipeline (1), and a plug disc chain (3) arranged in the conveying pipeline (1) and the chain wheel box (2), wherein a chain wheel motor capable of driving a chain wheel in the chain wheel box (2) to rotate is mounted on the chain wheel box (2); be equipped with a feed inlet (4) and a discharge gate (5) on conveying pipeline (1), the position that sets up of discharge gate (5) is higher than feed inlet (4), its characterized in that: the plug disc chain (3) comprises a plurality of main chain links (6), an auxiliary chain link (7) is connected between every two adjacent main chain links (6), and the main chain links (6) and the auxiliary chain links (7) are sequentially connected end to form a complete chain;
a disc-shaped disc body (8) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the main chain ring (6), and the outer diameter of the disc body (8) is smaller than the inner diameter of the material conveying pipeline (1); at least five rollers (9) are uniformly distributed on the peripheral edge part of the tray body (8) in the circumferential direction, and each roller (9) comprises a roller body part which extends out of the peripheral surface of the tray body (8) and is used for supporting the tray body (8) to move in the conveying pipeline (1); a circle of bristles (10) exceeding the outer peripheral surface of the tray body (8) are uniformly distributed on the edge part of the outer peripheral edge of the tray body (8), and the diameter of the outer contour formed by the circle of bristles (10) is larger than the inner diameter of the material conveying pipeline (1);
the conveying pipeline (1) comprises a straight pipe section which is located at the lowest position and is horizontally arranged, a breaking opening (11) for dividing the straight pipe section into two pipe bodies which are arranged at intervals is formed in the straight pipe section, and a cleaning device which can reciprocate along the axial direction of the straight pipe section so as to enable the breaking opening (11) to be in a blocking state or an opening state is slidably mounted on the straight pipe section; the cleaning device comprises a cleaning wheel (12) and a blowing mechanism, wherein the cleaning wheel can extend into the broken opening (11) when the broken opening (11) is in an open state so as to clean the moving tray body (8), and the blowing mechanism can blow cleaned materials out of the cleaning device.

The self-cleaning, low-noise tube chain feed conveyor of claim 1, wherein said tray (8) is provided with a mounting slot for mounting each roller (9) and a screw assembly for fixing the roller (9) in the mounting slot; mounting holes (13) penetrating through the disc bodies (8) on two sides of the mounting seam are formed in the disc bodies (8), and the mounting holes (13) are perpendicular to the axis of the disc bodies (8); the mounting hole (13) comprises a threaded hole section positioned on one side of the mounting seam and a stepped hole section positioned on the other side of the mounting seam, and an outer opening of the threaded hole section extends to the outer peripheral surface of the disc body (8); the stepped hole section comprises an inner hole section and an outer hole section, the inner hole section is close to the mounting seam, the outer hole section is far away from the mounting seam, the diameter of the outer hole section is larger than that of the inner hole section, the inner hole section and the outer hole section are both smooth round holes, and an outer opening of the outer hole section extends to the outer peripheral surface of the tray body (8); the screw subassembly is including installing the screw in mounting hole (13), the screw includes the screw thread tip of spiral shell dress in the screw thread hole section, is used for supporting the intermediate lever section of gyro wheel (9) and is located the nut in the outer hole section, the intermediate lever section is smooth pole section and is connected or with the bearing hole tight fit in gyro wheel (9) hole with gyro wheel (9) hole sliding fit together.
3. The self-cleaning, low-noise tube-chain feed conveyor of claim 2, wherein one end face of said tray (8) is a front end face and the other end face is a rear end face; the bristles (10) are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the disc body (8) on the rear side of the roller (9).

The self-cleaning and low-noise pipe chain type feed conveyor as claimed in claim 3, wherein plug holes for installing bristles (10) are uniformly distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the plate body (8) between two adjacent rollers (9), and the bristles (10) are tightly fitted in the plug holes.

The self-cleaning, low-noise pipe-chain feed conveyor according to claim 4, wherein an arc-shaped bristle holder (14) is installed on the rear end surface of the disk body (8) between two adjacent rollers (9), the outer diameter of the arc-shaped bristle holder (14) is smaller than that of the disk body (8), and bristles (10) are uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the arc-shaped bristle holder (14).

The self-cleaning, low-noise tube-chain feeder of claim 4, wherein said arcuate brush holder (14) has at least two main fitting holes formed therein in an arcuate shape along the axis of said tray (8), said tray (8) has auxiliary fitting holes formed therein corresponding to said main fitting holes, and said arcuate brush holder (14) is fixed to said tray (8) by screws passing through said main fitting holes and said auxiliary fitting holes.

The self-cleaning, low-noise tube-chain feed conveyor according to claim 3, wherein the front end surface of the plate body (8) is provided with a material blocking part (15) which does not exceed the outer circumferential surface of the plate body (8) and is positioned at the front side of each roller (9).

A self-cleaning, low noise, tube-chain feed conveyor as in claim 1 wherein: the straight pipe section is a pipe body extending in the left-right axial direction, the cleaning device comprises a left sleeve (16) and a right sleeve (17) which are axially and slidably arranged on the outer side of the straight pipe section, a cleaning box body (18) fixedly connected between the left sleeve (16) and the right sleeve (17), and a linear driving mechanism for driving the cleaning box body (18) to axially reciprocate along the straight pipe section, the bottom of the cleaning box body (18) is provided with a dust exhaust port (19), the inner cavity of the cleaning box body (18) is communicated with the tube cavities of the left sleeve (16) and the right sleeve (17), the left sleeve (16) can keep the broken opening (11) in a blocking state when moving to the position of the broken opening (11), when the cleaning box body (18) moves to the position of the opening (11), the opening (11) can be communicated with the outside through the dust exhaust port (19), so that the opening (11) is in an open state.
