When the garbage can sterilization and deodorization function is in use, if the garbage can is full, the flexible hose behind the secondary throttle pipe is bent under the mechanical action, the pressure of the plastic hose connected with the upper cover of the garbage can is increased, and the total pressure of the multi-stage buffer tank has an upper limit of pressure, so that the differential pressure between the two is reduced to a certain value, and the garbage can is indicated to be full.
